Abstract
【解決手段】篩面34が形成されたスクリーン機構33を振動させて、投入された分級対象物Pを搬送しながら分級する湿式振動篩装置であって、スクリーン機構33に形成された分級孔の無い非分級搬送面3の上流側に設けられた堰1により分級対象物Pを滞留させて、滞留部分に解砕水を供給して分級対象物を解砕処理した後に第一の分級処理を行なうとともに、前記非分級搬送面3に対して分級対象物Pの搬送方向下流側から上流側への速度成分を持った分離作用水を供給して分級対象物Pを分離処理した後に第二の分級処理を行なう。

Claims (6)
- 篩面が形成されたスクリーン機構と、前記スクリーン機構を振動させる加振機構とを備え、前記スクリーン機構に投入された分級対象物を搬送しながら分級する湿式振動篩装置であって、
前記スクリーン機構に分級孔の無い非分級搬送面が分級対象物の搬送方向下流側が下方に傾斜するように形成され、前記非分級搬送面に対して分級対象物の搬送方向下流側から上流側への速度成分を持った分離作用水を供給する分離作用水供給機構を備えている湿式振動篩装置。 - 前記非分級搬送面の上流側に塊状の分級対象物を解砕処理する解砕手段を備えている請求項1記載の湿式振動篩装置。
- 前記解砕手段は、分級対象物を滞留させる堰と、前記堰による分級対象物の滞留部に解砕水を供給する解砕水供給機構で構成されている請求項2記載の湿式振動篩装置。
- 前記非分級搬送面と前記解砕手段との間に篩面が形成されている請求項2または3記載の湿式振動篩装置。
- 分級対象物が焼却灰、または有害物等による汚染土壌である請求項1から4の何れかに記載の湿式振動篩装置。
- 篩面が形成されたスクリーン機構を振動させて、投入された分級対象物を搬送しながら分級する湿式振動篩方法であって、
スクリーン機構に形成された分級孔の無い非分級搬送面の上流側で分級対象物を解砕処理した後に第一の分級処理を行なうとともに、前記非分級搬送面に対して分級対象物の搬送方向下流側から上流側への速度成分を持った分離作用水を供給して分級対象物を分離処理した後に第二の分級処理を行なう湿式振動篩方法。
