Claims (14)
- 外部壁および内部壁によって境界付けられる、タービンエンジンの環状燃焼チャンバであって、前記外部壁および内部壁が、円錐台形であり、前記外部壁および内部壁が、チャンバ端部壁を構成する壁によって上流側で接続され、燃焼チャンバが、燃焼チャンバの内部に面する前記チャンバ端部壁の面に固定された平坦なプレートの形態をとる複数のデフレクタを含み、上流側から下流側へ広がる前記チャンバ端部壁が、一連の隣接する平坦部分からなる実質的に円錐台形の構成要素の形態をとる、燃焼チャンバ。
- チャンバ端部壁の各平坦部分が、角度セクタに位置する輪郭を有し、輪郭の2つの側部が、同じ上流側中心から始まる直線部分である、請求項1に記載の燃焼チャンバ。
- 前記平坦部分の輪郭が、4つの側部を有し、輪郭の2つの側部が、同じ中心を有する同心円弧であり、輪郭の他の2つの側部が、前記中心から始まり2つの円弧を接続する直線部分である、請求項2に記載の燃焼チャンバ。
- 前記平坦部分の少なくとも1つを噴射開口部が横断する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼チャンバ。
- 前記平坦部分間を径方向に延在するリブを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼チャンバ。
- 前記リブに沿って冷却オリフィスを含む、請求項5に記載の燃焼チャンバ。
- 前記冷却オリフィスが、各リブの両側に配置された2つの径方向線に沿って延在する、請求項6に記載の燃焼チャンバ。
- 平坦部分を製造するように、当初平坦なチャンバ端部壁を変形させる少なくとも1つの打ち抜き作業を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼チャンバを製造する方法。
- 少なくとも1つの平坦部分を通る噴射開口部を製造する少なくとも1つの穿孔作業を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記打ち抜き作業が、前記平坦部分間のリブを製造する、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記リブに沿って冷却オリフィスを製造する少なくとも1つの穿孔作業を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 実質的に平坦なプレートの形態をとるデフレクタを含み、前記デフレクタの数が、チャンバ端部壁の平坦部分の数に等しく、各デフレクタが、前記燃焼チャンバの内部に面する面上の前記平坦部分の1つに固定される、請求項1に記載の燃焼チャンバ。
- 前記デフレクタが、前記リブと協働して側部漏洩を防止する側部リムを含む、請求項12に記載の燃焼チャンバ。
- 請求項1から7または12および13のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼チャンバを含む、タービンエンジン。
