Abstract
【解決手段】臨床的に、神経血管構造の3D視覚化において、放射線科医が動脈瘤を取り除ける(rule out)ことを可能にし得るような明瞭な画像を提供し得る像を形成することを可能にする必要がある。この必要性を解決する一つの方法は、神経血管容積の解剖学的に関連のある分割を通じて、骨による妨害を除去してクラッタを減少させた像を作成するものである。方法は、CTシステムを用いて神経血管の複数の解剖学的に関連のある循環系への自動的区分を実行するステップを含む。

Claims (10)
- 計算機式断層写真法(CT)システム(10)を用いて神経血管の複数の解剖学的に関連のある循環系(150)への自動的区分を行なうステップを備えた方法。
- 神経血管を解剖学的に関連のある循環系(150)に自動的に区分し、
各々の区分後の系に自動的にラベルを付す
ことをコンピュータに指令するように構成されているプログラムを埋め込まれたコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。 - X線源と、
該線源から放出されたX線を受光するように配置されているX線検出器と、
直接又はネットワークを介してリモートで又は他の方法でのいずれかで前記検出器からデータを受領するように構成されており、
神経血管を解剖学的に関連のある循環系(150)に自動的に区分し、
該区分後の系を少なくとも一つの関心領域と融合させる
ように構成されているコンピュータと
を備えたシステム(10)。 - 前記関心領域は潜在的な腫瘍である、請求項3に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記関心領域は潜在的な発作部位である、請求項3に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータは、各々の循環系に自動的にラベルを付すようにさらに構成されている、請求項3に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータは、二次元(2D)環境において各々の循環系に自動的にラベルを付すようにさらに構成されている、請求項6に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータは、視覚化において前記ラベル付き循環系(150)を潜在的な発作位置及び潜在的な腫瘍の少なくとも一方を含んでいる前記少なくとも一つの関心領域と融合させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項7に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータは、あらゆる血管異常を検出して測定するようにさらに構成されている、請求項8に記載のシステム(10)。
- X線源と、
該線源から放出されたX線を受光するように配置されているX線検出器と、
直接又はネットワークを介してリモートで又は他の方法でのいずれかで前記検出器からデータを受領するように構成されており、
血管構造を解剖学的に関連のある循環系(150)に自動的に区分し、
前記血管構造の特定の小分枝を自動的に解析し、
あらゆる血管異常を自動的に検出して測定して、
解剖学的構造及びあらゆる病状の特定の像を自動的に生成する
ように構成されているコンピュータと
を備えたシステム(10)。
