Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、第1色で着色される第1基板、第1基板と対向配置されて、第2色で着色される第2基板、両基板の間に配置されて、各放電セルを区画する隔壁、第1基板に第1方向に伸張形成されて、放電セルに対応するアドレス電極、アドレス電極を覆う下部誘電層、第2基板に第1方向と交差する第2方向に伸張形成されて、放電セルに対応する表示電極、表示電極を覆う上部誘電層、及び放電セルの内部に形成される蛍光体層を含むプラズマディスプレイパネルを提供する。

Claims (18)
- 第1色で着色される第1基板;
前記第1基板と対向配置されて、第2色で着色される第2基板;
前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の間に配置されて、各放電セルを区画する隔壁;
前記第1基板に第1方向に伸張形成されて、前記放電セルに対応するアドレス電極;
前記アドレス電極を覆う下部誘電層;
前記第2基板に前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に伸張形成されて、前記放電セルに対応する表示電極;
前記表示電極を覆う上部誘電層;及び
前記放電セルの内部に形成される蛍光体層を含むことを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイパネル。 - 前記第1色及び前記第2色は、互いに減色混合される色であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記第1色及び前記第2色のうちのいずれか一色は、減色混合の三原色のうちの一色からなり、
他の一色は、減色混合の三原色のうちの残りの二色が混合された色からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。 - 前記第1色及び前記第2色は、互いに補色対比の関係をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記第1色は、有彩色であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記第1色は、茶色系であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記第2色は、有彩色であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記第2色は、青緑色系であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記放電セルの内部には、反射層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記反射層は、前記隔壁の側面及び前記蛍光体層の間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記反射層は、前記下部誘電層の上面及び前記蛍光体層の間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記反射層は、前記隔壁の側面から前記下部誘電層の上面にかけて形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記反射層は、アルミニウムを含んで形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記隔壁は、透明に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記第1基板の一部及び前記第2基板の一部は、前記隔壁を間において、互いに減色混合された色で着色されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記上部誘電層は、透明に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記下部誘電層は、透明に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記上部誘電層は、保護膜で覆われ、
前記保護膜は、透明に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
