Abstract
Description
A)ばねの外表面と筐体空洞の表面との間の摩耗であって、この摩耗はばねと筐体との間に挿入される可塑性要素の導入によって排除される。
B)ばねの基端部と筐体空洞支持表面との間の摩耗であって、この摩耗は可塑性要素の導入によって排除される。
C)ばねの先端部と閉塞具に対する接点の表面との間の摩耗であって、この摩耗は可塑性要素の導入によってかまたは可塑性閉塞具の導入によって排除される。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも一つの流路111を備える弁座1と、前記流路111を閉塞することができ且つ前記弁座に対して所定方向へ動くことができる閉塞具部材4と、この閉塞具4を弾性的に押圧する手段5であってこの閉塞具4を所定位置へ押しやることができ且つこの閉塞具の運動の方向へ作動する手段とを具備し、この弾性押圧手段5が少なくとも一つのつる巻圧縮ばね5を含んでいる往復圧縮機用バルブであって、休止状態(図4A)と圧縮状態(図4B)との両方において、前記ばね5の総ての巻回同士の間の且つ全作動長に沿う巻回間隙間の存在を特徴とし、両方の末端巻回105とすぐに隣接している巻回205との直径の差が、前記ばねを形成している金属線の断面の少なくとも約1.5倍であるという前記両方の末端巻回のテーパ比変化を更に特徴とする、バルブ。
- 前記両方の末端巻回105とこれらにすぐに隣接している前記巻回205との直径の差が、前記ばねを形成している金属線の断面の半分以上である、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記両方の末端巻回105の直径が、前記すぐに隣接している巻回205の直径よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記両方の末端巻回105の直径が、前記すぐに隣接している巻回205の直径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 一方の前記末端巻回105の直径が、前記すぐに隣接している巻回205の直径よりも小さく、他方の前記末端巻回105の直径が、前記すぐに隣接している巻回205の直径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記円錐末端巻回が研削されている、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ばねのピッチが可変である、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記閉塞具部材4に対して適切に配置されている筐体402内に、前記弾性押圧手段5が配置されている、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ばねを収容している前記筐体内に、可塑性材料で作られていることが好ましい保護部材412、422が配置されている、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のバルブ。
