Claims (4)
- 画像形成機のインク装填装置に使用するためのインクスティックであって、
前面と後面と上面とを有するインクスティックボデーであって、該上面が、該前面の上縁から後方にオフセットした前縁と、該後面の上部から少なくとも部分的に後方にオフセットした後縁とを有する、インクスティックボデーと、
前記前面の上縁と前記上面の前縁との間に延在する前部傾斜面と、
前記後面の上縁と前記上面の後縁との間に延在する後部傾斜面であって、該後縁が、インク装填装置の挿入孔キーと相補的であるキーを含む、後部傾斜面と、を包含する、インクスティック。 - 相変化インク画像形成機のインク装填装置にインクスティックを供給する方法であって、
インク装填装置の供給チャネルに第1インクスティックを挿入することと、
前記供給チャネルに第2インクスティックを挿入することと、
前記第1インクスティックの後部傾斜面を前記第2インクスティックの前部傾斜面と当接させることと、
前記第1および第2インクスティックを前記インク装填装置の溶融端部へ押入することと、を包含する方法。 - 相変化インク画像形成機に使用するためのインクスティックセットであって、
第1および第2インクスティックであって、各々が、
前面および後面および上面であって、該上面が、該前面の上縁から後方オフセットした前縁と、該後面の上部から少なくとも部分的に後方オフセットした後縁とを有する、前面および後面および上面と、
前記前面の上縁と前記上面の前縁との間に延在する前部傾斜面と、
前記後面の上縁と前記上面の後縁との間に延在する後部傾斜面であって、該後縁が、前記インク装填装置の挿入孔キーに対して相補的であるキーを含む、後部傾斜面と、
を含む第1および第2インクスティック、を包含し、
前記第1スティックの前記前部傾斜面が第1挿入孔を確認する目印マークを含み、該第1インクスティックの前記キーが該第1挿入孔の前記挿入孔キーに対して相補的であり、
前記第2インクスティックの前記前部傾斜面が第2挿入孔に対応する目印マークを含み、該第2インクスティックの前記キーが該第2挿入孔の前記挿入孔キーに対して相補的である、セット。 - 相変化インクジェットプリンタの多数のインクスティックセットであって、スティックの前後端部のうち共通する端部と位置および形状が概ね同一であるように、いずれの1セットのカラーキー機構も、セット間で概ね同一であって該スティックの長さにより区別される、セット。
