Description

The present invention relates to a shipping box that can be assembled or folded and is suitable for transporting and storing various articles. The “transport box” in the present invention includes, for example, a small storage box capable of storing and transporting small parts in a factory, and a large container for transporting articles.

Shipping boxes using plastic cardboard are superior in strength, durability, water resistance, and dust resistance compared to shipping boxes using paper cardboard, and are currently used for storing and transporting various items. .

On the other hand, shipping boxes using plastic corrugated cardboard are stronger and more durable than paper corrugated cardboard, but are used for transporting a variety of goods, so further improvements in strength and durability are required. It has been.

As a means for improving the strength and durability of a shipping box, it has been conventionally practiced that a single side wall is a double wall formed by overlapping two plate materials composed of an outer plate and an inner plate. By the way, if it is a double wall, the inner plate and the outer plate of the double wall are likely to be misaligned, and depending on the double wall mounting structure, the inner plate or the outer plate may come off. Since sufficient durability of the box cannot be maintained, a synthetic resin pin is generally driven and fixed to the outer plate and the inner plate as a preventive means.

Such a synthetic resin pin is driven by, for example, a plastic corrugated cardboard product obtained by welding plastic cardboards, which are formed by connecting ribs of plastic flat plates integrated with each other with ribs, to other plastic members. In the manufacturing method of a plastic corrugated cardboard product to be manufactured, heating by pressing a heating contact against the surface of the plastic corrugated cardboard or other plastic member to heat the plastic corrugated cardboard or other plastic member. A melting step, and a step of lowering the heating contactor for lowering the heating contactor by a predetermined amount when the plastic cardboard or other plastic member is allowed to penetrate through the heating and melting step, and After the lowering process of the heating contact A reheating and melting step of melting the plastic cardboard or the plastic member by heating with a heating contactor, and a method for producing a plastic cardboard product for welding the plastic cardboard to another plastic member (for example, A plastic corrugated cardboard manufactured in Patent Document 1) and using a synthetic resin pin as another plastic member is known.

However, although the operation of driving the pins made of synthetic resin is effective in terms of preventing the deviation between the inner plate and the outer plate, the operation is not only troublesome but also involves heating. There are disadvantages that are dangerous.
Also, the appearance of the shipping box is not good, and further, during the pin driving operation, plastic material shavings are generated, and these shavings adhere to the articles stored during use of the shipping box. In some cases, this may impair the value of the stored goods.

In addition, there is a market demand for the shipping box to be sold at the pre-assembly stage and the purchaser to assemble it locally. However, the above-described synthetic resin pin driving operation is very important for the purchaser who is going to assemble. There are also situations that can be a big burden.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and although it is a highly durable shipping box having a double wall, it is not necessary to perform a driving operation of a pin, and plastic material shavings may be generated. It is another object of the present invention to provide a shipping box that is very easy to assemble or fold without causing any misalignment between the outer and inner plates of the double wall.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 is a plastic cardboard housing having a bottom plate and side plates rising from each side of the bottom plate, and an upper edge of each corner portion formed between adjacent side plates. An edge member that covers the upper edge of the side plate between the corner members, and the edge member has an outer piece and an inner piece that sandwich the upper edge of the side plate, and the inner piece Is provided with an engaging portion with respect to the side plate, and at least one set of side surfaces facing each other is a double wall obtained by superposing the inner plate and the outer plate, respectively, in the upper end edge of the inner plate constituting the double wall, An inner tongue extending upward with a predetermined width, and a notch having a predetermined width adjacent to the inner tongue; the inner tongue being foldable inward from the proximal end; An outer tongue piece extending upward with a predetermined width is provided on the upper edge of the outer plate constituting the heavy wall, The tongue piece can be bent inward from the base end, and in the double wall overlapping state, the bent outer tongue piece is positioned so as to overlap the notch portion of the inner plate, and the bent outer tongue piece is the edge member. The bent inner tongue piece engages with the engaging portion, and the bent inner tongue piece engages with the engaging portion of the edge member.

The invention according to claim 2 is provided with the configuration of the invention according to claim 1, and the inner tongue pieces and the outer tongue pieces of the double wall are alternately arranged in succession, the inner tongue pieces and the outer tongue pieces. The tongue pieces are continuously and alternately engaged with the engaging portions of the edge member.

Further, the invention according to claim 3 is provided with the configuration of the invention according to claim 1 or claim 2, and in the unfolded state of the housing, the side edge of at least one side plate includes an adjacent side plate and A joining allowance for polymerization is provided, and the joining allowance is an inner plate constituting a double wall.

