Description

The present invention relates to an elevating device that can raise and lower various appliances such as a lighting fixture suspended from a ceiling or the like.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a lift device for lifting and lowering a lifted device such as a lighting fixture suspended from a ceiling or the like is known (see Patent Document 1). 7 and 8, the lifting device 100 includes a fixed portion 110 fixed to a ceiling or the like, a drum 102 connected to a reversible rotation type motor 101 provided inside the fixed portion 110, and the drum 102. A wire rope 104 that suspends a lifting / lowering unit 120 and a device to be lifted / lowered such as a lighting fixture attached thereto via a pulley 103, a limit switch 105 that detects a rising limit, and a limit that detects an overload. A switch 106 and a limit switch 107 that detects a shake such as a twist of the wire rope 104 are provided.

In the lifting device 100, when the lifting unit 120 rises to the upper limit in FIG. 9, the upper surface of the lifting unit 120 pushes the contact 105 </ b> A of the limit switch 105, thereby operating the limit switch 105 and the motor 101. Stops.

Further, in FIG. 10, when an overload acts on the wire rope 104 that supports the lifting unit 120, the sleeve 106 </ b> A attached to the end of the wire rope 104 is pulled downward. On the other hand, since the metal fitting 106B and the compression spring 106C are provided below the sleeve 106A, when the sleeve 106A is pulled downward, the compression spring 106C is bent and the metal fitting 106B is lowered. Then, since the contact 106D of the limit switch 106 is lowered, it is turned OFF and the motor is stopped. Thereafter, when the overload is eliminated, the metal fitting 106B is pushed up by the spring force of the compression spring 106C, the contact 106D is pressed and the limit switch 106 is turned on, and the motor is restarted.

Further, in FIG. 11, a pressing member 108 that is displaceable in a fixed direction is installed at the distal end portion of the contact 107A attached to the limit switch 107 that detects vibration such as torsion. In addition, a hole 108A (see FIG. 12) is opened on the proximal end side of the pressing member 108, and the wire rope 104 passes therethrough. Therefore, when the elevating unit 120 is twisted and rotated, the wire rope 104 is also twisted and pulled, moves in the direction of the elevating unit 120 (arrow), and the pressing member 108 is also pulled in the same direction. As a result, as shown in FIG. 11, the tip of the pressing member 108 pushes the contact 107A, the limit switch 107 is turned off, and the motor stops.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-203932

However, in such a lifting device, as shown in FIG. 13, three limit switches are required, and the number of parts such as limit switch mounting brackets, lead wires, connectors and the like increases accordingly. For this reason, as the number of parts increases, the assembly man-hour of the lifting device increases. In addition, in terms of the reliability of the equipment of the lifting device, the probability of equipment failure increases as there are three limit switches.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides an elevating device that can reduce the number of parts to a minimum, reduce the number of assembling steps, and suppress the occurrence of failure as much as possible. With the goal.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an elevating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is configured to elevate a lighting fixture not shown.
The lifting device 1 generally includes a fixed portion A fixed to the ceiling, a wire rope C attached to the fixed portion A and the ceiling, and a lifting portion B suspended by the wire rope C. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 2, the fixed portion A includes a motor 2, a descent switch (not shown), a rise switch 3, a power supply 4, and a common limit switch 5. Further, a base 52 is mounted on the substrate 51 of the fixed portion A, and the motor 2 and the common limit switch 5 are attached to the base 52. On the other hand, a lighting fixture is integrally fixed to the elevating part B.

The motor 2 uses a reversible rotating type that rotates in the opposite direction when rising and falling, and is wound around a drum 21 that rotates integrally with the end of the wire rope C fixed.
The descent switch is used when the lighting fixture is lowered as required, and the ascent switch 3 is used when the lowered lighting fixture is raised and returned to the original position. .
As the power source 4, a commercial power source may be used, or a DC power source such as a battery, a battery or the like may be used.

The common limit switch 5 is to detect a plurality of detection items when the elevating part B is raised, that is, in the present invention, three items of ascending limit detection, overload detection, and wire twist detection with this one limit switch, These detections are performed by a first lever 6A and a second lever 6B, which will be described later, and detection assisting means. Therefore, the lifting device 1 of the present invention is provided with the first lever 6A and the second lever 6B, and the detection auxiliary means constituted by the first auxiliary means 7 to the third auxiliary means 9.

3A and 4, the common limit switch 5 of the present embodiment is fixed to a wall surface 52A of the fixed portion A where the gantry 52 stands up via a bracket 52B. Further, the common limit switch 5 includes a contact portion 5A and a contact 5B, and the contact portion 5A is pressed by a locking piece 61A of a first lever 6A, which will be described later, via the contact 5B. The limit switch 5 is activated. Similarly, in the common limit switch 5, in FIG. 3B, the contact portion 5A is pressed via the contact 5B even when the lower end portion of the second lever 6B described later is lowered, and the common limit switch 5 is It will also work.

