Description
Claims (10)
- バイヤー溶液からギブサイトを沈殿させるための方法であって、該バイヤー溶液を冷却して過飽和させ、ギブサイトの種結晶を該溶液に加え、及び同時に該溶液の少なくとも一部を強度の超音波照射に付してキャビテーションを引き起こすことを含む、方法。
- 強度の超音波照射に付される溶液が、ギブサイトの結晶を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 該溶液の流れが、該流れをダクトに流し、及び該ダクトの内容物を超音波照射に連続的に付すことによって超音波照射に付される、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 超音波照射が、再循環ダクト内で行われる、請求項3記載の方法。
- 超音波照射が、微細結晶の数が不十分であることを示す測定値に応じて行われる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該測定値が、該溶液における粒子サイズである、請求項5記載の方法。
- 該測定値が、該溶液におけるアルミン酸ナトリウムの濃度である、請求項5記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を行うための、装置。
- 超音波が、ダクト壁に取り付けられた多数の超音波変換器を用いて、円周及び縦方向の両方に広がる並んだ個々の変換器で適用され、各変換器は、該変換器が3W/cm2以下を照射できるように信号発生器に接続され、該変換器が共に十分に近く、且つ変換機の数が容器内の電力浪費が25〜150W/Lである程度に十分多い、請求項8記載の装置。
- 信号発生器が、その測定値が溶液における微細結晶が不十分であることを示すセンサーからの信号に応じて作動される、請求項8又は9記載の装置。
