Abstract
【解決手段】冷陰極管を保持する合成樹脂製の冷陰極管ホルダとして、バックライトユニットの光反射板に取付けられる帯状基部3aと、この帯状基部の上面に所定の間隔をあけて複数形成された上部が開環する開環状の冷陰極管保持部3bと、それぞれの開環状の冷陰極管保持部の両側に形成された補強リブ部3cとから成る冷陰極管ホルダ3を組み込んだ液晶モジュールとする。冷陰極管保持部3bの両側を補強リブ部3cで補強することで、冷陰極管保持部3bの変形、冷陰極管の脱落を防止し、補強リブ部3cの厚み寸法を冷陰極管保持部3bの1/3以下にすることで、液晶パネルの表示面への影の映りこみを抑える。

Claims (8)
- 液晶パネルの背後に冷陰極管を光源とするバックライトユニットが設けられた液晶モジュールにおいて、
上記冷陰極管を保持する合成樹脂製の冷陰極管ホルダが、上記バックライトユニットの光反射板に取付けられる帯状基部と、この帯状基部の上面に所定の間隔をあけて複数形成された上部が開環する開環状の冷陰極管保持部と、それぞれの開環状の冷陰極管保持部の両側に形成された補強リブ部とから成ることを特徴とする液晶モジュール。 - 上記冷陰極管保持部の両側の補強リブ部が、傾斜側面を備えた裾広がり形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記傾斜側面を備えた裾広がり形状の補強リブ部が、上記冷陰極管保持部の開環部の中心よりもやや高い位置にある開環部外周面の両側箇所から上記帯状基部の上面に至るまで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記冷陰極管保持部の両側の補強リブ部が、垂直側面を備えた直立片形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記垂直側面を備えた直立片形状の補強リブ部が、上記冷陰極管保持部の開環部の中心と同じ高さに位置する開環部外周面の両側箇所から上記帯状基部の上面に至るまで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記冷陰極管保持部の両側の補強リブ部が、円弧側面を備えた略半円形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記円弧側面を備えた略半円形状の補強リブ部が、上記冷陰極管保持部の開環部の中心よりも低い位置にある開環部外周面の両側箇所に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記補強リブ部の前後方向の厚み寸法が、上記冷陰極管保持部の前後方向の厚み寸法の1/3以下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれかに記載の液晶モジュール。