In addition, the invention according to claim 4 is provided with the configuration of the invention according to claim 1 or claim 2 above, and in the unfolded state of the housing, at least a pair of side plates opposed to each other are provided with independent independent overlapping plates. Each of the two is characterized by forming a double wall.

Further, the invention according to claim 5 is provided with the structure of the invention according to claim 1, 2, or 4, and provided with vertical frames on the left and right edges of the side walls, and in an assembled state, the vertical frames between the adjacent side walls. Is arranged and can be folded.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the upper edge of the inner plate constituting the double wall is provided with the inner tongue piece extending upward with a predetermined width, and the predetermined width is provided adjacent to the inner tongue piece. The inner tongue piece can be bent inward from the base end, and has an outer tongue piece extending upward at a predetermined width on the upper end edge of the outer plate constituting the double wall, The outer tongue is foldable inward from the base end, and the folded outer tongue is the edge where the folded outer tongue overlaps the notch of the inner plate in a double wall superposition state. Since the bent inner tongue piece engages with the engaging portion of the member and the bent inner tongue piece engages with the engaging portion of the edge member, the bent outer tongue piece is slightly in the notch adjacent to the inner tongue piece. The outer tongue of the outer plate is in an interfering state, and the edge of the side plate no longer bends against external loads, improving the strength of the side plate itself. In both cases, the strength of the engaging part can be increased, and both the outer plate and the inner plate can be firmly connected to the edge member, and there is no use of synthetic resin pins, resulting in a deviation between the outer plate and the inner plate. There can be no structure. For this reason, conventionally, shavings generated by driving a synthetic resin pin are not generated. In addition, the shipping box can be sold at the stage before assembly, and the purchaser can easily assemble it locally.

Further, according to the invention according to claim 2, in addition to the operational effects of the invention according to claim 1, the inner tongue pieces and the outer tongue pieces of the double wall are arranged alternately and continuously, The inner tongue piece and the outer tongue piece are alternately and continuously engaged with the engaging portion of the edge member, so that the outer tongue piece of the outer plate and the inner tongue piece of the inner plate interfere with each other, Both of the inner plates can bend the edge of the side plate against external loads, improving the strength of the edge of the side plate itself, and further strengthening the connection between the inner and outer plates. it can.

According to the invention according to claim 3, in addition to the operational effects of the invention according to claim 1 or 2, the side edge of at least one side plate is adjacent to the side edge in the unfolded state of the housing. It is possible to form a double wall easily by adjoining the double wall by providing a joint allowance for overlapping with the side plate to be superposed, and the joint allowance being an inner plate constituting the double wall. Since the side plate and the side plate constituting the double wall are integrated in advance, the strength of the shipping box can be made extremely high.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, in the unfolded state of the casing, the double wall is formed on the other side wall because the double wall is formed by superposing the separate independent overlapping plates on at least the pair of side plates facing each other. Therefore, it is possible to easily add a folding function to the inventions according to the first and second aspects.

The invention according to claims 1 to 4 described above can secure sufficient strength without forming columns between adjacent side walls. Material costs and manufacturing processes can be reduced, and a cheaper and lighter shipping box can be provided.

On the other hand, as in the invention according to claim 5, by fixing the vertical frames to the left and right edges of the opposite side walls, the strength of the shipping box at the time of assembly (restoration) can be further increased, and repeated Endurance performance for folding operation can be secured.

