Description

Claims (8)
- フィルム粒子シミュレーションにおけるブロック平均の決定方法であって、
ディスプレイパイプラインにおいてブロック平均を決定する段階であって、外部メモリの使用をしない段階を有する、方法。 - ブロック平均は一度に1ブロックずつ計算される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ブロック平均は1行中のすべてのブロックについて並行して計算される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィルム粒子シミュレーションプロセスのためにブロック平均の計算に使用したピクセル値を再利用する段階と、
表示プロセスのためにフィルム粒子シミュレーションプロセスに使用したピクセル値を再利用する段階とをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - フィルム粒子シミュレーションにおけるブロック平均の決定方法であって、
外部メモリを用いることによりデコードプロセスにおいてブロック平均を決定する段階を有する、方法。 - 1組の画素をデコードする段階と、
デコードされた1組の画素のブロック平均を計算する段階とを有する、請求項5に記載の方法。 - デコードされた1組の画素はマクロブロックである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- マクロブロックは16×16のサンプルを含み、4つのブロック平均を計算し、オーバーラップしていない8×8のブロックの各々につき1つのブロック平均である、請求項7に記載の方法。
