Abstract
Description
−CH2−CH2−N I
[式中、Nは、第1級、第2級、第3級または第4級窒素原子を示す]を含むポリエチレンイミンであるか、あるいは、第1級、第2級、第3級または第4級アミノ基を重合された形で有する、少なくとも95質量%のラジカル重合可能なエチレン性不飽和化合物を含むポリビニルアミンであり、かつ、当該ポリマーは、ポリマー1g当たり0.1〜22ミリ等量のカチオン基を含有することを特徴とする。
好ましくは、ポリエチレンイミンは、少なくとも99質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも100質量%の前記単位CH2−CH2−Nから構成される。
ポリビニルアミンは、少なくとも95質量%、好ましくは少なくとも99質量%および特に好ましくは100質量%の、第1級、第2級、第3級または第4級のアミノ基を有するラジカル重合可能なエチレン性不飽和化合物から構成され、この場合、これは、たとえば、これらのモノマーの重合によって得られる。
殺菌剤を備えた紙の製造
バーチおよびパイン繊維(30/70%)からなる1質量%懸濁液から高速ケーテン製紙機(Raid Koethern Papierformer)を用いて、120g/mm2の質量を有する原紙を製造した。この原紙をシリンダー乾燥器上で、90℃で、5質量%の含水量までに乾燥させ、かつ4×4cmの大きさの紙片に切断した。
殺菌作用
グラム陰性細菌(Escherichia Coli, E.C.)およびグラム陽性細菌(Staphylococcus Aureus, S.A.)を、塩溶液中(0.9質量%NaCl)に懸濁した。溶液の光学密度は420nmで測定した。E.C.およびS.A.の含量は、それぞれ1ml当たり、1.9×109および2.1×109であった。
Claims (5)
- 殺菌作用物質としてのカチオンポリマーの使用において、他の殺菌作用物質、特に第4級アンモニウム塩を一緒に使用することなく、当該ポリマーが、少なくとも95質量%の式
−CH2−CH2−N I
[式中、Nは、第1級、第2級、第3級または第4級窒素原子を示す]の単位を含むポリエチレンイミンであるか、あるいは、重合された形で第1級、第2級、第3級または第4級アミノ基を有する、少なくとも95質量%のラジカル重合可能なエチレン性不飽和化合物を含むポリビニルアミンであり、当該ポリマーは、ポリマー1g当たり0.1〜22ミリ等量のカチオン基を含有することを特徴とする、殺菌作用物質としてのカチオンポリマーの使用。 - ポリマーを水溶液または分散液の形で使用する、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 好ましい支持体を、請求項1に記載のポリエチレンイミンまたはポリビニルアミンまたはこれらの溶液または分散液を用いて被覆、含浸または他の方法で処理することによって得られた、殺菌性を備えた支持体。
- 支持体が、表面1m2当たり0.001〜1000mgのポリマーを有する、請求項3に記載の殺菌性を備えた支持体。
- 支持体が、天然または合成のポリマー、紙または金属から成る、請求項3または4に記載の殺菌性を備えた支持体。