A plastic cardboard housing having a bottom plate 1 and side plates 2 erected from each side of the bottom plate 1, a corner member 3 for fixing the upper edge of each corner formed by the adjacent side plates 2, and the corner member An edge member 4 for covering the upper edge of the side plate 2 between the outer plate 42 and the inner piece 41. The edge member 4 has an outer piece 42 and an inner piece 41 sandwiching the upper edge of the side plate 2; 2 is provided with an engagement flange portion 44 to be an engagement portion with respect to 2, and at least one pair of side surfaces 2 facing each other is a double wall obtained by superposing an inner plate and an outer plate (side plate 2b or first side plate 2c). In the box, an inner tongue piece (70 or 50) extending upward with a predetermined width is provided at an upper end edge of the inner plate constituting the double wall, and has a predetermined width at a position adjacent to the inner tongue piece. A notch (71 or 51) is provided, the inner tongue can be bent inward from the proximal end, and a double wall is provided. An outer tongue piece 20 extending upward with a predetermined width is provided at the upper edge of the outer plate, and the outer tongue piece 20 can be bent inward from the base end. As the position where the bent outer tongue piece 20 overlaps the notch portion of the inner plate, the inner tongue piece and the outer tongue piece of the double wall are alternately arranged continuously, and the inner tongue piece and the outer tongue piece are continuously arranged. Alternately, the side edge of at least one side plate 2 is provided with a joining margin 7 for overlapping with the adjacent side plate 2 when engaged with the engagement flanges 44 of the edge member 4 and the housing is unfolded. Since the joining allowance 7 is a shipping box that becomes an inner plate constituting a double wall, the bent outer tongue piece is in a state of being slightly fitted in the notch adjacent to the inner tongue piece, and further, The inner tongue piece and the outer tongue piece are alternately and continuously engaged with the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4 so that the outside of the outer plate is outside. The inner tongue piece of the piece and the inner plate interferes with each other, so that both the outer plate and the inner plate do not wobble or deform in the left-right direction even with respect to external loads. The strength of the edge itself is improved and the connection between the inner plate and the outer plate can be further strengthened, the double wall can be easily formed, and the side plate adjacent to the double wall can be doubled. Since the side plates that make up the wall are pre-integrated, the strength of the shipping box can be made extremely high, thereby ensuring a highly durable structure with double walls, There is no need to perform driving work, no plastic shavings are generated, and there is no misalignment between the outer wall and the inner wall of the double wall. Realized the offer.

The structure of the plastic corrugated cardboard material 9 is formed by extrusion molding, and a plurality of parallel through holes 92 are arranged in a row by integrally forming a rib 91 and two thin plates 90. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the housing is formed with ribs 91 parallel to a certain direction in the unfolded state.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the casing is composed of a bottom plate 1, a side plate 2 continuous from each side of the bottom plate 1, and a side plate 2 (2 a) that is the long side of the side plate 2. There are joint margins 7 respectively extending from both side edges. In the first embodiment, the side plate 2 (2b) on the short side of the housing does not have the joint allowance 7.

The width dimension of the joint allowance 7 is a dimension that is half the width of the side plate 2 on the short side. In this manner, in the assembled state of the housing, as shown in FIG. 1, the side end surfaces 73 of the joining joint 7 facing each other come into contact with each other, and the inner wall having the same width as the outer wall of the double wall is formed. Form.

(Case configuration 4: outer tongue)
Outer tongues 20 are formed at three positions on the upper edge of each side plate 2 (2b) on the short side, with a width dimension of 44 mm and a length dimension of 30 mm, with an interval of 44 mm. As shown in FIG. 12, a cut 28 is formed at the base end of the outer tongue piece 20 from the outer surface side. The cuts 28 cut the thin plate 90 and the rib 91 outside the plastic corrugated cardboard at that location. In order for only the inner thin plate 90 to function as the broken line portion 29, the upper edge of the side plate 2 (2b) on the short side 2 and the outer tongue piece 20 are kept connected, and the side plate 2 on the short side The outer tongue piece 20 can be bent inward from the fold line portion 29 formed by the notch 28 of (2b), and a repulsive force is generated by resin elasticity in the opening direction in the bent state.

As shown in FIG. 2, each joint allowance 7 is formed with an inner tongue piece 70 having a width dimension of 44 mm and a length dimension of 25 mm. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, a cut 74 is formed from the outer surface at the base end portion of the inner tongue piece 70, and the thin plate 90 and the rib 91 on the outer surface side of the plastic corrugated cardboard at that location are cut by the cut 74. Only the inner thin plate 90 forms a fold line portion 75 and is maintained in a state where the joining margin 7 and the inner tongue piece 70 are connected to each other, and the joining margin (that is, the inner wall of the double wall of the housing). The inner tongue piece 70 can be bent inward from the folding line portion 75 formed by the cut 74, and a repulsive force is generated by resin elasticity in the opening direction in the bent state.

Each joint margin 7 is formed with a notch 71 adjacent to the corner from the inner tongue piece 70 and having a width dimension of 44 mm and a depth dimension from the proximal end of the joint margin 7 of 25 mm. Furthermore, a part of the notch portion 71 is formed adjacent to the side edge side from the inner tongue piece 70, and one notch portion 71 is completed in a state where the side end surfaces of the facing joint margin 7 are in contact with each other. As a thing. With this configuration, the inner tongue pieces 70 and the outer tongue pieces 20 are alternately and continuously arranged.

