Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a simple container suitable for storing sushi and other processed foods assembled from a single sheet when taking them home.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Heretofore, as such a simple container, one having a structure in which a frame material made of foamed plastic is joined to a bottom plate or an inner container made of a thin plastic plate by heat fusion or an adhesive has been used. Instead of the simple type container of the joining type, a simple type container in which four sides of one sheet are raised to form a frame and a center portion thereof is a bottom surface has come to be considered.
[0003]
This simple container composed of one sheet has advantages that it is easy to assemble, and that only one sheet is required for the starting material, and that preparation of the starting material does not require much labor.
[0004]
However, such a simple container has a problem in connection and fixing of the corner portion of the frame that has been raised, and attempts have been made to fix the corner portion of the frame with an adhesive tape or a stapler, but it has taken considerable time and appearance. There is a disadvantage that it is not good.
[0005]
In addition, although it is not such a simple food container for processed food, in manufacturing a tray of corrugated cardboard by folding one sheet, it is possible to use a corner member for connecting and fixing a corner portion of the raised frame. And JP-A-2001-39433. It was also considered to apply such a corner member to a simple container for processed foods that is the subject of the present invention, but the corner member is bulky and not only brings uncomfortable feeling as a product, but also a sheet. As a material, in the case of a foamed plastic material, the connected frame tends to come off, which is not suitable for a simple food container.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention relates to a simple container in which four edges of one sheet material are bent and raised, and the raised portion is a frame of the container. The present invention provides a simple means in which the part is stable and the juice can be prevented from leaking from the container.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The four edges of one sheet material according to the present invention were bent and raised, the rising portion was used as the frame of the container, the central portion of the sheet material was used as the bottom surface of the container, and the corners of the frame were fixed. The features of the simple food container are the fixing means at the corner of the raised frame and the sealing means at each contact portion.
[0008]
As the fixing means for the corner portion of the frame according to the present invention, that is, as a so-called corner member, a fitting member that fits the frame material that abuts at the corner portion from above is used. This fitting member has opposed inner and outer surfaces that are in contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the frame material that forms a right angle by abutting at the corners, and the inner width of the top surface is substantially the width of the frame material.
[0009]
The fitting member is fitted to the corner portion while suppressing the raised frame corner by an appropriate means, but the inside and outside surfaces of the facing fitting member contacting the inside and outside surfaces of the frame abutting at the corner portion. By forming the outer surface longer than the inner surface, mounting by fitting the fitting member to the corner portion can be easily performed.
[0010]
Furthermore, the height of the inner surface of this fitting member is set to the height of the inner surface of the frame, and the tip of the fitting member is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the container, thereby covering the gap between the abutting frame members, and thereby, from the stored processed food. Juice can be prevented from leaking.
[0011]
Further, by forming a plurality of downward projections on the inner surface of the top surface of the fitting member, it is possible to prevent the contacting frame from coming off.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples.
[0013]
FIG. 1 shows a sheet material 1 before being assembled into a container body. As the sheet material 1, foamed resin, thin wood board, cardboard, or the like can be used. In the case of this embodiment, foamed resin such as expanded polystyrene, expanded polypropylene, or expanded polyethylene having a thickness of about 5 mm is used as the sheet material 1. Here is an example used: As shown in FIG. 1, the sheet material 1 is bent and raised on a quadrangular bottom surface portion 11 at a central portion and a fold 12 forming a V-shaped groove at an outer edge portion of the bottom surface portion 11. It is composed of four frame forming portions 13 forming a container frame.
[0014]
In this embodiment, as shown in the partial enlarged view of FIG. 1, when the frame forming portion 13 is bent through the fold line 12 to form the frame, the V-shaped grooves forming the contact surfaces are respectively formed. A concave stripe 141 and a convex stripe 142 can be formed on both side surfaces, respectively. Of course, in the case of a container for processed food such as sushi which does not contain juice, it is natural that the formation of the uneven stripes is not necessary.
[0015]
FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional structure of a fold 12 formed by a V-shaped groove of the sheet material 1 taken along the line AA in FIG. 1, and uneven portions 14 when the frame forming portion 13 is bent and raised through the fold 12. The fitting state is shown. As shown in the figure, a concave streak 141 and a convex streak 142 for fitting are provided on both groove surfaces 121 of a groove having a 90-degree cross section constituting the fold line 12, respectively. When the frame member 13 rises through the fold line 12, as shown by the arrow in the figure, the concave line 141 and the convex line 142 are fitted, and the concave line and the convex line are fitted. The part 14 is formed.
[0016]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional structure of the end of the frame forming portion 13 taken along the line BB in FIG. 1 and a cross-sectional structure of a portion where the frame forming portion 13 is raised to form a container frame as viewed from above the container. Show.
[0017]
A 45-degree inclined surface is formed on both end surfaces 131 of the frame forming portion 13, and a ridge is provided on the inclined surface so as to be continuous with the fold 12. When the frame forming portion 13 is raised from the state shown in FIG. 1 and the respective end faces 131 are brought into contact with each other as shown by arrows in FIG. A corner is formed.
[0018]
FIG. 4 shows a simple container 10 in which the frame forming section 13 is raised from the sheet material 1 shown in FIG. 1, and then the corners of each frame are fitted with the fitting member 2 from above.
[0019]
FIG. 5A is a bird's-eye view of the fitting member 2, and FIG. The fitting member 2 shown in this figure has an outer surface 21 and an inner surface 22 that are in contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the frame that abuts at the corners, and the cross section of which the lower surface is open has a U-shape, and the frames abut the corners. To fix the frame. On the inner surface of the top surface 23, a plurality of projections 24 whose root portions are thickened are formed downward to prevent breakage, and are fixed by piercing the top surface of the corner portion of the frame at the time of fitting. The outer surface 21 of the fitting member 2 is formed to be longer than the inner surface 22 so that the fitting operation when fitting to the frame corner is convenient.
[0020]
FIG. 6 shows a modification 20 of the fitting member shown in FIG. In the case of this example, similarly to the example shown in FIG. 5, the frame has an outer surface 21 and an inner surface 22 that are in contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the frame abutting at the corners, and a plurality of protrusions 24 are formed on the inner surface of the top surface 23. However, the inner surface 22 is provided with an extension portion 211 whose tip is formed at an acute angle along the corner portion. By making the length of the extended portion 211 to reach the position where the frame 13 and the bottom surface 11 shown in FIG. 4 are in contact with each other, when the fitting member is fitted to the frame corner portion, the corner frame is joined. Covering the portion, the sealing property of the simple container can be improved.
[0021]
