Abstract
【解決手段】 タンク貯蔵槽内の燃料などの危険物質保護システムは、タンク貯蔵槽(10、30、43、44)と供給装置(12、14、18、20、 22、 28、21a、21b)とから構成される。供給装置は、タンク貯蔵槽に接続され、供給装置の内部には危険物質を拘束する物質が存在して、その物質はタンク貯蔵槽に移送可能である。供給装置とタンク貯蔵槽とは互いに接続され、その物質が移送された場合、タンク貯蔵槽内部の危険物質は、その物質内に、特に吸収作用により物理的に保持可能である。他方で、タンク貯蔵槽内部の危険物質は、化学的反応により、引火点の上昇により発火が防止される化学的に変化した状態へ移行する。タンク貯蔵槽からの危険物質の排出と点火が、非常に効率的に防止される。

Claims (19)
- タンク貯蔵槽(10、30、43、44)と、前記タンク貯蔵槽に接続され、内部に前記危険物質を拘束する物質が前記タンク貯蔵槽へ導入可能な状態で存在する供給装置、とを備えたタンク貯蔵槽内における推進用燃料などの危険物質保護システムにおいて、
前記タンク貯蔵槽と前記供給装置とは互いに接続され、前記物質の導入時に、前記タンク貯蔵槽中の前記危険物質が、特に吸収作用により物理的に前記物質中に保持可能であるように、前記物質が選定されることを特徴とする危険物質保護システム。 - 前記タンク貯蔵槽と前記供給装置とは互いに接続され、前記タンク貯蔵槽(10、30、43、44)中の前記危険物質が、化学的反応により、引火点が上昇して発火が防止される状態に変質するように、前記危険物質を拘束する前記物質が選定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- タンク容器が、閉鎖された推進用燃料用タンク(10、43、44)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記タンク容器が、少なくとも部分的に開口した集合貯蔵槽(30)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記供給装置が、単一または多くの部分に分かれた容器であり、高効率ポンプ・システム、或いは、貯蔵された膨張加圧ガスにより、前記容器を急速に空にすることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記加圧ガスが、二酸化炭素、或いは、窒素であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、推進用そして/または輸送用の液状危険物質を運搬する陸、空、水の輸送手段に設置され、前記輸送手段に存在する種々のタンク貯蔵槽(43、44)へ、導入可能な前記物質が、随意に導入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、タンク車両、或いは、タンカー船に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記物質が、液体を変化させることが可能なバインダーであり、好ましくは脂肪族推進用燃料であり、化学的に前記液体の点火性を減少させることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記バインダーが、ポリオレフィンフォームの粒子から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記バインダーが、ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレン繊維から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記バインダーが、硬化ポリウレタンの粒子から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記バインダーとして、オルガノシランにより表面処理された、粉化された硬質ポリウレタンフォームが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記バインダーとして、不活性セラミック粉末が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記バインダーとして、細粉化され炭化カルシウム、或いは、細粉化され二酸化シリコンが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記バインダーそして/または拘束されるべき前記危険物質が、前記反応を促進そして/または最適化する触媒と混合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記バインダーを染色して、特に蛍光を発するようにすることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記バインダーが、発泡体、特にPURフォームであり、特にジオールとジイソシアネート、或いは、ジブロモネオペンティル・アルコールなどを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、遠隔操作により動作することを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
