Abstract
Description
使用時に投与されるべき液体が保持され、第1開口及び第2開口を有するようなチェンバと、
第1開口内に保持されて、上記チェンバからのみの液体の流れを可能にする一方向バルブと、
第2開口を閉止するために上記チェンバ内にスライド可能に保持される閉止体と、
を有し、
上記閉止体は、作動時に上記チェンバ内へと伸びるようにされて該チェンバの体積を減少させ、これにより液体が前記バルブを介して上記チェンバから排出されるようにさせるような可撓性エレメントを有するアクチュエータを含み、
該アクチュエータが停止された場合に、投与された液体の量だけ上記チェンバの体積を減少させるように上記閉止体が該チェンバ内でスライドさせられるような液体投与装置が提供される。
Claims (14)
- 第1開口及び第2開口を有し、使用時に投与されるべき液体が保持されるチェンバと、
前記第1開口内に保持され、前記チェンバからのみの液体の流れを可能にする一方向バルブと、
前記チェンバ内にスライド可能に保持されて、前記第2開口を閉じる閉止体であって、
作動されると前記チェンバ内へ伸びるようにされて該チェンバの体積を減少させ、これにより液体が前記バルブを介して前記チェンバから排出されるようにするような可撓性エレメントを備えるアクチュエータ、
を含むような閉止体と、
を有し、
前記作動が停止されると、前記閉止体が、前記チェンバ内を投与された液体の量だけ該チェンバの体積を減少させるようにスライドさせられるような液体投与装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液体投与装置において、前記アクチュエータが圧電素子を含むような液体投与装置。
- 請求項2に記載の液体投与装置において、前記圧電素子が、駆動されると前記チェンバ内へとのみ伸び、駆動が停止されると、自身の通常の非伸張状態に戻るように構成されている液体投与装置。
- 請求項2又は請求項3に記載の液体投与装置において、前記圧電素子が前記可撓性エレメントに取り付けられているような液体投与装置。
- 請求項2又は請求項3に記載の液体投与装置において、前記圧電素子が前記可撓性エレメントの全て又は一部であるような液体投与装置。
- 請求項1に記載の液体投与装置において、前記アクチュエータが形状記憶合金から形成されたエレメントを含むような液体投与装置。
- 請求項5に記載の液体投与装置において、前記形状記憶合金が前記可撓性エレメントに接続されたワイヤとして形成されているような液体投与装置。
- 請求項7に記載の液体投与装置において、前記ワイヤが複数のフックにより前記可撓性エレメントに接続されているような液体投与装置。
- 請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載の液体投与装置において、前記アクチュエータがマイクロプロセッサ又は他のプログラマブル制御装置に接続されているような液体投与装置。
- 請求項1ないし9の何れか一項に記載の液体投与装置において、前記チェンバが前記バルブに隣接した縮径部分を有するような液体投与装置。
- 請求項1ないし10の何れか一項に記載の液体投与装置において、前記閉止体が、前記可撓性エレメントと前記チェンバとの間に封止部を含むような液体投与装置。
- 請求項1ないし11の何れか一項に記載の液体投与装置において、前記閉止体の前記第1開口から離れる方向の移動を妨害するように前記チェンバの壁に係合する少なくとも1つのエレメントを更に有しているような液体投与装置。
- 請求項12に記載の液体投与装置において、前記係合するエレメントが前記閉止体に取り付けられた返しであるような液体投与装置。
- 請求項12に記載の液体投与装置において、前記係合するエレメントが前記閉止体と前記チェンバの壁との間のOリング封止体であるような液体投与装置。
