Abstract
Description
a)MSFプロセスの少なくとも一つの高温の段から少なくとも一つの蒸留物流を抽出する工程と、
b)前記少なくとも一つの蒸留物流を、前記高温よりも低い温度で作動する分離プロセスの少なくとも一つの段に供給し、前記少なくとも一つの段での熱伝達によって前記蒸留物流における顕熱の使用を最大にし、前記少なくとも一つの段及び前記プロセス全体での外部熱入力を低下させる工程とを含む、脱塩プロセスを提供する。
Claims (11)
- 飲用水を製造するための脱塩プロセスにおいて、
a)MSF分離プロセス(100)の少なくとも一つの高温の段(109)から少なくとも一つの蒸留物流(150)を抽出する工程と、
b)前記少なくとも一つの蒸留物流を、前記高温よりも低い温度で作動する分離プロセス(200)の少なくとも一つの段に供給し、前記少なくとも一つの段での熱伝達によって前記蒸留物流における顕熱の使用を最大にし、前記少なくとも一つの段及び前記プロセス全体での外部熱入力を低下させる工程と、を備えた、脱塩プロセス。 - 請求項1に記載の脱塩プロセスにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの段は、前記MSF分離プロセスへの供給水が前記少なくとも一つの蒸留物流によって予熱される段である、脱塩プロセス。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の脱塩プロセスにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの段(201)は、第2分離プロセス(200)の段である、脱塩プロセス。
- 請求項3に記載の脱塩プロセスにおいて、前記第2分離プロセスは、低温で作動するMED(200)であり、このMEDは、少なくとも部分的に、MSFから得られた前記少なくとも一つの蒸留物流から抽出した熱によって熱的に駆動される、脱塩プロセス。
- 請求項4に記載の脱塩プロセスにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの蒸留物流が一連の瞬間蒸発プロセスで瞬間蒸発されて(図2)、ブラインからMEDプロセスに直接伝達することによって熱を提供する、脱塩プロセス。
- 請求項4又は5に記載の脱塩プロセスにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの蒸留物流が瞬間蒸発されて蒸留物を冷却し、流体の蒸気が、エジェクタ(図2)によって熱圧縮されて高温となり、次いでMEDプロセスの高いエフェクトに入力される、脱塩プロセス。
- 請求項4又は5に記載の脱塩プロセスにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの蒸留物流に一連の熱交換プロセスが加えられ、前記熱交換プロセスで熱が蒸留物流からMEDの蒸留物に伝達される、脱塩プロセス。
- 請求項3に記載の脱塩プロセスにおいて、第2分離プロセスは逆浸透(RO)プロセスであり、このプロセスでは、ROプロセスへの海水の供給を予熱するためにMSFからの蒸留物流が使用される、脱塩プロセス。
- 請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の脱塩プロセスにおいて、MSFから蒸留物の形態で抽出した熱が、MED等の低温のプロセス用のエネルギ源として使用される、脱塩プロセス。
- 請求項9に記載の脱塩プロセスにおいて、蒸留物は、MEDに供給するために液体形態で使用される、脱塩プロセス。
- 請求項9に記載の脱塩プロセスにおいて、蒸留物が瞬間蒸発され、再圧縮され、MEDの第1段に入力される、脱塩プロセス。