In FIG. 3A, the first lever 6A stops the operation of the motor 2 together with the first auxiliary means 6 described later when detecting that the elevating part B has reached the ascent limit. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, on the wall surface 52 </ b> A of the fixed portion A where the gantry 52 stands, the restricting means that protrudes from the wall surface 52 </ b> A to restrict the displacement direction of the first lever 6 </ b> A is configured. A support member 52C for supporting the first lever 6A is provided, and the first lever 6A is installed so as to be displaceable in the −X direction via the support member 52C. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the first lever 6 </ b> A is provided with a locking piece 61 </ b> A that presses the contact 5 </ b> B of the common limit switch 5 at the tip. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the first lever 6A has a long hole 62A through which the wire rope C penetrates on the base end side, and a notch 63A formed in the base end portion. Yes.

In FIG. 3A, the second lever 6B stops the operation of the motor 2 together with the second auxiliary means 7 described later when detecting that an overload has occurred in the elevating part B. In FIG. 4, the second lever 6B of the present embodiment stands upright on the guide wall 52D and the substrate 51 where the gantry 52 stands (guides the vertical movement on the upper surface of the second lever) (at the lower portion of the second lever). As shown in FIG. 3, it is installed so as to be slidable only in the vertical downward direction (−Z direction) while being guided by the guide member 51A. Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the second lever 6B is inclined at the lower end portion on a straight line 61A provided parallel to the vertical direction and on the upper portion of the straight line portion 61B adjacent to the straight line portion 61A. Part 62B.

The first auxiliary means 7 includes a locking piece 61A of the first lever 6A shown in FIG. 4, the long hole 62A and the notch 63A shown in FIG. 5, and the wire rope C on the upper surface of the elevating part B shown in FIG. Protrusions 71 having a substantially quadrangular pyramid shape provided in a state of entering the notch 63A of the first lever 6A in the vicinity of the outlet. When the elevating part B is raised, the inclined part 71A of the protrusion 71 is engaged with a notch 63A formed at the base end part of the first lever 6A. When the elevating part B further rises to near the upper limit, the inner periphery located at the back of the notch 63A is guided along the slope direction of the inclined part 71A, and the first lever 6A is pulled inward (−X). Can be detected, so the rise limit can be detected.

The second auxiliary means 8 includes a sleeve 81 crimped to the tip of the wire rope C shown in FIG. 3A, and a fixed portion A below the second lever 6B just below the sleeve 81 shown in FIG. And a straight portion 61B and an inclined portion 62B of the second lever 6B shown in FIG. When a load is applied to the elevating part B, the wire rope C is pulled downward in FIG. 3 (A), and the second lever 6B is lowered according to the magnitude of the load to detect overload. That is, in the second lever 6B, the linear portion 61B on the lowermost end side is normally in contact with the contact portion 5A of the shared limit switch 5, but when the second lever 6B is lowered downward by a predetermined stroke in this way. Since the inclined portion 62B of the second lever 6B shown in FIG. 5B contacts the contact portion 5A of the common limit switch 5 and pushes it to the right, the common limit switch 5 can be operated.

The third auxiliary means 9 is also used as the first auxiliary means 7. That is, when the lifting part B is twisted as shown in FIG. 6A, due to the action of the wire rope C penetrating the elongated hole 62A provided on the base end side of the first lever 6A shown in FIG. As shown in (B), the wire rope C moves toward the central part of the elevating part B. Therefore, following the movement of the wire rope C in the inner direction, the first lever 6A can be displaced in the same direction to detect the twist of the wire. Thus, since the first lever 6A can be pulled inward (−X), the common limit switch 5 can be operated.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
(I) Ascent detection:
When the elevating device 1 is raised by operating the elevating switch 3, when the elevating part B rises to near the ascending limit, as shown in FIG. The notch 63A is locked. Therefore, the first lever 6A is pushed toward the center of the elevating part B. That is, the first lever 6A is gradually pulled toward the center of the elevating part B, that is, in the −X direction.
Thereafter, when the elevating part B rises to the ascending limit, as shown in FIG. 4, the first lever 6A is pulled in the predetermined stroke inside (-X) direction. Detecting, the locking piece 61A on the tip side presses the contact 5B of the common limit switch 5. As a result, the common limit switch 5 operates, and the ascending operation of the elevating part B that exceeds the ascending limit when the motor 2 is stopped is avoided.

(II) Overload detection:
In FIG. 3A, the second lever 6 </ b> B usually has the linear portion 61 </ b> B on the lowermost end side in contact with the contact portion 5 </ b> A of the common limit switch 5. However, when a load is applied during the raising / lowering of the elevating part B, the wire rope C is also pulled downward, and the second lever 6B is lowered according to the magnitude of the load. When the second lever 6B descends in this way, in FIG. 5B, the inclined portion 62B of the second lever 6B starts to contact the contact portion 5A of the common limit switch 5 and presses this to detect overload. To do. Thereby, the common limit switch 5 operates and the motor 2 is stopped to protect the motor.

(III) Wire twist detection:
When the lifting part B is twisted and rotated while being lifted, the wire rope C is also moved toward the central part of the lifting part B as shown in FIG. 6B, and the wire rope C is displaced inward. Following the operation, the first lever 6A is displaced in the same direction. For this reason, since the first lever 6A can be pulled inward (−X), the twist of the wire rope C is detected. As a result, as shown in FIG. 5A, the common limit switch 5 is operated, and the motor 2 is stopped to prevent a trouble with the motor 2 due to twisting.
