Abstract
Description
本発明は、時間的に変化する負荷により生じる、構成部材の疲労状態に特徴的な特性値に対する近似値を、交番応力サイクルの数に基づいて検出する方法に関する。
Claims (5)
- 時間的に変化する負荷により生じる、構成部材の疲労状態に特徴的な特性値に対する近似値を、交番応力サイクルの数に基づいて検出する方法であって、
最初に部分的に終了した交番応力サイクルを考慮し、
このとき部分的に終了した交番応力サイクルの未だ経過していないフェーズに対する一時的負荷値を所定の固定値により考慮する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、
固定値としてゼロ値を設定する方法 - 請求項1または2記載の方法であって、
近似値を検出するための中間値として、交番応力サイクルの全体的最大値と全体的最小値との差を形成する方法。 - 請求項1または2記載の方法であって、
近似値を検出するための中間値として、交番応力サイクルの全体的最大値または局所的最大値と全体的最小値または局所的最小値との差を形成する方法。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載の方法であって、
蒸気タービンの構成部材の疲労状態に特徴的な特性値に対する近似値を検出する方法。