A plurality of slits 27 and 72 for attaching the upper corner member 3a are formed in the side plate 2 (2a) and the double wall on the long side. The double-wall slits 27 and 72 are provided at positions common to both the outer plate and the inner plate.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, an outer handle forming hole 210 is provided at a position slightly closer to the upper end side of the central portion of the side plate 2 (2b) on the short side. Then, a part of the handle forming hole is formed at a position corresponding to the joining allowance 7, and the inner handle forming hole 211 is completed in a state where the side end surfaces 73 of the facing joining allowance 7 are in contact with each other. Accordingly, when a double wall is formed by the outer plate and the inner plate, the outer handle forming hole 210 and the inner handle forming hole 211 overlap, and the handle portion 21 penetrating the double wall is formed.

7, the outer tongue piece 20 is positioned so as to overlap the notch 71 of the inner plate as shown in FIG. 7, and the outer tongue piece 20 is bent inward from the fold line as shown in FIG. Fold 70 inward from the fold line. Due to this state, the outer tongue of the outer plate and the inner tongue of the inner plate interfere with each other, and both the outer plate and the inner plate are wobbled or deformed in the left-right direction with respect to external loads. There is nothing to do.

Further, one extended piece 26 is formed between the left and right slits 27 (27a) in the upper edge of the side plate 2b on the long side. At the base end of the extending piece 26, a horizontal cut 260 is formed from the outside. The thin plate 90 and the rib 91 on the outer side of the plastic corrugated cardboard at that location are cut by the notch 260, and the upper edge and the extending piece 26 in the second side plate 2d are formed so that only the inner thin plate 90 functions as a fold line portion. It is maintained in a connected state, can be bent inward, and in the bent state, a repulsive force is generated by resin elasticity in the opening direction.

The upper corner member 3a is made of polypropylene, and, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a substantially L-shaped corner member body 30a in plan view and a substantially rectangular parallelepiped projecting portion projecting from both ends of the corner member body 30a. 31a. The corner member main body 30a has an upper end surface 32a that is substantially L-shaped in plan view, and a holding piece 33a that extends upward from the outer end of the upper end surface. The corner member main body 30a has a corner main body concave portion 34a that opens downward except for the lower edge frame 36a, and the protruding portion 31a includes a protruding portion concave portion 35a that opens downward except for the lower edge frame 37a. Yes.
The depth dimensions of the corner main body concave portion 34a and the projecting portion concave portion 35a are equal to or greater than the depth dimensions of the side plates and the double wall slits 27 and 72, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 6, the edge member 4 is a synthetic resin member having a short vertical cross section that is substantially h-shaped, and is an inner piece continuous in the longitudinal direction from one end of the lower surface of the long flat plate-shaped central piece 40. 41, an outer piece 42 continuous in the longitudinal direction from the other end of the lower surface, and a holding piece 43 formed on the upper surface of the central piece 40.

Then, the lower edge frame of the upper corner member 3a is fitted in the slits 27 and 72 at the four corners, and the upper edge of the side plate 2 between the upper corner members 3a is covered with the edge member 4 as shown in FIG. By attaching, it becomes the structure of the shipping box shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, in the double wall overlapping state, the bent outer tongue piece 20 is engaged with the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4 as a position where it overlaps the notch portion of the inner plate. It becomes the composition which did. Here, the configuration differs between the location where the outer tongue piece 20 is engaged with the edge member 4 and the location where the inner tongue piece 70 is engaged with the edge member 4.

That is, at the place where the inner tongue piece 70 engages with the edge member 4, as shown in FIG. 11, the outer plate (side plate 2b), the inner plate (joining allowance 7), the bent inner tongue piece 70. The total three plates are fitted into the inner space of the edge member 4, and the end portion of the inner tongue piece 70 is engaged with the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4. In the engagement portion, the gap generated in the internal space of the edge member 4 is very small, and the edge member 4 is close to the state where the three plates are filled. That is, since it is stored in the inner space of the edge member 4 in a high density state, and the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4 and the end portion of the inner tongue piece 70 are engaged, it is very strong. The edge member 4 is attached. Furthermore, since the inner tongue piece 70 exerts a repulsive force to restore from the bent state, the engagement between the end portion of the inner tongue piece 70 and the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4 is not inadvertently released.

