Abstract
【解決手段】コンダクタアセンブリ(32)は、界磁シェル(30)の径方向に離間した内側(68)及び外側(72)極間の同シェル(30)内に設けられる。このアセンブリは、コンダクタ(84)を含んで構成され、このコンダクタは、界磁シェルの外側極(72)に近接して設けられ、径方向に延伸するフランジ(92)を備えたシェル(86)内に設けられている。また、アセンブリは、複数の個所において界磁シェルに固定されている。

Claims (9)
- 回転軸の周りに設けられた入力シャフトにともに回転するために結合されたロータと、
前記入力シャフトの周りに設けられて、かつ、回転不能に固定され、また、軸方向に延伸する径方向に離間した内側極及び外側極を形成する界磁シェルと、
前記ロータの一端側において前記内側極及び外側極間の前記界磁シェル内に設けられて、前記界磁シェルの前記外側極に近接して設けられた径方向外側に延伸するフランジを有するシェル内に設けられたコンダクタを含んで構成されるコンダクタアセンブリと、
前記コンダクタに対向する前記ロータの他端側において前記ロータと前記ブレーキプレート間の軸方向に設けられて、出力部材に結合されたアーマチュアと、から構成されており、
前記フランジは複数の個所において前記界磁シェルに固定されることを特徴とした回転結合装置。 - 前記界磁シェルの前記外側極の径方向内面は、前記複数の各個所において前記フランジに対し変形されることを特徴とした請求項1記載のクラッチ。
- 前記界磁シェルの前記外側極の径方向内面に形成された溝内に設けられ、かつ、前記フランジに当接するスナップリングをさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とした請求項1記載のクラッチ。
- 複数の止着部材をさらに含んで構成されており、前記複数の各止着部材は、前記複数個所の1つにおいて前記フランジを貫通し、かつ、前記界磁シェル内へ延伸することを特徴とした請求項1記載のクラッチ。
- 前記フランジは、前記界磁シェル内に形成された溝内へ延伸することを特徴とした請求項1記載のクラッチ。
- 前記溝は、前記界磁シェルの前記外側極の径方向内面に形成されることを特徴とした請求項5記載のクラッチ。
- 前記界磁シェルは凹部を形成し、前記シェルは、前記凹部内に受け入れ可能な形状の軸方向に延伸するラグを形成することを特徴とした請求項1記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記界磁シェルに結合されたブレーキプレートであって、前記コンダクタに対向する前記ロータの他端側において前記ロータとの間に前記アーマチュアを軸方向に設ける前記ブレーキプレート及び前記アーマチュアの何れか一方に結合されて、前記ブレーキプレート及び前記アーマチュアのうちもう一方の第1部分と軸方向に整列した第1永久磁石をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とした請求項1記載の回転結合装置。
- ロータが、軸方向に延伸する径方向に離間した内側極及び外側極を形成し、前記ロータの前記内側極は、前記界磁シェルの前記内側極の径方向外側に設けられることを特徴とした請求項1記載のクラッチ。
