Description
Claims (29)
- 連続的にかつ順次切り替えられる回転スイッチであって、
中心軸線を有する支持部材と、
前記支持部材に取り付けられたアウタ部材及び前記中心軸線周りに前記アウタ部材に対して回転可能なインナ部材を有する軸受アセンブリと、
前記軸受アセンブリの前記インナ部材に取り付けられ、前記中心軸線及び前記中心軸線に対して概ね直交する直交線の間で光信号を配向する第1の光学要素と、
前記中心軸線に対して概ね直交する前記直交線に対して半径方向に整合するように前記支持部材に取り付けられた複数の第2の光学要素とを有し、
前記第1の光学要素が前記中心軸線周りを回転するに伴い、前記光信号が、前記複数の第2の光学要素のそれぞれに対して順次整合するようにしたことを特徴とする回転スイッチ。 - 前記第1の光学要素が、プリズム及びミラーからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第2の光学要素が、光検出器、ミラー及びフィルタからなる群から選択された少なくともいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第2の光学要素が、前記中心軸線の周りの半径方向位置に、周方向に等間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第2の光学要素の少なくとも1つが、前記光信号を前記第1の光学要素に向けて反射する位置に配置されたミラーからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第2の光学要素の少なくとも1つが、前記光信号を前記第1の光学要素に向けて反射する位置に配置されたミラーからなり、前記複数の第2の光学要素が、更に前記光信号を第3の光学要素に向けて分岐させるために前記中心軸線に沿って配置されたビームスプリッタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第2の光学要素の少なくとも1つが、前記光信号を前記第1の光学要素に向けて反射する位置に配置されたミラーからなり、前記複数の第2の光学要素が、更に反射された前記光信号を第3の光学要素に向けて分岐させるために前記中心軸線に沿って配置されたサーキュレータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第2の光学要素の少なくとも1つが、前記複数の第2の光学要素に対する前記光信号の位置を識別させるためのインデックス信号を提供する光検出器からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記第1の光学要素を回転させるための手段を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 連続的にかつ順次切り替えられる回転スイッチであって、
中心軸線を有する支持部材と、
前記中心軸線に対して概ね直交する直交線に対して半径方向に整合するように前記支持部材に取り付けられた複数の第1の光学要素と、
光信号を、前記中心軸線及び前記中心軸線に対して概ね直交する直交線の間で配向するように、前記中心軸線に対して整合し、かつ前記中心軸線周りに回転可能にされた第2の光学要素とを有することを特徴とする回転スイッチ。 - 前記複数の第1の光学要素が、光検出器、ミラー及びフィルタからなる群から選択された少なくともいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第1の光学要素が、前記中心軸線の周りの半径方向位置に、周方向に等間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第1の光学要素の少なくとも1つが、前記光信号を、前記第2の光学要素から出射した後に、前記第2の光学要素に向けて反射する位置に配置されたミラーからなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第1の光学要素の少なくとも1つが、前記光信号を再び前記第2の光学要素に向けて反射する位置に配置されたミラーからなり、当該回転スイッチが、更に前記光信号を第3の光学要素に向けて分岐させるために前記中心軸線に沿って配置されたビームスプリッタを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第1の光学要素の少なくとも1つが、前記光信号を前記第2の光学要素に向けて反射する位置に配置されたミラーからなり、前記複数の第2の光学要素が、更に反射された前記光信号を第3の光学要素に向けて分岐させるために前記中心軸線に沿って配置されたサーキュレータを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の第1の光学要素の少なくとも1つが、前記複数の第1の光学要素に対する前記光信号の位置を識別させるためのインデックス信号を提供する光検出器からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記第2の光学要素が、プリズム及びミラーからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記第2の光学要素を回転させるための手段を更に有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記第2の光学要素を回転させる際に、前記第2の光学要素を支持するために、前記支持部材と前記第2の光学要素との間に配置された軸受アセンブリを更に有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 連続的にかつ順次切り替えられる回転スイッチであって、
中心軸線周りに回転可能な支持部材と、
前記中心軸線に対して概ね直交する直交線に対して半径方向に整合するように前記支持部材に取り付けられた複数の反射器と、
前記支持部材と共に回転することがなく、光信号を、前記中心軸線及び前記中心軸線に対して概ね直交する直交線の間で配向するように、前記中心軸線に整合する光学要素とを有し、
前記光学要素が光信号を前記複数の反射器の1つに配向したときに、前記光信号を前記光学要素に向けて反射するように、前記反射器が配置されていることを特徴とする回転スイッチ。 - 前記光信号の光路上に位置するように、前記複数の反射器の1つに隣接して配置されたフィルタを更に有することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の反射器が、前記中心軸線の周りの半径方向位置に、周方向に等間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の反射器の少なくとも1つがミラーからなることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の反射器により反射された前記光信号を第3の光学要素に向けて分岐させるために、前記中心軸線に沿って配置されたビームスプリッタを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の反射器により反射された前記光信号を第3の光学要素に向けて分岐させるために、前記中心軸線に沿って配置されたサーキュレータを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記光学要素が、プリズム及びミラーからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記支持部材が回転する際に、前記第2の光学要素を支持するために、前記支持部材と前記光学要素との間に配置される軸受アセンブリを更に有することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 連続的にかつ順次切り替えられる回転スイッチであって、
中心軸線周りに回転可能な支持部材と、
前記中心軸線に対して概ね直交する直交線に対して半径方向に整合するように前記支持部材に取り付けられた複数の光学要素と、
前記中心軸線及び前記複数の光学要素のそれぞれの間で光信号を配向させるための手段とを有することを特徴とする回転スイッチ。 - 光信号を配向させるための前記手段が、記中心軸線及び前記複数の光学要素のそれぞれの間で光信号を配向させるための配向手段と、前記配向手段を回転させるための手段とを有することを特徴とする請求項28に記載の回転スイッチ。
