Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 複数の繊維面シートを有する石膏ボードの製造方法であって、
第1の石膏スラリー移送容器を連続的に通過する第1の濃度を有する第1の石膏スラリーを提供する工程と、
少なくとも第1の連続する繊維面シート上に前記第1の石膏スラリーの所定の量を堆積する工程と、
石膏塗布ステーションを通して前記第1の連続する繊維面シートを移送する工程と、
第2の濃度を有する第2の石膏スラリーを提供し、この第2の石膏スラリーを前記第1の繊維面シートに堆積させ、前記第2の石膏スラリーを前記第1の繊維面シートの上面に実質的に均一に分配する工程と、
前記石膏スラリーを提供する工程の前に、前記第1のスラリーまたは第2のスラリーのいずれかに添加剤を均質に混ぜ合わせる工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする繊維面シートを有する石膏ボードの製造方法。 - 第1、第2、第3の石膏スラリーのいずれかに添加剤を混ぜ合わせる工程は、ワックスエマルジョンを前記第1、第2、または第3の石膏スラリーに混ぜ合わせる工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
- 第1、第2、第3の石膏スラリーのいずれかに添加剤を混ぜ合わせる工程は、添加剤を前記第1の石膏スラリーに混ぜ合わせる工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
- 第2の石膏スラリーを堆積させる工程は、第1の石膏スラリー移送用容器に流体連通する流体供給装置を介して第1の石膏スラリーに添加剤を均質に混ぜ合わせる工程の後に行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
- 添加剤を石膏層に混ぜ合わせる工程は、第1の石膏スラリー移送用容器を通して移送されるスラリー流の中に添加剤を注入するためにタービュレータを使用する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
- 第1の連続する繊維面シートは、繊維間がランダムな間隔を有するランダムに配向された無機質ガラス繊維を更に含んでおり、第1の石膏スラリーの所定の量を第1の連続する無機繊維面シート上に堆積させることによって、第1の濃度を有する第1の石膏スラリーを無機繊維間のランダムな間隙を通して浸透させ、それにより前記第1の無機繊維面シートの上面および下面の両方を、第1の濃度および混合された添加剤を有する前記石膏スラリーで被膜することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
- ワックスエマルジョンは、第1の石膏スラリー移送用容器と連結された流体供給装置と直列に配置されたタービュレータを介する注入によって、連続する石膏スラリー流に加えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
- 添加剤は、容積式ポンプによって流体供給装置を通して強制的に移動させることによって前記流体供給装置を通して移送されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
- 第3の濃度を有する第3の石膏スラリーを提供して、上面および下面を有する第2の連続繊維シートにこの石膏スラリーを堆積させる工程によって、この第2の繊維シートの上面を前記第3の石膏スラリーで被覆することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
- 第2の繊維面シートを第2の石膏スラリー上に与え、よって、湿潤石膏ボード製品を形成するために第1および第2の繊維面シート内に前記第2の石膏スラリーを包み込む工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏ボードの製造方法。
- 石膏ボード成形装置であって、 材料の連続シートの供給装置と、
この連続シート上に前記石膏スラリーを送出するための少なくとも一つの石膏送出ステーションに配置される石膏送出機構を含む石膏スラリーミキサーと、
第1の石膏スラリー移送用容器において添加剤の均質な流れを第1の石膏スラリーに加えるために添加剤用流体供給装置に連結された少なくとも一つの添加剤用アセンブリと、
第2の石膏スラリー移送用容器を含む芯石膏送出機構と、
前記連続シートを前記芯石膏と結合するためのシート結合ステーションと、
形成された石膏ボードを前記シート結合ステーションから搬送するための、表面を有するベルトを備える石膏コンベヤラインと、を備えており、
前記少なくとも一つの添加剤用アセンブリは、
前記添加剤用流体供給装置と流体連通する添加剤注入ポートと、
前記石膏送出機構の少なくとも一つの添加剤用流体供給装置に直列に配置されたタービュレータとを備えており、
このタービュレータは、前記第1の石膏スラリー移送容器を通して移動される前記石膏スラリー流に近接して配置される出口を有する流体絞り具(fluid constrictor)を備えていることを特徴とする石膏ボード成形装置。 - 第1の石膏スラリー移送容器を介して移動される石膏スラリー流に近接して配置される流体絞り具の出口は、直列に配置された容積式ポンプによって添加剤用リザーバと流体連通していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の石膏ボード成形装置。
- 添加剤は、ワックスエマルジョンを含むことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の石膏ボード成形装置。
- 添加剤は、マイクロ繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の石膏ボード成形装置。
