Abstract
【解決手段】修復又は再生した物品であり、特に、第一の材料を含む損傷部品を準備する段階80と、残存基板の壁厚を評価する段階84と、残存基板の少なくとも一部の上に第二の材料の層を堆積させる段階86A、86Bとを含む方法で修復又は再生したガスタービンエンジン用の部品。第二の材料は、第一の材料と実質的に同じ組成である。被覆段階92で、部品上に環境皮膜を堆積させる。本方法は、816℃〜1260℃の温度で2〜24時間の熱処理段階88を含んでよい。修復又は再生された物品は、供用に戻すことができる98。

Description
Claims (10)
- a)第一の材料からなる残存基板(20,60)を準備する段階と、
b)残存基板の少なくとも一部の上に、第一の材料と実質的に同じ組成の第二の材料からなる層(30,64)を、気相堆積、イオンプラズマ堆積、陰極アーク堆積、スパッタリング及びこれらの組合せから選択される堆積法によって堆積させる段階であって、残存基板及び第二の材料の層が部品(36)の本体をなす、段階と、
c)環境皮膜(38)を、気相堆積、陰極アーク堆積及びこれらの組合せから選択される堆積法によって、本体上に堆積させる段階
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - d)残存基板と前記層とのそれらの界面(32)での一体接合の形成を促進するための熱処理を利用する段階であって、熱処理が、残存基板及び堆積層を816℃〜1260℃の温度に2〜24時間曝露することを含む段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- e)皮膜本体の表面(52)を、皮膜本体の表面が1以上の所望の表面特性を獲得するように表面処理プロセスで処理する段階をさらに含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 当該方法が、f)段階(b)の前に、残存基板の壁厚を所定の最小壁厚と比較して評価する段階をさらに含んでおり、段階(b)における第二の材料の堆積量が、上記で評価した壁厚に少なくとも部分的に依存し、評価した壁厚が所定の最小壁厚未満であるときは、少なくとも最小壁厚をもたらすのに十分な量で第二の材料を堆積させる、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- g)段階(c)の後で、被覆部品をガスタービンエンジンに利用する段階をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- h)段階(g)の後で、堆積した環境皮膜と堆積層の少なくとも一部を除去する段階をさらに含む、請求項5記載の方法。
- i)段階(h)の後で、段階(b)乃至(d)を反復する段階をさらに含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- ガスタービンエンジン用の部品(36)を含む物品であって、部品(36)が、
ニッケル基合金及びニッケル基超合金の少なくともいずれかである第一の材料からなる残存基板(20,36)と、
残存基板の少なくとも一部を覆う第二の材料の層(30,64)であって、第二の材料が第一の材料と実質的に同じ組成であり、残存基板と上記層とがそれらの界面(32)で実質的に一体に接合している、第二の材料の層(30,64)と、
上記層内に少なくとも部分的に拡散して拡散帯域(40)を形成した環境皮膜(38)であって、気相堆積、陰極アーク堆積及びこれらの組合せから選択される堆積法による堆積物を含む環境皮膜(38)と
を有する、物品。 - さらに、遮熱コーティングを有していて、前記環境皮膜が遮熱コーティングに適したボンドコートである、請求項8記載の物品。
- さらに、適当な表面処理で得られる1以上の所望の表面特性を有する表面(52)を有する、請求項8又は請求項9記載の物品。
