Abstract
【解決手段】所定の供給量で、容器(1)にガスを供給する段階と、排出オリフィス(17)とそれに関連する制御部材(21)に対向して配置されるバルブ部材(18)の手段によって、排出流量を調整する段階とを有する、容器(1)の圧力を調整する方法で、ガス供給オリフィス(12)と圧力調整部装置(15)を有する。

Claims (10)
- 圧縮ガスが上部にある液体を含む容器(1)内の圧力調整方法であって、
前記容器がガス供給オリフィス(12)とガス排出オリフィス(17)とを有し、
前記方法が、所定の流量のガスを容器に供給する段階と、設定圧力に対する差に応じて排出流量を調整する段階とを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記設定圧力に対する差に応じて、前記供給流量を調整する段階も含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力調整方法。
- ガス供給オリフィス(12)とガス排出オリフィス(17)とを有する容器(1)の圧力を調整する、圧力調整装置であって、
前記装置は、ガス供給流量とガス排出流量間の流量の差を調整する部材(15)を有することを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記ガス排出オリフィス(17)に対向して配置され、該バルブ部材の位置に関係なく該バルブ部材に力を働かす制御部材(21)に接続される、バルブ部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の圧力調整装置。
- 前記調整部材は、前記排出オリフィス(17)を取り囲むバルブシートを覆って配置されるバルブ部材(18)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の圧力調整装置。
- 前記バルブ部材(18)は制御部材(21)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の圧力調整装置。
- 前記制御部材(21)は、前記バルブ部材(18)に固定され、磁力部材(22)に関連付けられた磁気コア(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の圧力調整装置。
- 前記磁気コアは、磁力部材(22)に同軸な領域を有する、少なくとも一つの永久磁石(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の圧力調整装置。
- 互いに対向する同じ極性の極を有する、二つの永久磁石(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の圧力調整装置。
- 前記磁力部材は、コイル(22)であり、バルブ部材と、バルブ部材に関連する磁気コアの大きさは、電流が流れていない場合に容器内の圧力が設定圧力と等しくなるように作られ、前記コアは、前記2つの磁石の対向する極間の中間の平面がコイル(22)の中間の高さの平面と一致するように、配置されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の圧力調整装置。
