Abstract
【解決手段】 光源2と、光源2を支持すべく配置された光源支持部材1と、光源2から入射した光を出射する出光面3bを備える導光板3と、導光板3を支持するように配置されたメタルフレーム8と、導光板3の側面3aと対向する光源保持部材1側面1aの反対側1bの面に重畳し、メタルフレーム8の板厚内で、メタルフレーム8と接続する接続部7cを有する樹脂フレーム7とを備える。

Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態1における面状光源装置の分解斜視図、図2(a)は本発明の実施の形態1におけるミドルフレーム7とリアフレーム8の接続部を説明する図、図2(b)は図2(a)におけるA−A方向の断面図、図3は本発明の実施の形態1におけるミドルフレーム7の凸部7cを説明する正面図、図4は本発明の実施の形態1におけるリアフレーム8の凹部8bを説明する正面図、図5は本発明の実施の形態1における他のミドルフレーム7とリアフレーム8の接続部を説明する図である。
発明の実施の形態2を図6および図7により説明する。本実施の形態においては、ランプリフレクタ1、光源2、導光板3、表示パネル4、光学シート類5、反射シート6、ミドルフレーム7の構成は、前記実施の形態1と同様であり、同一の符号を付してここでは説明を省略する。以降の説明は特にリアフレーム8およびフロントフレーム9の形状について図6および図7を用いて説明する。ここで図1〜図5と同じ構成部分については同一の符号を付している。
その他は実施の形態1と同様である。
Claims (8)
- 光源と、
前記光源を支持すべく配置された光源支持部材と、
前記光源から入射した光を出射する出光面を備える導光板と、
前記導光板を支持するように配置されたメタルフレームと、
前記導光板の側面と対向する前記光源保持部材側面の反対側の面に重畳し、前記メタルフレームの板厚内で、前記メタルフレームと接続する接続部を有する樹脂フレームと、
を備えることを特徴とする面状光源装置。 - 前記樹脂フレームの接続部は、凸部で形成され、前記メタルフレーム側面に形成された凹部と嵌合することを特徴とする請求項1記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記樹脂フレームの凸部は、切り欠きを有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記樹脂フレームの凸部は、前記導光板の側面と対向する前記光源保持部材側面の反対側の面に重畳する突出部を有し、前記メタルフレームの凹部には、前記突出部と対応する位置に、前記突出部が引っ掛かるロック部が前記メタルフレームの板厚内で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記メタルフレームを支持するように配置され、開口部を有するフレームをさらに備え、前記メタルフレームの凹部は、前記フレームの板厚内で前記樹脂フレームの凸部と当接するブリッジ部を有し、前記フレームには、前記メタルフレーム側面と重畳する側面の前記メタルフレームに形成されたブリッジ部と対応する位置に孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記メタルフレームのブリッジ部と前記フレームの孔は、前記フレームの板厚内で嵌合していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記樹脂フレームの接続部は、接着用樹脂を介して、前記メタルフレームと接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記樹脂フレームの接続部は、前記樹脂フレームの4辺の側面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の面状光源装置。
