Claims (7)
- 硫酸及び有機物質を含む混合物を陰イオン選択性膜と接触させる段階を含み、これにより硫酸に富むろ液の流れ及び硫酸を減少された流れを製造する、該混合物からの硫酸の回収のための方法において、該混合物はバイオマスが新鮮な硫酸の流れと接触させられる接触段階から発生し、かつ該新鮮な硫酸の流れは該混合物を該陰イオン選択性膜と接触させる該段階により得られるろ液から少なくとも部分的に得られ、かつ該新鮮な硫酸の流れはさらに、H2Sを燃焼することにより得られる硫酸を含み、該H2Sは好ましくは、該硫酸が減少された上記流れから得られる流れに適用される硫酸塩還元段階から得られるものである上記方法。
- 該膜が、一の流体が内腔側を通過し、他が外側を通過する、(平行)平板、又は管、キャピラリー、らせん状に巻かれた管の形状である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該膜を横切っての硫酸の輸送が、受け取り液体を膜のろ液側に通すことによりもたらされ、好ましくは該受け取り液体は水である、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- リグノセルロースを発酵産物、特にはエタノールに転化するための方法の部分である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該混合物が、ブルックフィールド粘度計モデルRVFを用いて3スピンドル及びスピンドル速度20 rpmで25℃の温度で測定されて、1 000〜5 000 mPa・sの粘度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 硫酸を用いる該有機物質の加水分解の後に得られる単糖に富む流れから硫酸を分離するために第2の膜が用いられ、これにより弱い硫酸の流れを製造し、その後該単糖に富む流れは発酵器に送られ、該弱い硫酸の流れは嫌気性酸性化および硫酸塩還元段階へ送られる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 炭水化物及び硫酸の混合物からの硫酸の分離において陰イオン選択性膜を使用する方法。
