Description
Claims (14)
- ステンレス鋼から製造され、近位端および遠位端を有する近位ガイドワイヤ中心部と、
本質的に約30%乃至約52%のチタンと、残余のニッケルと、10%以下の1以上の他の合金要素とからなる擬弾性合金から製造され、近位端および遠位端を有する遠位部と、
本質的にニッケルから製造され、近位端および遠位端を有する遷移片と、を備え、
前記近位部の前記遠位端は、前記遷移片の前記近位端に溶接され、前記遷移片の前記遠位端は、前記遠位部の前記近位端に溶接されている、脈管内ガイドワイヤ。 - 前記遷移片は、直径より長い全長を有する円筒形状からなる、請求項1に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記遷移片は、その縦横比が0.5乃至3である、請求項2に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記円筒形状の遷移片の両端は、前記ガイドワイヤの軸に対して斜めに傾斜している、請求項2に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記円筒形状の遷移片の両端は、前記ガイドワイヤの軸に対して30°乃至60°傾斜している、請求項4に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記遷移片は、少なくとも1つの凸円錐形の端部を有する円筒形状からなる、請求項1に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記遷移片は、前記近位部および遠位部の向い合う面を連結するように構成され、前記向い合う面は前記ガイドワイヤの軸に対して実質的に平行である、請求項1に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記遷移片は、前記近位および遠位部の向い合わない面を連結するように構成され、前記向い合わない面は前記ガイドワイヤの軸に対して実質的に平行である、請求項1に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記遷移片は、ジグザグ状の側面またはT字形状の側面のうち少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記遷移片は、スリーブにより覆われていない、請求項1に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記溶接は摩擦溶接により達せられる、請求項1に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記溶接はレーザー溶接により達せられる、請求項1に記載の脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 脈管内ガイドワイヤを作成する方法において、
近位ガイドワイヤ部を準備する工程と、
擬弾性合金を含む遠位ガイドワイヤ部を軸方向に配置する工程と、
本質的にニッケルからなるとともに直径より長い全長を有する遷移片を、前記近位ガイドワイヤ部と前記遠位ガイドワイヤ部との間で同軸上に配置する工程と、
前記遷移片を前記近位ガイドワイヤ部と前記遠位ガイドワイヤ部との間に微細溶接する工程と、を備えた、方法。 - 細長い擬弾性ニッケル−チタンの遠位部位と、
細長いステンレス鋼の近位部位と、
本質的にニッケルからなり、前記近位部位と前記遠位部位との間に微細溶接されるとともに、直径より長い全長を有する遷移片と、を備え、
前記遷移片は、外側にスリーブを含まない、脈管内ガイドワイヤ。
