Abstract
【解決手段】金属合金からなまこ銑を形成する方法において、まず溶融物が形成され、前記溶融物内でベース材料と1つまたは複数の合金成分が液体の状態にあり、その溶融物からなまこ銑が成形される。なまこ銑を成形する前に、冷却中に、溶融物内に可変の物理的場を用いて、短時間、晶溶体の形成を促進させるエネルギが投入される。

Claims (6)
- 金属合金からなまこ銑を形成する方法であって、まず溶融物が形成され、前記溶融物内でベース材料と1つまたは複数の合金成分が液体の状態にあり、その溶融物からなまこ銑が成形される方法において、
なまこ銑を成形する前に、冷却中に、溶融物内に可変の物理的場を用いて、短時間、晶溶体の形成を促進させるエネルギが投入されることを特徴とする、金属合金からなまこ銑を形成する方法。 - エネルギの供給が、この金属合金のほぼ液相線における温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 晶溶体形成が、処理チャンバ内にある溶融物の動的粘性の測定によって検出されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 晶溶体形成が、処理チャンバから取り出された試料の液相線温度の測定を用いて検出されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 短時間のエネルギ供給が、可変の、好ましくは脈動する電磁場を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ベース材料と1つまたは複数の合金成分とからなる溶融物から成形された鋳造片である、金属合金からなるなまこ銑において、
なまこ銑は溶融物から形成され、前記溶融物内に、晶溶体形成を促進させるために、冷却中に可変の物理的場を用いて、短時間、エネルギが投入されたことを特徴とするなまこ銑。
