Claims (16)
- 高周波手術に用いられる細分された中性電極(8)の2つの電極部分(4、6)間の遷移インピーダンスを測定する方法であって、
遷移インピーダンスの純粋な容量成分を測定することを特徴とし、その目的のために、前記2つの電極部分を並列に共鳴回路中に組み込むことによって定まる共鳴周波数の移動が共鳴回路(24、25)中で測定される方法。 - 遷移インピーダンスの純粋な容量成分の前記測定が、
測定インダクタンス(22)および結合キャパシタンス(18、20)を有する基本共鳴回路(24)を使用可能にするステップと、
前記基本共鳴回路の基本共鳴周波数を測定するステップと、
前記遷移インピーダンスを前記基本共鳴回路中に並列に組み込むことによって拡張共鳴回路(25)を使用可能にするステップと、
前記拡張共鳴回路のサンプル共鳴周波数を測定するステップと、
前記遷移インピーダンスが互いに回路中で並列にあるオーム抵抗および容量抵抗からなるという想定の下で、前記基本共鳴周波数、前記サンプル共鳴周波数、および前記測定インダクタンスから前記容量成分を測定するステップとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記基本共鳴回路(24)の基本共鳴周波数または前記拡張共鳴回路(25)のサンプル共鳴周波数を測定するために、前記基本および/または拡張共鳴回路に測定交流電圧が印加され、関連共鳴回路への配線(26、32)中の電流と電圧間の位相角度が測定され、前記測定交流電流の周波数が、電流と電圧が互いに正確に同相になるまで調節されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記基本共鳴回路(24)の基本共鳴周波数または前記拡張共鳴回路(25)のサンプル共鳴周波数を測定するために、一定の大きさの電流の矩形波交流電流信号が前記基本および/または拡張共鳴回路に印加されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- ゼロ交差および交流電流信号の周波数がタイマー信号によって知られるように、前記交流電流信号の周波数をタイマー信号によって調節することができることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記基本共鳴回路(24)の基本共鳴周波数または前記拡張共鳴回路(25)のサンプル共鳴周波数を測定するために、前記基本および/または拡張共鳴回路に測定交流電圧が印加され、関連共鳴回路の電圧が測定され、電圧が最大値に達するまで前記測定交流電圧の周波数が調節されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記遷移インピーダンスのオーム成分が測定され、その目的のために、前記サンプル共鳴周波数の場合に、前記拡張共鳴回路の電圧および前記拡張共鳴回路(25)への配線(26、32)中の電流が測定され、これらから前記オーム成分が導出されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 所定の時間間隔で前記遷移インピーダンスを監視するために、前記拡張共鳴回路(25)のサンプル共鳴周波数が測定されることを特徴とする請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 高周波手術使用中に、前記電極部分(4、6)の各々から流れ去る前記電流が測定されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 2つの電極部分を並列に接続することのできる共鳴回路(24)および前記共鳴回路(24、25)に測定交流電圧を印加することのできる電流供給装置(28)を用いて、高周波手術に使用するための細分された中性電極(8)の2つの電極部分(4、6)間の前記遷移インピーダンスを測定する測定装置であって、
前記測定装置が、制御手段(34)および位相測定装置(36、40)を備えて、前記電流と電圧の位相を位相測定装置による制御手段によって検出することができ、前記電流供給装置の周波数が前記電流と電圧が同相にあるように制御手段によって制御することができるように、前記遷移インピーダンスの純粋な容量成分を測定するために設計されることを特徴とする測定装置。 - 前記測定装置が、前記電流供給装置(28)によって前記測定交流電圧が前記共鳴回路(24、25)中に直接供給されるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の測定装置。
- 前記共鳴回路が、結合キャパシタンスおよびそれに並列の測定インダクタンス(22)を備え、前記結合キャパシタンスが2個の結合キャパシタ(18、20)によって形成され、その各々が細分された中性電極配線(10)の分岐に配置されることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の測定装置。
- 前記電流供給装置(28)が定電流電源であり、その周波数がタイマー信号による制御手段(34)によって調節することができ、出力として矩形波交流電流を発生することを特徴とし、電流と電圧の間の位相差をタイマー信号による制御手段およびアナログコンパレーターによって検出することができるように前記電圧のゼロ交差を検出するためのアナログコンパレーター(40)が提供されることを特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。
- 遷移インピーダンスが組み込まれている間、前記共鳴回路の共鳴条件中の前記ピーク電圧値を測定することができるように、前記共鳴回路(24、25)の電圧を測定するための電圧測定装置(46)が提供されることを特徴とする請求項10から13のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記中性電極(8)の電極部分(4、6)へ向かう各配線分岐(14、16)に電流センサー(58、60)が結合され、それによって、結合した電極部分から流れ去る電流を測定することができることを特徴とする請求項10から14のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。
- 請求項10から15のいずれか1項に記載の細分された中性電極(8)の2つの電極部分(4、6)間の前記遷移インピーダンスを測定する測定装置(2)を特徴とする少なくとも1個の活性電極および細分された中性電極(8)を有する高周波手術器具。