Further, at the place where the outer tongue piece 20 is engaged with the edge member 4, as shown in FIG. 13, the inner plate (joining allowance 7) has a notch 71, so the outer plate (side plate 2b) and the folding plate are folded. A total of two plates of the bent outer tongue piece 20 are configured to fit within the edge member 4. Therefore, although the inner space has more gaps in the inner space than the position where the inner tongue piece engages with the edge member 4, the outer tongue piece 20 is restored from the bent state, like the inner tongue piece 70. Since the repulsive force to be exerted is exerted, the engagement between the end portion of the outer tongue piece 20 and the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4 is not inadvertently released. Further, since the outer tongue 20 has a longer distance to the engagement flange 44 of the edge member 4 than the inner tongue 70, the engagement with the engagement flange 44 of the edge member 4 is ensured. The inner tongue piece 70 is slightly longer than the inner tongue piece 70 (as described above in the first embodiment, the inner tongue piece 70 is 25 mm while the outer tongue piece 20 is 30 mm), The engagement is made more reliable.

Further, by making the width dimension of the outer tongue piece 20 and the width dimension of the notch portion 71 of the inner plate equal, a part of the outer tongue piece 20 fitted into the notch portion 71 of the inner plate is the edge of the notch portion 71. Since the interference occurs, the engagement between the end of the outer tongue 20 and the engagement flange 44 of the edge member 4 is not inadvertently released.

As described above, the first embodiment includes the inner tongue piece 70 extending upward at a predetermined width on the upper end edge of the inner plate (joining allowance 7) constituting the double wall, and A notch 71 having a predetermined width is provided at a position adjacent to the inner tongue piece 70, the inner tongue piece 20 can be bent inward from the base end, and an upper edge of an outer plate (side plate 2b) constituting a double wall. Are provided with an outer tongue piece 20 extending upward with a predetermined width. The outer tongue piece 20 can be bent inward from the base end, and is bent in the double wall overlapping state. Has a double wall because the bent outer tongue piece 20 is engaged with the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4 as a position overlapping the notch 71 of the inner plate (joining allowance 7). In addition to ensuring a high structure, the strength of the upper edge of the side plate 2b can be further increased.

Further, since the double wall is securely fixed, there is no deviation between the outer plate (side plate 2b) of the double wall and the inner plate (joining allowance 7), so the outer plate (side plate 2b) of the conventional double wall It is not necessary to provide a synthetic resin pin attached between the inner plate and the inner plate (joining allowance 7), and the appearance can be improved. Further, since no synthetic resin pins are provided, plastic shavings are not generated, and the quality of the stored articles is not deteriorated.

Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the double wall is securely fixed by the above-described configuration. Conventionally, in order to maintain the strength of the shipping box Z, the first embodiment is provided from the top to the bottom of the four corners of the shipping box Z. There is no need to provide a vertical frame.

To do.

On the other hand, the shipping box according to the second embodiment is a shipping box Z that can be folded, and does not have the joint allowance 7 as in the first embodiment and is strong enough to be folded. Is provided with a structure in which a double wall is formed by superposing an inner plate (reinforcing plate 5) on a side plate (outer plate) lacking. Further, in the first embodiment, the inner plate is formed by abutting the two joining margins 7 on the short side of the housing, whereas in the second embodiment, the inner side of the single object is formed on the long side of the housing. A plate (reinforcing plate 5) is used. Hereinafter, each configuration of the second embodiment will be specifically described.

As shown in FIGS. 14 to 21, the shipping box Z according to the second embodiment is formed to be opposed to each other by extending and bending the bottom plate 1 and the left and right sides of the bottom plate 1 and can be folded in two vertically. A lower corner member 3b, and an edge member 4 and an upper corner member 3a installed on the upper end surfaces of the first side plate 2c, the reinforcing plate 5 and the second side plate 2d.

In the second embodiment, the first side plate 2c, the second side plate 2d, and the reinforcing plate 5 all have the ribs 91 arranged in the vertical direction in the assembled state. In the second embodiment, the side plate 2 on the long side is the first side plate 2c, and the side plate 2 on the short side is the second side plate 2d.

The bottom plate 1, each first side plate 2c, each second side plate 2d, and the reinforcing plate 5 are made of plastic corrugated cardboard integrally molded from polypropylene as a raw material, as shown in the plan view of the developed state in FIGS. . The reinforcing bottom plate 6 is made of a synthetic resin plate.

Each of the first side plates 2c is provided with horizontal cutting lines that are parallel to each other at two locations, a central position and a position near the upper end.
Here, the cut line at the center inner position is referred to as a center cut line 291c, and the cut line near the upper end is referred to as an upper cut line 290c. In the upper end side cutting line 290c, the outer thin plate 90 and the rib 91 of the plastic corrugated cardboard are cut, and only the inner thin plate functions as the broken line portion 290d. Further, in the center side cutting line 291c, the thin plate 90 and the rib 91 inside the plastic cardboard are cut, and only the outer thin plate 90 functions as the broken line portion 291d. With this configuration, the first side plate 2c can fold the first side plate 2c by folding the upper end side cutting line 290c near the upper end and folding the central side cutting line 291c at the central position. It is what.

