Abstract

本发明公开了一种超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡及其制备方法,该玻璃棉毡由超细玻璃纤维棉和粘结剂结合而成,具有超层复合的结构。该玻璃棉毡由单个离心头和往复运动的胶轨制得,单个离心头内玻璃液流股流量为40~70kg/h。该棉毡的超细玻璃纤维棉直径为2~4μm,长度为10~15mm。本发明还公开了超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡的制备方法。本发明所述的超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡具有优异的憎水、隔热、隔音性能,可应用于冷藏保温、火车运输、音乐厅等需要保温及隔音的场所。

Description

一种超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃棉毡及其制备方法,具体涉及一种超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃棉毡是将处于熔融状态的玻璃用离心喷吹法工艺进行纤维化,再喷涂上热固性树脂保温固化后制成的棉毡装材料,它因具有良好的保温隔音效果而被大量制成墙板、天花板、空间吸声体等应用于建筑外墙、冷藏保温、音乐厅等需要保温隔音的场所。但是在实际生产和应用中,有两方面的问题限制了玻璃棉毡的发展:一是玻璃棉毡的纤维直径较粗,通常为5~12μm,;二是玻璃棉毡的分层效果不好,通常呈现交错重叠的状态。这两个问题,都使玻璃棉毡的性能受到很大影响,不能达到预期的隔热隔音效果,无法应用于高端领域。
中国专利CN202388865U(授权公告日为2012年8月22日)公开了一种玻璃棉毡,该棉毡的优点是实用性强,外形美观,弹性好,但是该棉毡的缺点是玻璃棉毡纤维直径较粗,且分层结构不明显,因此隔热隔音性能较差,不能达到预期的效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的一个技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种柔软性好,隔热隔音性能优异的超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡。其特征在于:该棉毡由超细玻璃纤维棉和粘结剂结合而成,具有超层复合的结构,超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡由单个的离心头和胶轨制得,单个离心头内玻璃液流股流量为40~70kg/h,超细玻璃纤维棉直径为0.5~4μm,长度为10~15mm。
本发明要解决的另一个技术问题是公开了一种超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述顺序的步骤:
(1)用离心喷吹法制得纤维直径为0.5~4μm的超细玻璃纤维棉;
(2)玻璃纤维棉在下落过程中,离心头下方的喷胶环向纤维喷洒雾状粘结剂;
(3)与粘结剂结合后的玻璃纤维棉落在下方的集棉网带上;
(4)集棉网带来回往复运动,实现玻璃纤维棉的超层排列结构;
(5)超层排列的玻璃纤维棉经胶轨辊压,输送到固化炉内固化得到超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡。
有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:(1)玻璃纤维棉毡的纤维直径为0.5~4μm,长度为10~15mm玻璃纤维棉毡的结构为超层结构,各层之间接近平行排布。隔热隔音性能优于普通玻璃棉毡,能够应用与音乐厅、动车、高铁等高端保温隔音场所。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定。
实施例
如图2所示,一种超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡,由超细玻璃纤维棉和粘结剂结合而成。单个离心头10内玻璃液流量为40~70kg/h,经离心喷吹法制得超细玻璃纤维棉20,该纤维直径为2.5μm,长度为11mm。玻璃纤维棉20在下落过程中,离心头下方的喷胶环30向纤维喷洒雾状粘结剂,与粘结剂结合后的玻璃纤维棉经摇摆筒摆动落在下方的集棉网带50上,集棉网带50来回往复运动,实现玻璃纤维棉的超层排列结构,超层排列的玻璃纤维棉经胶轨辊压,输送到固化炉内固化得到超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡。
上述仅为本发明的单个具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护的范围的行为。但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何形式的简单修改、等同变化与改型,仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡,其特征在于由超细玻璃纤维棉和粘结剂结合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡,其特征在于所述的超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡由单个的离心头和胶轨制得,具有超层复合的结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡,其特征在于所述的单个离心头内玻璃液流股流量为40~70kg/h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡,其特征在于所述的超细玻璃纤维棉直径为0.5~4μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡,其特征在于所述的超细玻璃纤维棉长度为10~15mm。
6.一种超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述顺序的步骤:
(1)用离心喷吹法制得的超细玻璃纤维棉;
(2)玻璃纤维棉在下落过程中,离心头下方的喷胶环向纤维喷洒雾状粘结剂;
(3)与粘结剂结合后的玻璃纤维棉落在下方的集棉网带上;
(4)集棉网带来回往复运动,实现玻璃纤维棉的超层排列结构;
(5)超层排列的玻璃纤维棉经胶轨辊压,输送到固化炉内固化得到超层超细玻璃纤维棉毡。
