この発明は、青果物の運搬等に使用する簡易組立式の段ボール製トレーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、図5に示すような段ボール製トレーが知られている。このトレーは、底壁50、各一対の側壁51及び端壁52から成り、端壁52は、底壁50に順次連設した外端板53、頂板54及び内端板55から構成されている。側壁51と外端板53とは、底壁50の角へ向かう45°の折目線56を有する連結部材57で連結され、連結部材57の片側部分は外端板53の内面に貼着されている。連結部材57及び外端板53の上縁には係合突起58が設けられ、頂板54には係合突起58が突出する貫孔59が形成されている。内端板55の先端縁にはロック片60が、底壁50の端部には係合孔61が設けられ、ロック片60と係合孔61との係合により内端板55の戻りが防止され、また、段積み時に下段側トレーの係合突起58が上段側トレーの係合孔61に係合してトレー相互の横ずれが防止されるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記トレーの素材としては、重量の大きい農産物の運搬に耐えるべく、B段等の厚手の段ボールが使用される。このため、上記トレーの製作には、厚手の段ボールのコーナー部を接着できるグルアが必要となり、多額の初期投資を要することから、コストが高くなり、連結部材57の糊付けを止めると、手作業での組み立てが困難となる。

また、端壁部分は、二つ折りした連結部材だけを挟んだものであるため、幅が狭く、段積みに際し、上段側トレーを下段側トレーの内部に落とし込んでしまう恐れがある。

そこで、この発明は、手作業での組み立てが簡単で、段積みが容易な段ボール製トレーを低コストで提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、この発明は、底壁、各一対の側壁及び端壁から成り、この端壁を、前記底壁に順次連設した外端板、頂板及び内端板から構成し、前記側壁と外端板とを、底壁の角へ向かう45°の折目線を有する連結部材で連結し、この連結部材を前記折目線沿いに二つ折りして前記外端板と内端板との間に挟んだ段ボール製トレーにおいて、前記内端板と連結部材とに繋がる折込板を設け、この折込板を内端板と連結部材との間に折り込み、連結部材には、折目線から側壁へ向けて切り込むことにより支柱部を形成し、支柱部が底壁に当接し、支柱部及び折込板の段目が上下方向に向くようにしたのである。

このように構成すると、扁平なブランクの状態から、折込板を内端板に重ねて掴み、外端板、頂板及び内端板を巻き込むように折り曲げることにより、予め糊付けしておくことなく、簡単に組み立てることができる。

以下、この発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。図1に示す第1実施形態のブランクにおいて、底壁1の両側縁には側壁2が連設され、両端縁には外端板3、頂板4及び内端板5が順次連設されている。側壁2と外端板3とは、底壁1の角へ向かう45°の折目線6を有する連結部材7で連結され、連結片7には、折目線6から側壁2へ向けて切り込むことにより支柱部8が形成されている。内端板5の両側縁には折込板9が連設され、この折込板9は繋続片10を介して連結部材7に繋がっている。折込板9の内側縁には繋続片10を切り込んだ係合突起11が設けられ、頂板4には貫孔12が形成されている。内端板5の先端縁にはロック片13が、底壁1の端部には係合孔14が設けられている。
