Description
i)吸着工程の間、N個(Nは2以上)の吸着装置を使用し、各吸着装置を時間をずらして(en decalage)期間Tの同じサイクルに従わせ、このサイクルの間には、吸着段階及び再生段階を互いに連続して生じさせ、吸着段階の最初では、各吸着装置を溶離段階に供し、この段階では、混合物の公称の流れの一部のみを、1つの吸着装置へと、前記1つの吸着装置が実質的に一酸化炭素で飽和するまで送る一方、少なくとも1つの他の吸着装置を吸着段階に維持し、
ii)このサイクルを通じて、精製されたガス混合物を、液化ガス混合物をつくるべく、部分的に液化し、前記混合物を1つの容器に貯蔵し、且つ、この液化ガス混合物をこの容器から少なくとも1つの塔へと送って一酸化炭素リッチ製品に分離することと、吸着装置の溶離段階の少なくとも一部の間に先の容器における液面を低下させ、且つ、溶離期間以外のこのサイクルの少なくとも一部の間に前記液面を上昇させることを特徴とする方法が提供される。
−先の容器は、低温分離塔の底部分から構成されている;
−先の容器内に収容された液化ガス混合物の液面を、溶離段階以外のこのサイクルを通じて上昇させ、及び/又は、先の容器内に収容された液化ガス混合物の液面を、溶離段階の間にのみ低下させる;
−ガス混合物は、少なくとも、一酸化炭素、水素及びメタンを含有し、精製されたガス混合物の一部をメタン洗浄塔へと送り、水素富化されたガスをメタン洗浄塔の頂部から取り出し、一酸化炭素富化された液体をメタン洗浄塔からストリッピング塔の頂部へと送り、一酸化炭素リッチ液体をストリッピング塔の底部から取り出し且つ一酸化炭素/メタン分離塔へと送り、メタンリッチ液体を一酸化炭素/メタン分離塔の底部から取り出し且つ少なくとも部分的にメタン洗浄塔の頂部へと送り、一酸化炭素リッチガス流を一酸化炭素/メタン分離塔の頂部から取り出す;
−液化ガス混合物を、先の容器からストリッピング塔へと送る;
−一酸化炭素/メタン分離塔の底部におけるメタンリッチ液体の体積を、溶離段階以外のこのサイクルの少なくとも一部の間に減少させ、前記体積を、溶離段階の少なくとも一部の間に増加させる;
−ストリッピング塔の底部における一酸化炭素リッチ液体の体積を、溶離段階以外のこのサイクルの少なくとも一部の間に減少させ、及び/又は、前記体積を、溶離段階の少なくとも一部の間に増加させる。
i)吸着ユニットは、N個(Nは2以上)の吸着装置と、ガス混合物を複数の吸着装置へと送る手段と、精製されたガス混合物を複数の吸着装置から低温分離ユニットへと送る手段とを具備し、
ii)低温分離ユニットは、コールドボックスを具備し、且つ、コールドボックス内に収容された、メタン洗浄塔と、ストリッピング塔と、一酸化炭素/メタン分離塔と、液化ガス混合物用の容器と、この容器における液面を吸着サイクルに応じて制御する手段とを具備した装置が提供される。
−液化ガス混合物用の容器は、メタン洗浄塔の底部及びストリッピング塔と連通している;
−液化ガス混合物用の容器は、メタン洗浄塔の一部となっている。
a)吸着ユニットは、N個(Nは2以上)の吸着装置と、ガス混合物を複数の吸着装置へと送る手段と、精製されたガス混合物を複数の吸着装置から低温分離ユニットへと送る手段とを具備し、
b)低温分離ユニットは、コールドボックスを具備し、且つ、コールドボックス内に収容された、液化ガス混合物用の容器及び少なくとも1つのストリッピング塔を構成する相分離器と、一酸化炭素リッチ流体を複数のストリッピング塔のうちの1つから取り出す手段と、先の容器における液面を吸着サイクルに応じて制御する手段とを具備した装置が提供される。
−ストリッピング塔における液面、
−メタン洗浄塔における液面、
−一酸化炭素サイクルのタービン23の速度。
Claims (11)
- ガス混合物を分離することによって、一酸化炭素と、任意に水素とを製造する方法であって、吸着による分離工程と、続く低温分離工程とを包含し、
i)前記吸着工程の間、N個(Nは2以上)の吸着装置(4A、4B)を使用し、各吸着装置を時間をずらして期間Tの同じサイクルに従わせ、このサイクルの間には、吸着段階及び再生段階を互いに連続して生じさせ、前記吸着段階の最初では、各吸着装置を溶離段階に供し、この段階では、前記混合物の公称の流れの一部のみを、1つの吸着装置へと、前記1つの吸着装置が実質的に一酸化炭素で飽和するまで送る一方、少なくとも1つの他の吸着装置を前記吸着段階に維持し、
