Abstract
【解決手段】アーチェリー用弓10は、ライザー14、リム部12,12aおよび弦18からなる。ライザー14は、構造体中に成形されたポート21を有し、リム12,12aも、構造体中に成形されたポート20,20aを有している。リム部は、結合された複数の複合管で形成されており、ポート12,12aを管の間に成形して、弓の剛性、強度、弾性、制御性および空力特性を改善する。

Claims (23)
- a.ライザー部と、
b.該ライザー部の対向する端に取り付けられた2本のリムとを具えるアーチェリー用弓であって、
c.該ライザー部または該リムの少なくとも一方が、
i.2本以上の中空管を具え、該中空管のそれぞれは、その表面の1箇所以上の部分が、他の1本以上の該管の表面の1箇所以上の部分と接触しており、
ii.該他の管に接触している該管の該部分は、該接触部分において互いに融合しており、
iii.該他の管に接触していない該管の該部分は、前記弓のリムまたは前記弓のライザー部の外面を形成しており、且つ、
iv.該弓のリムまたは該弓のライザー部は、それを貫通して延びる1個以上のポートを画定し、該ポートは、前記他の管と接触していない、前記1本以上の管の前記部分の間に形成されていることを特徴とするアーチェリー用弓。 - 互いに融合している前記管の前記部分に内部補強壁が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記弓リムは偶数本の管から構成されており、且つ該弓リムを貫通して延びる前記1個以上のポートは前記弓の縦軸に沿って整列していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記弓リムは奇数本の管から構成されており、且つ該弓リムを貫通して延びる前記1個以上のポートは前記弓の縦軸からオフセットしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記ライザー中に画定されている1個以上のポートは、第1方向に向けられた軸を有し、且つ1個以上のポートは、該第1方向に対して直角な第2方向に向けられた軸を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 第1方向に向けられた軸を有する少なくとも1個のポートおよび第2方向に向けられた軸を有する少なくとも1個のポートは共に前記ライザー部上に配置されており、4個の開口部を有するポートを形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記弓リムおよび前記ライザー部は複合材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記複合材料は繊維強化樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記繊維は、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維およびボロン繊維からなる群より選択され、且つ前記樹脂は、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ビニルエステル樹脂、ナイロン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ABSおよびPBTからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- エラストマー材料からなる挿入部材をさらに具え、該挿入部材は前記1個以上のポート内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記弓リムまたは前記ライザーは、2本以上の管から構成される部分に融合する単一管から構成される部分を具え、前記1個以上のポートは、2本以上の管から構成される該弓リムまたは該ライザーの該部分中に画定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記弓リムおよび前記ライザー部は、同じ2本以上の管から形成され、単一構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記弓の少なくとも一部は、複数管部材に接続された単一金属管を具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記ライザー部は3本以上の中空管を具え、且つ該ライザーはその内部に1個以上の不規則な形状のポートを画定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記3本の管のそれぞれの縦軸は不規則な形状であり、互いに対して非平行関係に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記ライザーへの前記弓リムの取り付けを容易にするために該ライザーの一方の端に配置された取付部材をさらに具える請求項15に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記取付部材は事前に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記取付部材は、複合材料、金属またはセラミックからなる群より選択される材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記取付部材は、前記ライザー部と同時に成形されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記取付部材は、前記ライザー部と機械的に接合していることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- 前記1個以上のポート内に配置された1個以上のインサートをさらに具え、該1個以上のインサートは、補助取付部材、ウェイトおよび振動減衰部材からなる群より選択される請求項19に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
- a.ライザー部であって、
i.3本以上の中空管を具え、該中空管のそれぞれは、その表面の1箇所以上の部分が、他の1本以上の該管の表面の1箇所以上の部分と接触しており、
ii.該他の管に接触している該管の該部分は、該接触部分において互いに融合しており、
iii.該他の管に接触していない該管の該部分は、前記ライザー部の外面を形成しており、且つ、
iv.該ライザー部は、それを貫通して延びる1個以上の不規則な形状のポートを画定し、該ポートは、前記他の管と接触していない、前記1本以上の管の前記部分の間に形成されているライザー部と、
b.前記ライザー部の一方の端に配置された取付部材と、
c.前記取付部材を通じて該ライザー部の対向する端に取り付けられた2本のリムとを具えるアーチェリー用弓。 - 前記3本の管のそれぞれの縦軸は不規則な形状であり、互いに対して非平行関係に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項22に記載のアーチェリー用弓。
