- 基板と、
前記基板上に配置された複数の微細パーティクルであって、前記各微細パーティクルが一定間隔で離隔され配列されている複数の微細パーティクル、および
前記各微細パーティクルにカップリングされた複数のプローブを含むマイクロアレイ。 - 前記各微細パーティクルは前記基板上に単層(single layer)で配列されている請求項1に記載のマイクロアレイ。
- 前記各微細パーティクルはフォトニック結晶構造を成す請求項2に記載のマイクロアレイ。
- 前記隣接する微細パーティクルの中心間距離は150ないし20,000nmである請求項3に記載のマイクロアレイ。
- 前記各微細パーティクルは直径が50nmないし10,000nmの球形、または長径が50nmないし10,000nmである楕円体の形状を含む請求項1に記載のマイクロアレイ。
- 前記微細パーティクルはメチルメタクリレート、スチレン、ジメチルシロキサン、ビニルアルコール、ヒドロキシメタクリレート、これらの重合体、これらの共重合体、シリコン酸化物、チタン酸化物およびこれらの組合せから成る群から選択された請求項1に記載のマイクロアレイ。

- 前記複数の微細パーティクル前駆体をダウンサイジングすることは
