Claims (20)
- 主にガラス繊維強化エポキシ樹脂からなる内部コアと該内部コアを囲繞する外側金属シースとを有する翼形部を備える複合材翼。
- 前記翼形部が、翼形部の所定の領域の内部コアと外側金属シースの間に位置する約15〜30体積%の炭素繊維強化エポキシ樹脂布をさらに含む、請求項1記載の複合材翼。
- 外側金属シースがアルミニウムを含む、請求項2記載の複合翼形部。
- 外側金属シースがアルミニウム皮膜を含む、請求項2記載の複合翼形部。
- 炭素繊維強化エポキシ樹脂布の繊維配向が半径・翼弦方向±45°である、請求項2記載の複合材翼。
- 当該複合材翼が圧縮機入口案内翼である、請求項1記載の複合材翼。
- 前記炭素繊維強化エポキシ樹脂布が内部コアの中心部よりも翼形部の外周部外面の近くに位置する、請求項2記載の複合材翼。
- 追加のガラス繊維強化エポキシ樹脂材料が炭素繊維強化エポキシ樹脂布と金属シースの間に設けられる、請求項1記載の複合材翼。
- 追加のガラス繊維強化エポキシ樹脂材料が炭素繊維強化エポキシ樹脂布と金属シースの間に設けられる、請求項3記載の複合材翼。
- 前記アルミニウムシースが約0.010インチの厚さを有する、請求項3記載の複合材翼。
- 前記金属シースがコールドスプレー法で成膜した7000系アルミニウムからなる、請求項1記載の複合材翼。
- アルミニウムシースがクロム酸−リン酸シーラーで被覆される、請求項3記載の複合材翼。
- 翼形部に取付けられたスピンドルをさらに含む、請求項1記載の複合材翼。
- 前記スピンドルに設けられた凹部に収容されるタブが翼形部の半径方向内端部に形成されている、請求項13記載の複合材翼。
- 前記タブが、ガラス繊維強化エポキシ樹脂タブ部の両側の一対のアルミニウムタブ部を含む、請求項14記載の複合材翼。
- 前記アルミニウム及びガラス繊維強化エポキシ樹脂タブ部が矩形断面形状を有する、請求項15記載の複合材翼。
- 主にガラス繊維強化エポキシ樹脂からなる内部コアと該内部コアを囲繞する外側金属シースとを有する翼形部を備える圧縮機用の複合材翼であって、翼形部がその所定の領域の内部コアの外側に位置する約20体積%の炭素繊維強化エポキシ樹脂布をさらに含んでおり、炭素繊維強化エポキシ樹脂布と外側金属の間に追加のガラス繊維強化エポキシ樹脂材料が配設されている、複合材翼。
- 外側金属シースがアルミニウムを含む、請求項17記載の複合翼形部。
- 外側金属シースがアルミニウム皮膜を含む、請求項17記載の複合翼形部。
- スピンドルに設けられた凹部に収容される複合材タブが翼形部の半径方向内端部に形成されており、複合材タブが、前記外側金属シースの延長部で挟まれたガラス繊維強化エポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項17記載の複合材翼。