The first side plate 2c has an outer tongue piece 20 formed at four locations at the upper edge thereof with a width dimension of 44 mm and a length dimension of 30 mm (attention) with a spacing of 44 mm. A cut 28 is formed at the base end of the outer tongue piece 20 from the outer surface side, and the thin plate 90 and the rib 91 on the outer side of the plastic corrugated cardboard at that location are cut by the cut 28, and only the thin plate 90 on the inside is cut. In order to function as a fold line portion, the upper edge of the first side plate 2c and the outer tongue piece 20 are kept in a connected state, can be bent inward, and rebounded by resin elasticity in the opening direction in the bent state. It is a structure that generates force.

The reinforcing plate 5 is overlapped with the first side plate 2c to form a double wall, and the upper end edge of the reinforcing plate 5 has a width dimension of 44 mm, a length dimension of 25 mm, and an interval of 44 mm. Inner tongues 50 are formed at three locations. Further, a notch 51 having a width dimension of 44 mm and a depth dimension from the base end of the inner tongue piece 50 of 25 mm is formed between the inner tongue pieces 50 and to the sides of the inner tongue pieces 50 at both ends. . Further, the reinforcing plate 5 is provided with a horizontal cut line 52 from the outside on the upper end side. The cut line 52 of the reinforcing plate 5 is formed further above the cut line 290c in the vicinity of the upper end of the first side plate 2c. When the first side plate 2c is folded, the reinforcing plate 5 can be bent inward without interfering with the first side plate 2c.

The second side plate 2d forms slits 27d for attaching the upper corner members 3a on the left and right of the upper edge, and forms a horizontal cut line 290e from the outside at a height that does not interfere with the slit 27d in the vicinity of the upper edge. It is.

In addition, one extended piece 26 is formed between the left and right slits 27d in the upper end edge of the second side plate 2d.

Further, the handle 21 is provided at a position slightly below the longitudinal center of the cutting line 260 provided at a height that does not interfere with the slit 27d of the second side plate 2d. A substantially rectangular end through hole 21 is provided at the lower corners of the second side plate 2d, and a substantially square end engaging hole 22 is provided below the end through hole 21. A substantially rectangular end cutout 23 is provided below the end engagement hole 22. Using these end through holes 21, end engaging holes 22, and end notches 23, end engaging portions 25 are attached to the lower corners of the second side plate 2d.

As described above, the reinforcing side plate 6 is provided below the bottom plate 1. The reinforcing side plate 6 is composed of a synthetic resin plate instead of plastic cardboard. A bottom 60 having substantially the same contour shape as the bottom plate 1, a first bent plate 61 extending from the side edge of the bottom 60 to both sides, and a second extending from the side edge of the bottom 60 in the front-rear direction. And a bent plate 62. The first bent plate 61 and the second bent plate 62 are held upright and bent perpendicular to the bottom plate 6.
The first bent plate 61 is disposed below the first side plate 2c, and the second bent plate 62 is disposed below the second side plate 2d.

The upper corner member 3a is the same as that of the first embodiment. That is, the upper corner member 3a is made of polypropylene, and includes a substantially L-shaped corner member main body 30a in plan view and a substantially rectangular parallelepiped protruding portion 31a protruding from both ends of the corner member main body 30a. The upper corner member main body 30a includes a substantially L-shaped upper end surface 32a in a plan view and a holding piece 33a extending upward from the outer end of the upper end surface 32a. The upper corner body 30a has a corner body recess 34a that opens downward except for the lower edge frame, and the protrusion 31a includes a protrusion recess 35a that opens downward except for the lower edge frame. . Each of the corner body concave portion 30 and the protruding portion concave portion 31 has a depth equal to or greater than the slit depth of the first side plate 2c and the second side plate 2d.

As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the lower corner member 3 b is for connecting the bottom plate 1 and the reinforcing bottom plate 6 together and holding the second side plate 2 d and the bottom plate 1 vertically. It has engaging means that can be engaged with and disengaged from the end engaging member 25 provided on the lower end side of the second side plate 2d. As shown in FIG. 22, the lower corner member 3b mainly includes a bottom portion 30b, a short wall portion 31b, a long wall portion 32b, and a sandwiching plate 33b. The short wall part 31b and the long wall part 32b are orthogonal to each other and are integrally formed perpendicular to the bottom part 30b.
The sandwiching plate 33b is arranged in parallel above the bottom portion 30b and is formed integrally with the long wall plate 32b. The gap between the bottom portion 30b and the sandwiching plate 33b is slightly smaller than the plate thickness of the bottom plate 1 and the reinforcing bottom plate 6, and is sandwiched by resin elasticity.

