Abstract
【解決手段】燃焼排ガスの流路内に設置される耐火性外管5の開口端に蓋体7を嵌合させて耐火性外管を封止する高温空気加熱器の蓋取付構造において、蓋体は、開口端が当接する基部の当接面から突出して耐火性外管の内周面と嵌合する円柱状の胴部と、その胴部の端面に形成されて胴部の外周面よりも外側に突出する一対の係止突起とを備える。耐火性外管には、係止突起が差し込まれる係止溝が開口端から内周面の軸方向と軸線周りに形成され、蓋体を耐火性外管に差し込んで回転させた状態で、耐火性外管の開口端と基部の当接面との間、及び、耐火性外管の内周面と胴部の外周面との間に、耐火性シール材35を介在させる。

Claims (1)
- 燃焼排ガスの流路内に吊り下げられて設置される高温空気加熱器の外壁を形成する耐火性外管の開口端に蓋体を嵌合させて前記耐火性外管を封止する高温空気加熱器の蓋取付構造において、
前記蓋体は、前記開口端が当接する基部の当接面から突出して前記耐火性外管の内周面と嵌合する円柱状の胴部と、該胴部の端面に形成されて前記胴部の外周面よりも外側に突出する一対の係止突起とを備え、
前記耐火性外管には、前記係止突起が差し込まれる係止溝が前記開口端から内周面の軸方向と軸線周りに形成されてなり、
前記蓋体を前記耐火性外管に差し込んで軸線周りに回転させた状態で、前記耐火性外管の前記開口端と前記基部の当接面との間、及び、前記耐火性外管の内周面と前記胴部の外周面との間に、耐火性シール材を介在させてなることを特徴とする高温空気加熱器の蓋取付構造。
