図3から図6は循環浄化水槽301の縦断面図、排水口、横断面図、図6は平面図を示し、循環浄化水槽301に貯まった液体を排水口401の排水パイプ取り付け口に取り付けられた排水パイプ403よりから排出する。循環浄化水槽501には吸い上げパイプ502、吸い上げポンプ503が設けられ、循環浄化水槽501に貯まった上澄み液を吸い上げポンプ503により吸い上げパイプ502を介してポンプアップする。

図7は遠心分離装置を示し、遠心分離装置の装置ボックス802に設けられた水車806が設けられ、図8に示すようにポンプアップされた液体が排出口(不図示)より図7に示すように水車806に落水される。水車806に設けられた羽根(不図示)に当てると流速に合った速度で回転を始め、空気と水液を強制接触させ、飛沫となる。循環浄化装置の中で強制浄化させる方法で、水車806を60度程度に傾斜させ落水させると水車取り付け軸(不図示)で受け、回転を始め液体が前記羽根で攪拌され排水分離孔(不図示)より飛沫となり、例えば微粒子除去マット等を配して微粒子を除去し、除去された飛沫が流れ落ちて排水口401から再び循環浄化装置に戻り繰り返される。

図11で示すように攪拌水槽601には攪拌モーター701と攪拌モーターに取り付けられた攪拌羽根702が設けられ、攪拌水槽601に貯められた液体が攪拌されるが、図10で示すように攪拌水流逆流発生角パイプ602が攪拌水槽601の内周に設けられ、攪拌される液体が攪拌水流逆流発生角パイプ602に当たって不規則になり、攪拌度が向上し、よりよく攪拌される。
