Description
本発明は、2つのフロースルー型チャンバを分離している膜から成り、第1フロースルー型チャンバは、検出器並びに液体流のための1つの入口及び1つの出口を含み、第2フロースルー型チャンバは、複数の液体流のための少なくとも2つの入口及び液体流のための少なくとも1つの出口を有していることを特徴とするデバイスである。
図1は、本発明に係るデバイスの主要スケジュールを示している。測定されるべき物質を含んだ液体流は、入口Aからフロースルー型チャンバBへと案内される。入口Cを通って、緩衝液のみを又は緩衝液と既知量の測定されるべき物質とを含んだ液体流が案内される。両液体流は、フロースルー型チャンバB内で混合される。測定されるべき物質は、膜Fを通ってフロースルー型チャンバG中へと拡散し、そこで、このチャンバに入口Jを通って導入された試薬、例えば酵素と反応することができる。この物質又は酵素反応で消費/生成される基質/生成物は、検出器Hと接触すると、測定信号を発生する。フロースルー型チャンバG中の液体は、出口Kを通って排出される。フロースルー型チャンバB中の液体は、出口Eを通って排出される。フロースルー型チャンバGの入口J及び出口Kは逆にすることが可能であり、それにより流れは互いに逆向きに流れる。
本発明の一側面によると、本デバイスは、1つの及び各々のフロースルー型チャンバが0.1乃至5000μlの範囲内のチャンバ容積を有していることを特徴とする。
Claims (11)
- 2つのフロースルー型チャンバを分離している膜を含んでおり、第1フロースルー型チャンバは、電流測定型の検出器並びに液体流のための1つの入口及び1つの出口を含んでおり、第2フロースルー型チャンバは、液体流のための少なくとも2つの入口及び液体流のための少なくとも1つの出口を有しているバイオセンサデバイス。
- 前記膜は、平均断面直径が0.1乃至900nmのナノ孔を含んだ半透膜であり、例えば酢酸セルロース、ナフィオン、セラミック材料、冶金材料又は高分子材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記検出器は、白金又は他の貴金属製の作用電極、銀製の参照電極並びに白金製の対電極、又は銀/塩化銀製の参照及び対電極の複合電極からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスを5乃至80℃の範囲内の一定温度に保持するための発熱又は冷却源を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 第2フロースルー型チャンバへの前記入口の何れか1つは、微小透析プローブ、フィルタユニット、発酵槽、細胞懸濁液、化学反応器、人間、組織又は動物からの液体流と接続されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 第2フロースルー型チャンバへの前記入口のうちの1つは、緩衝液、洗浄液及び較正溶液の注入のための2つの又はそれより多くの入口をもつバルブの出口と接続されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 第2フロースルー型チャンバへの入口のうち3つは、緩衝液、洗浄液及び較正溶液を含んだ液体流に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 第2フロースルー型チャンバへの入口は、第2フロースルー型チャンバの一部である内部の混合チャンバへと流れを導くことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記フロースルー型チャンバの各々は、0.1乃至5000μlの範囲内のチャンバ容積を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載のデバイスが、微小透析プローブ、フィルタユニット、発酵槽、細胞懸濁液、化学反応器、人間、組織又は動物から生じる液体流中の低分子(Mw < 5kDa)物質の定性及び/又は定量に使用される方法。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載のデバイスが、発酵槽、細胞懸濁液又は化学反応器中での化学的又は生物学的過程の最適化、制御又は調節に使用される方法。