Moreover, the step part 34b is provided in the boundary with the bottom part 30b in the short wall part 31b, and plate | board thickness with a 1st bending board is adjusted. Further, an engaging claw 35b is provided at a substantially central portion of the sandwiching plate 33b on the long wall portion side 32b, an engaging hole 36b is provided at a substantially central portion above the long wall portion 32b, and the end engaging member 25 on the second side plate is provided. And can be disengaged.

The edge member 4 is a synthetic resin member having a substantially vertical h-shaped short cross section, an inner piece continuous in the longitudinal direction from one end of the lower surface of the long flat plate-shaped central piece 40, and the other end side of the lower surface And a holding piece 43 formed on the upper surface of the central piece 40.

Then, the upper corner member is fitted in accordance with the slits at the four corners, and as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the edge member 4 that covers the upper edge of the side plate between the upper corner members is attached, so that the shipping box It becomes the composition of.

In the double wall superposition state, the bent outer tongue piece is engaged with the engagement flange portion 44 which is the engagement portion of the edge member 4 at a position where the bent outer tongue piece overlaps the notch portion of the inner plate. In addition, the bent inner tongue piece is engaged with the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4. The configuration differs between a location where the outer tongue piece is engaged with the edge member 4 and a location where the inner tongue piece is engaged with the edge member 4.

At the place where the inner tongue piece engages with the edge member 4, a total of three plates of the outer plate, the inner plate, and the bent inner tongue piece fit into the inner space of the edge member 4, and The end of the inner tongue piece is engaged with the engagement flange 44 of the edge member 4. In the engagement portion, the gap generated in the internal space of the edge member 4 is very small, and the edge member 4 is close to the state where the three plates are filled. That is, the edge member 4 is stored in a high density state in the inner space, and the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4 and the end portion of the inner tongue piece are engaged with each other. The member 4 is attached. Further, since the inner tongue piece exhibits a repulsive force to restore from the bent state, the engagement between the end portion of the inner tongue piece and the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4 is not inadvertently released.

An assembly method and a folding method are described below for folding the shipping box described above.
When the upper edge of the transport box is lifted from the folded state shown in FIG. 21, the first side plate folded inside opens up and down with respect to the cutting line, and at the same time, the upper edge portion is firmly connected to the edge member 4. The lower end edge of the formed reinforcing plate is moved outward from the inside of the first side plate to bring the first side plate and the reinforcing plate into an upright state (FIGS. 20 and 19). The first side plate is disposed between the reinforcing plate and the first bent plate of the reinforcing bottom plate.

In this case, the configuration characteristic of the present invention, that is, the bent outer tongue piece is positioned so as to overlap the notch portion of the inner plate, and the bent outer tongue piece is engaged with the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4. With the configuration in which the bent inner tongue piece is engaged with the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4, the first side plate is not always dropped from the edge member 4 even by repeated operations. Realize reliable operability.

Next, the folded second side plate is opened from the state shown in FIG. 19 in which the first side plate and the reinforcing plate are erected. The upper edge of the second side plate is connected to the edge member 4, and the second side plate is a bottom plate with reference to a cutting line formed near the upper end of the second side plate by pushing down the lower end side of the second side plate. Arranged perpendicular to The second side plate can be fixed by engaging the engagement flange 44 at the lower end of the second side plate with the lower corner member. The engagement between the engagement flange 44 at the lower end of the second side plate and the lower corner member is achieved by inserting the engagement protrusion in the end engagement member into the engagement hole in the lower corner member and engaging the lower corner member. This is done by engaging the engaging claw in the end engaging member with the claw. As described above, it is possible to assemble a shipping box having sufficient strength as shown in FIG. 18 without fixing with a synthetic resin pin to the double wall and without using a vertical frame.

In the folding method, first, the lower end of the second side plate is pressed inward, the engagement between the end engaging member of the second side plate and the engaging hole of the lower corner member is released, and the second side plate Folded from the cut line on the upper end side of the second side plate and folded upward inside the second side plate.

