Claims (16)
- 太陽集熱器真空管であって、同心的に内外に組み合わされた2つのガラス管(1,2)が設けられており、両ガラス管(1,2)が、それぞれ一方の端部で半球形に閉鎖されていて、他方の端部で互いに融着されており、両ガラス管(1,2)の間のギャップ(3)が排気されており、さらに、熱キャリヤ媒体によって通流される、内側のガラス管(2)の内室に設けられた少なくとも1つの管(5’,5’’,5’’’,5’’’’)と、選択的に、内側のガラス管(2)の、真空ギャップ(3)に面した側の表面に設けられた吸収層(7)とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
内側のガラス管(2)内に、プレス成形された膨張黒鉛から成る熱伝導エレメント(9,10)が配置されており、該熱伝導エレメント(9,10)が、該熱伝導エレメント(9,10)と内側のガラス管(2)の内壁との接触面でかつ熱キャリヤ管(5’,5’’,5’’’,5’’’’)もしくは熱キャリヤ管(5’,5’’,5’’’,5’’’’)を収容する支持構造体(4)に対して全面的に形状接続されていることを特徴とする、太陽集熱器真空管。 - 熱キャリヤ媒体によって通流される管が、U字形の管(5’,5’’)、下方から上方に通流される管、同軸的な熱キャリヤ管(5’’’)またはヒートパイプ(5’’’’)またはこれらのコンビネーションとして形成されている、請求項1記載の太陽集熱器真空管。
- 熱伝導エレメントが、黒鉛シート(9)によって形成されるようになっており、該黒鉛シート(9)が、熱キャリヤ管(5’,5’’,5’’’,5’’’’)を収容する支持構造体(4)に巻き付けられていて、内側のガラス管(2)の内壁に形状接続的に接続している、請求項1記載の太陽集熱器真空管。
- 黒鉛シート(9)が、0.1〜1mmの間の厚さと、0.5〜1.5g/cm3の間の密度とを有している、請求項3記載の太陽集熱器真空管。
- 熱キャリヤ管(5’,5’’,5’’’,5’’’’)が、プレス成形された膨張黒鉛から成る熱キャリヤ構成部材(10)によって形状接続的に収容されるようになっており、該熱キャリヤ構成部材(10)と内側のガラス管(2)の内壁との接触面に、熱伝導エレメント(10)と内側のガラス管(2)の内壁との間の形状接続的な結合が付与されるようになっている、請求項1記載の太陽集熱器真空管。
- 熱伝達構成部材(10)が、2つの半割成形部材(10’,10’’)から形成されている、請求項5記載の太陽集熱器真空管。
- 熱伝達構成部材(10)における膨張黒鉛の密度が、0.02〜0.5g/cm3の間にある、請求項5記載の太陽集熱器真空管。
- 熱伝達構成部材(10)の、内側のガラス管(2)の内壁に面した側の表面が、吸収層を備えている、請求項5記載の太陽集熱器真空管。
- 熱キャリヤ管(5’,5’’,5’’’,5’’’’)が、プレス成形された膨張黒鉛から成る熱伝達構成部材(10)によって形状接続的に収容されるようになっており、該熱伝達構成部材(10)に黒鉛シート(9)が巻き付けられており、該黒鉛シート(9)が、内側のガラス管(2)の内壁に形状接続的に接続している、請求項1記載の太陽集熱器真空管。
- 真空管式太陽集熱器における熱伝達のためのプレス成形された膨張黒鉛の使用。
- 真空管式太陽集熱器に用いられる熱伝達構成部材において、プレス成形された膨張黒鉛から成るほぼ円筒状の成形部材(10)が設けられており、該成形部材(10)が、熱キャリヤ管(5’,5’’,5’’’,5’’’’)を形状接続的に収容するようになっており、成形部材(10)の周面が、接触面として真空管の内側のガラス管(2)の内壁に対する形状接続的な結合を形成する領域を有していることを特徴とする、真空管式太陽集熱器に用いられる熱伝達構成部材。
- プレス成形された膨張黒鉛から成る成形部材(10)に、熱キャリヤ管(5’,5’’,5’’’,5’’’’)の形状接続的な収容のための切欠きが設けられている、請求項11記載の熱伝達構成部材。
- プレス成形された膨張黒鉛から成る成形部材(10)に、熱キャリヤ管(5’,5’’,5’’’,5’’’’)が形状接続的に埋め込まれている、請求項11記載の熱伝達構成部材。
- 成形部材(10)が、2つの半割成形部材(10’,10’’)から形成されている、請求項11記載の熱伝達構成部材。
- 成形部材(10)における膨張黒鉛の密度が、0.02〜0.5g/cm3の間にある、請求項11記載の熱伝達構成部材。
- 当該熱伝達構成部材(10)の、内側のガラス管(2)の内壁に面した側の表面が、吸収層を備えている、請求項11記載の熱伝達構成部材。
