Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体サンプル中のアナライトの量の計測装置であって、その装置が、(a )半透膜により分けられた第1チャンバー及び第2チャンバーを定めるハウジン グであって、その第1チャンバーがその第1チャンバー内へその液体サンプルを 入れるための入口をもち、その膜がその第1チャンバーからその第2チャンバー へそのアナライトを移すのに適したものであり、その第2チャンバーが、そのア ナライトと反応して計測可能な副生成物を作り出す酵素を含むよう改作されてい るようなハウジング、及び(b)上記の計測可能な副生成物を検出するためのデ ィテクター、を含んで成り、その装置が: a)上記第2チャンバーが100マイクロリッター未満の容量をもち、そして上 記第2チャンバー内に上記酵素を選択的に入れるための入口をもち; b)上記ディテクターが、上記第2チャンバー内に置かれており;そして c)上記アナライト、酵素及び/又は副生成物をもつ上記第2チャンバーを洗 浄するための手段が提供される、であることを特徴とするような装置。 2.請求項1に記載の装置であって、その第2ディテクターが、その第1チャ ンバーと液体で連絡されて配置され、そしてその第2ディテクターの出力により その第2チャンバー内に置かれたディテクターの出力を補償するための回路手段 が、提供されることを、さらに特徴とする装置。 3.請求項1に記載の装置であって、その第2ディテクターが、第2半透膜に より取り囲まれることを、さらに特徴とする装置。 4.請求項1に記載の装置であって、加熱手段が、その第2チャンバー内での いずれかの化学反応の速度を制御するためにそのハウジング内に提供されること を、さらに特徴とする装置。
