Claims (6)
- 回転軸周りに設けられた入力シャフトにともに回転するために結合されて、軸方向に延伸し径方向に離間した内側極及び外側極を形成してなるロータと、
前記入力シャフトの周りに設けられるとともに回転不能に固定されて、軸方向に延伸し径方向に離間した内側極及び外側極を形成してなる界磁シェルと、
前記ロータの一端側において前記界磁シェルの内側及び外側極間の前記界磁シェル内に設けられたコンダクタと、
前記界磁シェルに結合されたブレーキプレート及び前記ロータの前記コンダクタに対向する他端側において、前記ロータと前記ブレーキプレート間の軸方向に設けられ、かつ、出力部材に結合されたアーマチュアとから構成される回転結合装置であって、
前記ロータの内側極は、前記界磁シェルの内側極から径方向外側に設けられており、
前記入力シャフトの周りに設けられ、前記界磁シェルを支持するベアリングをさらに含んで構成されており、前記コンダクタの付勢により、前記ロータから前記界磁シェルへの第1経路に沿って磁束が前記ベアリングから径方向内側へ流れることを特徴とした回転結合装置。 - 磁束は、さらに、前記ロータから前記界磁シェルへの第2経路に沿って、前記ベアリングから径方向外側へ流れることを特徴とした請求項1記載の回転結合装置。
- 回転軸周りに設けられた入力シャフトにともに回転するために結合されて、軸方向に延伸し径方向に離間した内側極及び外側極を形成してなるロータと、
前記入力シャフトの周りに設けられるとともに回転不能に固定されて、軸方向に延伸し径方向に離間した内側極及び外側極を形成してなる界磁シェルと、
前記ロータの一端側において前記界磁シェルの内側及び外側極間の前記界磁シェル内に設けられたコンダクタと、
前記界磁シェルに結合されたブレーキプレート及び前記ロータの前記コンダクタに対向する他端側において、前記ロータと前記ブレーキプレート間の軸方向に設けられ、かつ、出力部材に結合されたアーマチュアとから構成される回転結合装置であって、
前記ロータの内側極は、前記界磁シェルの内側極から径方向外側に設けられており、
磁束は、前記ロータの前記内側極から前記界磁シェルの前記内側極へ径方向内側に流れ、前記ロータの径方向の内側部から前記界磁シェルの前記内側極へ径方向外側に流れることを特徴とした回転結合装置。 - 前記ロータは、その内側極から径方向内側に軸方向に延伸する凹部を形成しており、前記凹部は、前記界磁シェルの内側極を受け入れるような形状であることを特徴とした請求項3記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記ブレーキプレート及び前記アーマチュアのうち何れか一方に結合され、前記ブレーキプレート及び前記アーマチュアのうちもう一方の第1部分と軸方向に整列した第1永久磁石をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とした請求項3記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記コンダクタが内部に設けられたシェルをさらに含んで構成されており、前記シェルは前記界磁シェルの外側極に近接して設けられた径方向外側に延伸するフランジを有しており、前記フランジは、複数個所において前記界磁シェルに固定されていることを特徴とした請求項3記載の回転結合装置。
