Claims (14)
- ファイバフェルトの形成を助けるデバイス(6)であって、それらファイバは内部遠心法によって及びガス流を用いた延伸によって延伸され得る材料からなり、それらファイバの流れは管状ベール(2)の形態にあり、前記デバイスは、前記管状ベール(2)に対して接線方向に空気を射出して、前記ベールに回転動作を付与する送風手段(6)を含み、前記送風手段(6)は、前記管状ベールの流れの主方向に垂直な方向に空気を供給することを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記送風手段(6)は、空気を約1乃至45m/秒で送り出すことを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のデバイスであって、前記送風手段(6)は、開口部のない外壁(61)と、前記管状ベール(2)を取り囲むように意図され、部分的に開口した内壁(62)とを有する環状チャンバ(60)からなり、前記外壁は少なくとも1つの空気取り入れ口(63)を有しており、前記内壁(62)は複数の部分閉塞フィン(64)を有していることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項3に記載のデバイスであって、前記環状チャンバ(60)は複数の空気取り入れ口(63)を介して供給され、必要であれば、前記チャンバの周囲に沿った圧力差を提供するために、各取り入れ口から発せられる空気の圧力が調節され得ることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項3又は4に記載のデバイスであって、前記フィン、特には軸の周りで揺動させられ得るフィン(64)は、好ましくは15乃至25°の開放角に合わされることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項3乃至5の何れか1項に記載のデバイスであって、前記内壁(62)は、前記ベールと向き合い且つ前記フィンの高さの少なくとも一部に亘って延びた環状ライニング(68)で裏付けされていることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項3乃至6の何れか1項に記載のデバイスであって、前記環状チャンバ(60)は、前記フィン(64)と向き合った内壁(62)を通して空気を分配するための環状グリッド(67)を含んだことを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項3乃至7の何れか1項に記載のデバイスであって、前記環状チャンバの一方側から延びた少なくとも1つのフレア形状の管状伸長壁(69a)を含み、その壁は、前記手段(6)によって出力された前記管状ベール(2)を拡散させることが意図されていることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項8に記載のデバイスであって、その反対側で前記環状チャンバの他方の側から延びたフレア形状の他の管状伸長壁(69b)を含み、それは、前記手段(6)に入る際に前記管状ベール(2)を案内することが意図されていることを特徴とするデバイス。
- ファイバフェルトを形成するための設備であって、遠心可能な材料に遠心力を作用させるデバイス(10)であって、前記材料の複数のフィラメントを送り出す繊維化皿(11)が設けられたデバイスと、前記遠心デバイス(10)の下に設置されたインダクタ(30)と、前記フィラメントを複数のファイバへと変換する高温ガス流を実質的に管状ベール(2)の形態で送り出すガス延伸デバイス(20)とを含み、前記設備は、請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に係るデバイス(6)を含み、このデバイスは、前記インダクタ(30)の直下に又は前記インダクタ(30)から或る距離を隔てて設置されたことを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項10に記載の設備であって、前記デバイス(6)は、前記インダクタが発生する磁場を拾わない耐熱材料からなることを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項11に記載の設備であって、前記デバイス(6)を前記インダクタ(30)から隔てている距離は、前記繊維化皿(11)の直径の1.5倍までであることを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項10乃至12の何れか1項に記載の設備であって、前記ファイバの分布を改良するための前記デバイス(6)の下流に設置されたバインダ供給デバイス(40)を含んでいることを特徴とする設備。
- ファイバフェルトを、前記フェルトにおける前記ファイバの分布を改良するために、請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載のデバイスを用いて製造する方法。
