Claims (22)

  1. 相分離高分子領域を含む移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器であって、該相分離高分子領域が(a)生体安定性高分子相と、(b)該相分離高分子領域がin vivoでナノ多孔質高分子領域となるようにin vivoで生体崩壊を受ける、ナノスケール規模の、生体崩壊性高分子相とを含む、移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  2. 前記生体崩壊性高分子相と前記生体安定性高分子相が前記高分子領域の少なくとも一部において共連続的である、請求項1記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  3. 前記生体崩壊性高分子相が前記高分子領域の少なくとも一部において前記高分子領域の厚さ全体にわたっている、請求項1記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  4. ガイドワイヤー、バルーン、大静脈フィルター、ステント、ステントグラフト、血管グラフト、脳動脈瘤フィラーコイル、心筋プラグ、心臓弁、血管弁、および再生医療用スキャフォールドから選択される、請求項1記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  5. 前記高分子領域が(a)生体安定性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと、(b)生体崩壊性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーとを含む、請求項1記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  6. 前記生体安定性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーが、アクリレートモノマー、メタクリレートモノマー、アルキレンモノマー、ハロゲン化アルキレンモノマー、ビニルエーテルモノマー、ビニル芳香族モノマー、およびオルガノシロキサンモノマーから選択される1種以上のモノマーを含む、請求項5記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  7. 前記生体安定性コポリマーが、ビニル芳香族モノマーおよびアルキレンモノマーを含む、請求項6記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  8. 前記生体分解性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーが生体分解性ポリエステルホモポリマーまたはコポリマーである、請求項5記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  9. 前記高分子領域が(a)生体安定性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと、(b)生体溶解性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーとを含む、請求項5記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  10. 前記生体溶解性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーがアルキレンオキシドモノマーまたはアルキレンオキシドモノマーの組合せを含む、請求項9記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  11. 前記高分子領域が、生体安定性ポリマーブロックと、生体分解性ポリマーブロックとを含むブロックコポリマーを含む、請求項1記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  12. 前記生体安定性ポリマーブロックが、アクリレートモノマー、メタクリレートモノマー、ビニル芳香族モノマー、ビニルエーテルモノマー、アルケンモノマー、ハロゲン化アルケンモノマー、オルガノシロキサンモノマー、およびそれらの組合せから選択されるモノマーを含むホモポリマーまたはコポリマーブロックであり、かつ前記生体分解性ポリマーブロックが生体分解性ポリエステルホモポリマーまたはコポリマーブロックである、請求項11記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  13. 前記ブロックコポリマーが、生体安定性ポリ(ビニル芳香族)ブロックと、生体安定性ポリアルキレンブロックと、ポリカプロラクトンブロック、ポリ(グリコール酸)ブロック、ポリ(乳酸)ブロック、およびポリ(乳酸−コ−グリコール酸)ブロックから選択される生体分解性ブロックとを含む、請求項11記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  14. 前記コポリマーが(i)生体安定性低Tgブロックと、(ii)生体分解性ポリマーブロックを含む、請求項11記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  15. 前記生体安定性低Tgブロックが、アクリレートモノマー、メタクリレートモノマー、ビニルエーテルモノマー、アルケンモノマー、ハロゲン化アルケンモノマー、オルガノシロキサンモノマー、およびそれらの組合せから選択されるモノマーを含むホモポリマーまたはコポリマーブロックであり、かつ前記生体分解性ポリマーブロックが生体分解性ポリエステルホモポリマーまたはコポリマーブロックである、請求項14記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  16. 前記ブロックコポリマーがポリイオスブチレン中間ブロック(polyiosbutylene midblock)と、複数の生体分解性ポリマー末端ブロックとを含む、請求項11記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  17. 前記ブロックコポリマーが生体安定性ポリマー主鎖と、複数の生体分解性ポリマー側鎖とを、または生体安定性ポリマー中間ブロックと、複数の生体分解性ポリマー末端ブロックとを含む、請求項11記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  18. 前記高分子領域が医療機器基材に対する被膜である、請求項1に記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  19. 前記高分子領域の真下にまたは内部に配置された治療薬をさらに含む、請求項1記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  20. 前記高分子領域が高分子層形態であり、かつ、該高分子層が前記治療薬を含む領域上に配置されているか、あるいは該高分子層が治療薬を含む、請求項1記載の移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  21. 移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器であって、(a)生体安定性ポリマーブロックと、in vivoで生体崩壊を受ける生体分解性ポリマーブロックとを含むブロックコポリマーを含む相分離高分子領域と、(b)該相分離高分子領域内部に配置され、in vivoで放出される治療薬とを含む、移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器。
  22. ナノ多孔質高分子領域を含む移植可能なまたは挿入可能な医療機器の製造方法であって、(a)安定性高分子相と、ナノスケール規模の崩壊性高分子相とを含む相分離高分子領域を準備すること、(b)該崩壊性高分子相を選択的に除去し、それにより該ナノ多孔質高分子領域を作り出すことを含む、前記製造方法。
