Abstract

Claims (20)
- 鉄及び揮発性金属を含有する供給原料としての、揮発性金属を含有する製鋼転炉ダスト及び任意に他の物質を処理する方法であって、鉄含有物質をバッチ式、連続式又は半連続式に溶鉄が入っている溝形誘導炉中に供給することと、揮発性金属含有物質をバッチ式、連続式又は半連続式に溝形誘導炉中に供給することと、誘導炉に供給する酸素の量を制御して、i)誘導炉の溶融浴上のヘッドスペースの温度、及びii)ヘッドスペース中の二酸化炭素の量、の少なくとも一つを制御することと、バッチ式、連続式又は半連続式に鉄含有製品を得ることと、揮発性金属を回収することと、を含んでなる方法。
- 前記鉄含有物質が、くず鉄、溶銑及び焼結ダストの少なくとも一つを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記揮発性金属が、亜鉛、鉛及びカドミウムの少なくとも一つを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記揮発性金属の回収が、溝形誘導炉から蒸気として揮発性金属を放出させ、揮発性金属蒸気を回収することによってなされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- i)溝形誘導炉のスラグ層の粘性、及びii)溝形誘導炉のスラグ層の化学的性質、の少なくとも一つを制御することを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一つ以上の化学物質がスラグ層に添加される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 鉄及び揮発性金属を含有する物質の処理方法であって、溝形誘導炉を設置することと、連続式、又は半連続式に溝形誘導炉に鉄含有物質を供給することと、該鉄含有物質が入っている溝形誘導炉中に揮発性金属組成物とともに揮発性金属を含有する供給原料を供給することと、誘導炉に供給する酸素の量を制御して、i)誘導炉の溶融浴上のヘッドスペースの温度、及びii)ヘッドスペース中の二酸化炭素の量、の少なくとも一つを制御することと、連続式又は半連続式に鉄含有製品を得ることと、揮発性金属を回収することと、を含んでなる方法。
- 前記鉄含有物質が、くず鉄、溶銑及び焼結ダストの少なくとも一つを含んでなる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記揮発性金属が、亜鉛、鉛及びカドミウムの少なくとも一つを含んでなる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記揮発性金属の回収が、溝形誘導炉から蒸気として揮発性金属を放出させ、揮発性金属蒸気を回収することによってなされる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- i)溝形誘導炉のスラグ層の粘性、及びii)溝形誘導炉のスラグ層の化学的性質、の少なくとも一つを制御することを含んでなる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 一つ以上の化学物質をスラグ層に添加する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 溝形誘導炉の操作方法であって、バッチ式、連続式又は半連続式に溝形誘導炉に鉄含有供給原料を供給することと、バッチ式、連続式又は半連続式に溝形誘導炉に揮発性金属含有物質を供給することと、誘導炉に供給する酸素の量を制御して、i)誘導炉の溶融浴上のヘッドスペースの温度、及びii)ヘッドスペース中の二酸化炭素の量、の少なくとも一つを制御することと、連続式又は半連続式に溝形誘導炉から鉄を回収することと、揮発性金属を回収することと、を含んでなる方法。
- 前記鉄含有供給原料及び前記揮発性金属含有物質が、溝形誘導炉を有する設備と異なる設備で生産される、請求項13に記載の溝形誘導炉の操作方法。
- 前記鉄含有供給原料が、くず鉄、溶銑及び焼結ダストの少なくとも一つを含んでなる、請求項13に記載の溝形誘導炉の操作方法。
- 前記揮発性金属含有物質が、亜鉛、鉛及びカドミウムの少なくとも一つを含んでなる、請求項13に記載の溝形誘導炉の操作方法。
- 前記揮発性金属の回収が、溝形誘導炉から蒸気として揮発性金属を放出させ、揮発性金属蒸気を回収することによってなされる、請求項13に記載の溝形誘導炉の操作方法。
- i)溝形誘導炉のスラグ層の粘性、及びii)溝形誘導炉のスラグ層の化学的性質、の少なくとも一つを制御することをさらに含んでなる、請求項13に記載の溝形誘導炉の操作方法。
- 一つ以上の化学物質がスラグ層に添加される、請求項18に記載の溝形誘導炉の操作方法。
- 前記鉄含有供給原料及び前記揮発性金属含有物質が、スラグを溝形炉から除去する位置と反対側の端において溝形誘導炉に供給される、請求項13に記載の溝形誘導炉の操作方法。
