Claims (9)
- 自動車のドライブトレインであって、
―エンジン(14)と、
―トランスミッション(19)と、
―前記エンジン(14)を作動させるための制御装置(16)と、を有し、
前記制御装置(16)が前記トランスミッション(19)を保護する目的で、前記エンジン(14)の出力トルク(MAmi)を第一の最大値(MMax1)又は第二のより高い最大値(MMax2)に制限するために備えられたドライブトレインであって、
前記制御装置(16)が自動車進行方向の道路の特性に関する情報を供給する道路情報機器(カメラ53)との信号伝送接続を有し、前記制御装置(16)が前記道路の特性に関する前述の情報に応じて、前記第一の最大値(MMax1)から前記第二の最大値(MMax2)へ切替えを行なうことを特徴とするドライブトレイン。 - 前記トランスミッション(19)がオートマチックトランスミッションであり、前記制御装置(16)により作動し、前記制御装置(16)が、
―前記トランスミッション(19)の出力におけるトルクの要求(MGAus)が増加するとき、
―前記要求トルク(MGAus)が前記トランスミッション(19)の現在のギヤにおいて、前記第一の最大値(MMax1)よりも高く、前記第二の最大値(MMax2)よりも低い、前記エンジン(14)の出力トルク(MAmi)により設定可能かどうかと、
―前記道路の特性に関する情報によって、前記エンジン(14)の必要トルクが、前記自動車前方の道路区間内で第二の最大値(MMax2)未満に留まることが予測されるかどうかがチェックされ、
―同チェックが肯定的な場合に、
―前記エンジン(14)の出力トルク(MAmi)が前記第二の最大値(MMax2)に制限され、
―前記エンジン(14)の出力トルク(MAmi)が、前記トランスミッション(19)の出力におけるトルク(MGAus)が要求値まで増加するように設定され、
―前記トランスミッション(19)の現在のギヤが維持される
よう具体化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドライブトレイン。 - 前記制御装置(16)が、自動車の前方区間内の道路の上り勾配が現在の上り勾配と比較して、定義可能な上り勾配差の制限値未満で上昇する場合に、前記エンジン(14)の第二トルク(MAmi)が前記第二の最大値(MMax2)未満のまま留まることを予想することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記制御装置(16)が、前記トランスミッション(19)における現在のギヤを保持したまま、道路の区間にわたって走行するために必要な、前記エンジン(14)のトルク(MAmi)を推定し、該トルクを前記第二の最大値(MMax2)と比較することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記制御装置(16)が、前記エンジン(14)の出力トルク(MAmi)に応じて前記トランスミッション(19)の負荷値を決定して記憶し、限界の負荷値を超えた時に、もはや前記第二の最大値(MMax2)への切替えを許容しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記制御装置(16)が、複数のギヤに依存する負荷値を決定してそれらを記録し、前述の負荷値に割り当てられたギヤが前記トランスミッション(19)において係合する場合、対応する限界の負荷値をギヤに依存する負荷値が超えた時に、もはや前記第二の最大値(MMax2)への切替えを許容しないことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記制御装置(16)が限られた期間のみ、前記エンジン(14)の出力トルク(MAmi)を前記第二の最大値(MMax2)に制限することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記制御装置(16)が前記エンジン(14)の出力トルク(MAmi)に応じて前述の期間を決定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記制御装置(16)が前記トランスミッション(19)の負荷値に応じて前述の期間を決定することを特徴とする請求項7あるいは8に記載のドライブトレイン。
