Description
Claims (10)
- テンショナであって、
エンジンの表面に取り付けるように構成された旋回軸と、
フリーアーム止め位置と予取付止め位置との間を軸動するように前記旋回軸に取り付けられたテンショナアームと、
前記テンショナアーム上で回転するように取り付けられたベルト係合プーリと、
フリーアーム止め端部及び予取付止め端部を有するベース部材であって、前記テンショナアームが前記フリーアーム止め端部及び前記予取付止め端部と協働して前記テンショナアームの前記軸動を制限するように構成された、ベース部材と、
前記テンショナアームと前記ベース部材との間に結合され、前記テンショナアームをベルト張り方向に付勢するように構成されたスプリングであって、前記テンショナが前記エンジンの表面に取り付けられる際には前記エンジンに対して固定される、スプリングと、
前記旋回軸と直接に係合し、前記テンショナアームとのロストモーション接続部を有する一方向クラッチであって、前記テンショナアームが前記一方向クラッチと係合せずに自由な範囲を移動し、前記テンショナアームが前記自由な範囲を越えて前記フリーアーム止め位置に向かって移動するにつれて前記テンショナアームが前記一方向クラッチを回転させ、前記テンショナアームが前記自由な範囲を越えて前記予取付止め位置に向かって移動するにつれて前記テンショナアームが前記一方向クラッチを有効にして前記自由な範囲を越える前記テンショナアームの移動を制限する、一方向クラッチと、
を含み、
前記旋回軸が前記エンジンの表面に固定されて取り付けられている際には、前記旋回軸と前記一方向クラッチが前記ベース部材に対して前記ベルト張り方向と反対方向に回転されることが防止され前記テンショナアームの移動範囲を制限し、前記旋回軸が前記エンジンの表面に回転可能に取り付けられている際には、前記テンショナアーム、前記旋回軸、及び前記一方向クラッチが前記ベース部材に対して前記ベルト張り方向と反対方向に回転可能である、
テンショナ。 - 前記テンショナが設置状態にある際に前記テンショナアーム及び前記ベース部材と選択的に結合するピンを更に含む、請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記一方向クラッチが一方向の巻きスプリングクラッチである、請求項2に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記ベース部材が弧状スロットを有し、前記弧状スロットが前記フリーアーム止め端部及び前記予取付止め端部を定義し、前記テンショナアームが前記弧状スロット内に延びる止めピンを有する、請求項3に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記巻きスプリングクラッチは、前記テンショナアームが前記フリーアーム止め端部に向かって回転する際に、巻きが解かれて前記旋回軸の周りを回転するように配置されている、請求項4に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記巻きスプリングクラッチが半径方向に延びる半円形のタングを有し、前記テンショナアームの前記止めピンは半径方向に延びる前記タングの前記半円形状と相補する形状の接触面を有する、請求項5に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記一方向クラッチが、一方向スプリングを密閉するクラッチスリーブを更に含む、請求項3に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記クラッチスリーブが、半径方向に延びて弧状のフリー行程空間を間に定める2つの止め面を有し、前記テンショナアームの前記止めピンが前記弧状のフリー行程空間内を移動するように位置決めされている、請求項7に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記クラッチスリーブが、前記クラッチスリーブの内腔と前記巻きスプリングクラッチの外径との間に0.5mm未満の半径方向間隙を有する、請求項7に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記スプリングがピッチを有するねじれ螺旋スプリングであり、前記テンショナアームが前記螺旋スプリングの一端を収容する上面を有し、前記ベース部材が前記螺旋スプリングの反対側の端部を収容する下面を有し、前記上面及び前記下面のうちの少なくとも1つが前記ピッチと同様なピッチを有する螺旋の形状に形成されている、請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