ii)前記サイクルを通じて、精製されたガス混合物を、液化ガス混合物をつくるべく、部分的に液化し、前記混合物を1つの容器(7、A)に貯蔵し、且つ、前記液化ガス混合物を前記容器から少なくとも1つの塔(11、B)へと送って一酸化炭素リッチ流体に分離することと、前記吸着装置の溶離段階の少なくとも一部の間に前記容器における液面を低下させ、且つ、前記溶離期間以外の前記サイクルの少なくとも一部の間に前記液面を上昇させることとを特徴とする方法。 - 前記容器は、低温分離塔(9)の底部分から構成されている請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記容器内に収容された前記液化ガス混合物の前記液面を、前記溶離段階以外の前記サイクルを通じて上昇させ、及び/又は、前記容器内に収容された前記液化ガス混合物の前記液面を、前記溶離段階の間にのみ低下させる請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記ガス混合物は、少なくとも、一酸化炭素、水素及びメタンを含有し、前記精製されたガス混合物の一部をメタン洗浄塔(9)へと送り、水素富化されたガスをメタン洗浄塔の頂部から取り出し、一酸化炭素富化された液体を前記メタン洗浄塔からストリッピング塔(11)の頂部へと送り、一酸化炭素リッチ液体を前記ストリッピング塔の底部から取り出し且つ一酸化炭素/メタン分離塔(13)へと送り、メタンリッチ液体を前記一酸化炭素/メタン分離塔の底部から取り出し且つ少なくとも部分的に前記メタン洗浄塔の頂部へと送り、一酸化炭素リッチガス流を前記一酸化炭素/メタン分離塔の頂部から取り出す請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記液化ガス混合物を、前記容器(7)から前記ストリッピング塔(11)へと送る請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記一酸化炭素/メタン分離塔(13)の底部(18)におけるメタンリッチ液体の体積を、前記溶離段階以外の前記サイクルの少なくとも一部の間に減少させ、前記体積を、溶離段階の少なくとも一部の間に増加させる請求項4又は5記載の方法。
- 前記ストリッピング塔の前記底部(18)における一酸化炭素リッチ液体の体積を、前記溶離段階以外の前記サイクルの少なくとも一部の間に減少させ、及び/又は、前記体積を、前記溶離段階の少なくとも一部の間に増加させる請求項4乃至6の何れか1項記載の方法。
- ガス混合物を分離することによって一酸化炭素及び/又は水素を製造する装置であって、吸着ユニットと、低温分離ユニットとを具備し、
i)前記吸着ユニットは、N個(Nは2以上)の吸着装置(4A、4B)と、ガス混合物を前記複数の吸着装置へと送る手段と、精製されたガス混合物を前記複数の吸着装置から前記低温分離ユニットへと送る手段とを具備し、
ii)前記低温分離ユニットは、コールドボックス(F)を具備し、且つ、前記コールドボックス内に収容された、メタン洗浄塔(9)と、ストリッピング塔(11)と、一酸化炭素/メタン分離塔(13)と、前記液化ガス混合物用の容器(7)と、この容器における液面を吸着サイクルに応じて制御する手段(V1)とを具備した装置。 - 前記液化ガス混合物用の容器(7)は、メタン洗浄塔(9)の底部及びストリッピング塔(11)と連通している請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記液化ガス混合物用の容器は、メタン洗浄塔の一部となっている請求項9記載の装置。
- ガス混合物を分離することによって一酸化炭素及び/又は水素を製造する装置であって、吸着ユニットと、低温分離ユニットとを具備し、
a)前記吸着ユニットは、N個(Nは2以上)の吸着装置(4A、4B)と、ガス混合物を前記複数の吸着装置へと送る手段と、精製されたガス混合物を前記複数の吸着装置から前記低温分離ユニットへと送る手段とを具備しており、
b)前記低温分離ユニットは、コールドボックス(F)を具備し、且つ、前記コールドボックス内に収容された、液化ガス混合物用の容器及び少なくとも1つのストリッピング塔(B、C)を構成する相分離器(A)と、一酸化炭素リッチ流体を前記複数のストリッピング塔のうちの1つから取り出す手段と、前記容器における液面を吸着サイクルに応じて制御する手段とを具備した装置。
