Claims (10)
- テンショナであって、
エンジンの表面に取り付けるように構成された旋回軸と、
フリーアーム止め位置と予取付止め位置との間を軸動するように前記旋回軸に取り付けられたテンショナアームと、
前記テンショナアーム上で回転するように取り付けられたベルト係合プーリと、
前記旋回軸の一端の周りに回転可能に取り付けられたベースカップであって、フリーアーム止め端部及び予取付止め端部を有する弧状スロットを含み、前記テンショナアームが、該テンショナアームの前記軸動を制限する前記弧状スロットと協働する、ベースカップと、
前記テンショナアームと前記ベースカップとの間に結合され、前記テンショナアームをベルト張り方向に付勢するスプリングと、
前記旋回軸と係合し、前記テンショナアームとのロストモーション接続を有する反動防止止め機構であって、前記テンショナアームは前記ロストモーション接続時に前記反動防止機構と係合せずに自由な範囲を移動し、前記テンショナアームは、前記テンショナが前記自由な範囲を越えて前記予取付止め位置に向かって移動するにつれて前記反動防止機構を回転させ、前記テンショナアームが前記自由な範囲を越えて前記フリーアーム止め位置に向かって移動するにつれて前記反動防止機構を有効にし、前記自由な範囲を越える前記テンショナアームの移動を制限する、反動防止止め機構と、
を含み、
前記テンショナが取付状態に配置される際に、前記スプリングを前記旋回軸に対して固定することができる、
テンショナ。 - 前記テンショナが設置状態にある際に前記テンショナアーム及び前記ベースカップと選択的に結合するピンを更に含む、請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記反動防止機構が一方向の巻きスプリングクラッチを含む、請求項2に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記テンショナアームが前記ベースカップの前記弧状スロット内に延びる止めピンを有する、請求項3に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記巻きスプリングクラッチは、前記テンショナアームが前記予取付止め位置に向かって回転する際に、巻きが解かれて前記旋回軸の周りを回転するように配置されている、請求項4に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記巻きスプリングクラッチが半径方向に延びる半円形のタングを有し、前記テンショナアームの前記止めピンは半径方向に延びる前記タングの前記半円形状と相補する形状の接触面を有する、請求項5に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記反動防止機構が、前記一方向スプリングを密閉するクラッチスリーブを更に含む、請求項3に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記クラッチスリーブが、半径方向に延びて弧状のフリー行程空間を間に定める2つの止め面を有し、前記テンショナアームの前記止めピンが前記弧状のフリー行程空間内を移動するように位置決めされている、請求項7に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記クラッチスリーブが、前記クラッチスリーブの内腔と前記巻きスプリングクラッチの外径との間に0.5mm未満の半径方向間隙を有する、請求項7に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記スプリングがピッチを有するねじれ螺旋スプリングであり、前記テンショナアームが前記螺旋スプリングの一端を収容する上面を有し、前記ベースが前記螺旋スプリングの反対側の端部を収容する下面を有し、前記上面及び前記下面のうちの少なくとも1つが前記ピッチと同様なピッチを有する螺旋の形状に形成されている、請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
