Description

The present invention relates to a connecting member for a corrugated cardboard packaging material, and more particularly to a connecting member used for assembling packing materials such as a canopy and a bottom lid made of a base sheet (corrugated cardboard sheet).

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, a cardboard packaging body in which an upper surface opening and a lower surface opening of a corrugated cardboard sleeve are closed with a canopy (cap), a bottom cover, or the like is known.
These canopies and bottom covers are, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 of Patent Document 1 (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 50-123678). Is assembled along a fold line, and is assembled into a box shape whose lower surface or upper surface is open. The peripheral wall plates to be adjacent to each other are connected to each other by means such as stable fixing, stitching, tape application, adhesion, etc., so that the assembled state of the canopy and the bottom cover is maintained.
A packaging body including the above-described sleeve, canopy, bottom lid, and the like is manufactured in a corrugated cardboard factory using a base sheet, and is shipped to a packaging site for an object to be packed.
As the sleeve, there are various types of structures such as an open top surface, a bottom open surface, and an open top and bottom surface, and a canopy and a bottom cover are used as appropriate.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 50-123678

By the way, among the above-mentioned packing body, the sleeve can be folded and transported in a flat shape, but the canopy and the bottom cover, as described above, are fixed to the adjacent peripheral wall plates, stitched, taped, Since it is transported in a state of being assembled in a box shape fixed by means such as adhesion, there has been a problem that it is very bulky at the time of shipment, and the transport cost increases.
In order to reduce the transportation cost, it is possible to ship in the state of the base sheet before assembling and assemble in a box shape at the packing site. In this case, as described above, the peripheral wall plate (rising wall) on the outer edge of the substrate Since the peripheral wall plates to be adjacent to each other need to be connected to each other by means such as stable fixing, stitching, tape application, adhesion, etc., the packaging work becomes troublesome.

The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional situation, and the intended process is to ship a cardboard packaging material such as a canopy or a bottom lid in the state of a base sheet before assembling, and the packing site It is an object of the present invention to provide a new connecting member for corrugated packaging material that can be easily assembled.

In order to achieve the above object, the connecting member for corrugated packaging material according to the present invention is:
A connecting member that connects the peripheral wall plates rising side by side in a box-shaped corrugated packaging material in which the peripheral wall plate rises through a fold line to the outer peripheral edge of the substrate,
One fitting part to be fitted to the upper edge part of one peripheral wall plate and the other fitting part to be fitted to the upper edge part of the other peripheral wall plate are connected in parallel with a thin bendable part. And
Each of the fitting portions has a U-shaped cross section composed of an outer plate along the outer surface of the peripheral wall plate, an inner plate along the inner surface, and an upper edge plate along the upper end surface, and is formed on the upper edge portion of the peripheral wall plate. The insertion piece is formed so as to be freely fitted, and has an insertion piece that is suspended from the upper edge plate and inserted into the thickness of the peripheral wall plate between the outer plate and the inner plate.

By using such a connecting member, the peripheral wall plates that are adjacent to each other after the respective peripheral wall plates (rising walls) are raised along the folding line of the outer peripheral edge of the substrate in the base material sheet (corrugated cardboard sheet) of the packaging material made of corrugated cardboard If one fitting part is fitted on the upper edge part of one of the peripheral wall plates and the other fitting part is fitted on the upper edge part of the other peripheral wall plate, the insertion piece of each fitting part is A box-shaped corrugated packaging material is assembled while maintaining the bent state (rise state) of the peripheral wall plates that are inserted into the thickness of each peripheral wall plate and are adjacent to each other. That is, assembling the corrugated packaging material into a box shape extremely easily and reliably without the need to connect the peripheral wall plates to each other by fixing means such as stable fixing, stitching, tape application, and adhesion. Can do. Therefore, the packaging material made of corrugated cardboard such as the canopy and the bottom lid can be shipped in the state of the base sheet before assembling and can be easily assembled at the packaging site.

In consideration of workability and operability when the fitting portion is fitted to the peripheral wall plate, it is preferable that the insertion piece has a sharp end. Moreover, in order to maintain the fitting state of the fitting part with respect to a surrounding wall board, it is preferable that the locking step part for retaining to engage with the inside of the said surrounding wall board is formed in the said insertion piece.
Further, at least one of the outer plate, the inner plate, and the insertion piece extends in the height direction of the fitting portion (direction in which the fitting portion is fitted to the circumferential wall plate) and the peripheral wall. It is preferable that a protrusion that bites into the plate is formed.

Further, each of the fitting portions, the thin-walled portion, and the insertion piece are integrally formed of a hard synthetic resin, and the outer plate at each fitting portion is formed in a shape that covers the upper edge corner portion of the peripheral wall plate. It is preferable that
In this case, the four corner portions of the upper surface opening or the lower surface opening of the corrugated packaging material assembled in a box shape can be protected by the respective connecting members, and the durability and strength of the packaging material can be improved.

Examples of the corrugated cardboard packaging material to be used for the connecting member according to the present invention include a box-shaped canopy that closes the upper surface opening of the cardboard sleeve, or a box-shaped bottom lid that closes the lower surface opening.

The present invention also relates to a corrugated packaging material that is assembled into a box shape having an upper surface or a lower surface opened by bending a base sheet in which a peripheral wall plate is connected to the outer peripheral edge of the substrate via a folding line. Then, the peripheral wall plates that are adjacent to each other, which are raised via the folding line, are connected by the connecting member according to the present invention described above and include a corrugated packaging material assembled in a box shape.

As described above, according to the present invention, the fitting portion is fitted to the adjacent peripheral wall plate raised on the outer peripheral edge of the substrate without using any special fixing means such as stable fixing, stitching, tape application, and adhesion.
