Description
Claims (9)
- 縦軸に沿って相対移動可能である、環状アーマチュアおよびそれを通して同心状に位置決めされるトランスレータを有するリニア発電機であって、磁気透過性スリーブが、前記アーマチュアに固着されかつ該アーマチュアを円周方向に取り囲み、前記スリーブの一端または両端の透過性は、その円周の周りで、前記アーマチュアが前記トランスレータに対して相対的な状態である前記スリーブの移動において前記スリーブ上での縦方向コギング力の変化が減じられるように、輪郭による変化がつけられる、リニア発電機。
- 前記透過性の輪郭による変化は、前記スリーブの一端または両端で、前記スリーブ端部の円周の周りの材料の量の変化によって達成され、そのような変化は、前記アーマチュアの円周の周りの位置でのスリーブ材料のさまざまな欠如の形態である、請求項1に記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記スリーブ材料の量の変化は、前記スリーブが取り囲む前記アーマチュアの縦方向の前記スリーブ端縁のさまざまな縦方向オフセットによって達成され、そのようなオフセットの変化の例は、実質的にシヌソイド、三角形、またはキャストレイテッドである、請求項2に記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記スリーブの両端は、そのように輪郭による変化がつけられるが、前記スリーブの母線の対向端部において端縁部分をオフセットすることは、前記端部の端縁部分間の距離が、前記スリーブの円周の周りで実質的に一定であるようなものである、請求項3に記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記スリーブは、前記トランスレータから磁束線を引き出すための多数の個別強磁性要素を含みあるいは該多数の個別強磁性要素から構成されるが、各々は、前記スリーブの円周の周りでかつ/あるいは該円周に沿って渦電流の循環を実質的に排除するような形状でありかつ排除するように個々に絶縁される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記個別要素は、軟鉄等の強磁性材料の分離した長さからなり、各々は、前記アーマチュアスリーブを形成するために、その隣りから絶縁されかつ互いに平行にかつ隣接して置かれる、請求項5に記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記要素は、プラスチック材料内に埋め込まれる、小さい玉軸受または鉄結晶等の個別粒子を含む、請求項5に記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記スリーブを構成するまたは該スリーブ内に含まれる前記個別要素の多くまたは全てが、それぞれ、それらの選択された割合あるいは全ての互いの接続、ひいては渦電流の制御された循環を可能にする共有切換手段に係る導電手段によって接続される、請求項5に記載のリニア発電機。
- 前記スリーブの長さは、その最小限で、前記トランスレータ磁石の誘起された減磁に対する保護が、前記スリーブの存在によって、前記アーマチュアの各端部で露出される前記磁石に、その中央での磁石とほぼ同程度与えられることを保証するのに十分な程度だけ前記アーマチュアの縦方向長さを越える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のリニア発電機。