Next, the lower end of the reinforcing plate is moved inward, bent from the cut line on the upper end side of the reinforcing plate, and the second reinforcing plate is folded inward and upward. By the above operation, the shipping box is folded.
By folding the reinforcing plate, the first side plate that is no longer reinforced is folded inward from the central folding line. At the time of folding, load is applied to the connecting portion between the first side plate and the edge member 4 and the connecting portion between the reinforcing plate and the edge member 4, but the inner tongue piece and the outer tongue piece of the double wall in the present invention are Any one of the first side plate and the reinforcing plate 5 is arranged alternately and continuously, and the inner tongue piece and the outer tongue piece are alternately and continuously engaged with the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4. In this case, the edge member 4 is not inadvertently detached and sufficient durability can be exhibited.

As described above, the second embodiment includes the inner tongue piece 50 extending upward at a predetermined width on the upper edge of the inner plate (reinforcing plate 5) constituting the double wall, and A cutout portion 51 having a predetermined width is provided at a position adjacent to the inner tongue piece 50. The inner tongue piece 50 can be bent inward from the proximal end, and is an outer plate (first side plate 2c) constituting a double wall. An outer tongue piece 20 extending upward with a predetermined width is provided at the upper end edge, and the outer tongue piece 20 can be bent inward from the base end, and is bent in a double wall overlapping state. As the position where the piece 20 overlaps the cutout portion 51 of the inner plate (reinforcing plate 5), the bent outer tongue piece 20 is engaged with the engagement flange portion 44 of the edge member 4, so that it has a double wall. The strength of the upper edge portion of the side plate 2b can be further increased after securing a highly structural structure. Further, since the double wall is securely fixed, there is no displacement between the outer plate (first side plate 2c) of the double wall and the inner plate (reinforcing plate 5). It is not necessary to provide a synthetic resin pin attached between the one side plate 2c) and the inner plate (reinforcing plate 5), and the appearance can be improved. Further, since no synthetic resin pins are provided, plastic shavings are not generated, and the quality of the stored articles is not deteriorated.
Further, in the second embodiment, the double wall is securely fixed as in the first embodiment by the above configuration. Therefore, conventionally, in order to maintain the strength of the shipping box Z, the four corners of the shipping box Z are conventionally used. It is not necessary to provide the vertical frame that was provided from the top to the bottom of the frame.

As described above, in the invention according to the second embodiment, the inner tongue pieces and the outer tongue pieces of the double wall are alternately and continuously arranged, and the inner tongue pieces and the outer tongue pieces are continuously and alternately arranged. By engaging with the engagement flange portion 44 of the member 4, it is not necessary to perform the driving operation of the pins, no plastic shavings are generated, and a deviation between the outer plate and the inner plate of the double wall is generated. In addition, it is very easy to assemble or fold, and as in the first and second embodiments, the strength of the double wall can be maintained. As a result, it is necessary and sufficient even without providing a vertical frame. High strength can be secured.
However, from the viewpoint of ensuring the strength of the side plate in the folded state, ensuring the strength when storing heavy objects, and ensuring the strength of the bulky shipping box, for example, as in Example 3 shown below, It can also be set as the structure which attached the vertical frame to the right-and-left side edge of a side plate.

As shown in FIGS. 23 to 26, the shipping box according to the third embodiment has substantially the same configuration as that of the second embodiment, and the vertical frames 8 are provided on both side ends of the pair of reinforcing plates 5, respectively. This is different from the second embodiment only in the point. For this reason, portions common to the second embodiment are as described in the second embodiment.

The vertical frame 8 is made of synthetic resin, and as shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, two sandwiching plates 80 facing each other and a connecting plate 81 arranged perpendicular to the sandwiching plate are integrated. The configuration is substantially U-shaped in plan view. A gap 82 is provided between the two clamping plates, and a contact piece 83 extending from the coupling piece 9b is provided at a position on the outer side of the clamping piece 80 and at both ends of the coupling piece 9b.

The left and right ends of the reinforcing plate 5 are inserted into the gaps 82 between the holding plates of the vertical frames 8 and fixed with a hot melt adhesive or the like. In order to secure a state in which the reinforcing plate can be bent with the cut line 52 as a reference, the upper end position of the vertical frame 8 is set to the height of the cut line. The lower end of the vertical frame 8 extends to the lower end position of the reinforcing plate.
The shape of the vertical frame 8 is not limited to that shown in the third embodiment. For example, the vertical frame 8 of the third embodiment may have a U-shape in a plan view that does not have a contact piece.

In the first to third embodiments, the upper end surface 32a of the upper corner member 3a and the upper surface of the central piece 40 of the edge member 4 are arranged on the same plane.
