Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a plate discharging apparatus for storing and discarding a used master peeled from the surface of a printing drum, and a stencil printing apparatus including the same.
A conventional stencil printing apparatus is a method in which a film surface of a master is brought into contact with a heating element such as a thermal head and heated perforated plate making is wound around an outer peripheral surface of a printing drum, and ink is supplied from the inside of the drum and printing pressure means such as a press roller. Thus, the printing paper is continuously pressed against the master on the outer peripheral surface of the drum, and printing is performed by discharging ink from the opening portion and the master perforation portion of the printing drum and transferring it to the printing paper. The used master whose printing has been completed is peeled off from the plate cylinder by the plate removing device. After that, the plate-making image corresponding to the next document image is made by the new master, so that the next printing is started.
The used master peeled off from the printing drum is stored in a plate discharging box in the plate discharging apparatus. This discharge box has a cylindrical storage portion in which a master is stored and a compression plate rotates around the axis of the storage portion to store the master while compressing it. When the used master is full, the ejector box is provided with a lever that pushes it in the direction of discarding the master. When this lever is operated in the push-out direction, the pushing member connected to the lever moves in the axial direction of the reservoir. Extruded. The master is forcibly discharged as a cylindrical lump. In order to reduce the operating force of the pushing member, in
The compression plate is usually placed in an initial position that closes the opening for taking in the master formed in the discharge box, and when the used master peeled off from the printing drum is stored in the discharge box, the opening is opened. Rotate in the direction opposite to the compression direction so as to release, stop at the master storage start position, and wait for storage of the used master. Thereafter, when the used master is stored in the discharge box, the compression plate rotates in the compression direction and is stored in the lower part of the discharge box while compressing the master. Thereafter, the compression plate rotates in the direction opposite to the compression direction and returns to the initial position.
When the used master is discarded, the master is discarded in a cylindrical shape by pushing out the lever connected to the pushing member in the axial direction. At this time, the used master is in contact with the inner surface of the storage portion, and the used master tends to stick to the inner surface of the storage portion and the inner surface of the pushing member due to the ink adhering to the used master.
The ink used in the stencil printing apparatus includes an emulsion type and an ultraviolet curable type. In the case of emulsion ink, the main components are oil and water components. Therefore, even in the case of a used master stuck to the inner surface of the storage part, the thrust force in the axial discharge also works as a lubricating oil for the ink. The resistance of the operating force of the push-out member is reduced. However, in the case of UV curable ink, the oil component is not included in the ink, and the ink contains acrylic resin. In a state where the used master is in contact with the inner surface, the master sticks and resistance is large, making it difficult to push the lever with the lever. Further, when it becomes difficult to push out by the lever, it takes time to take out the master to be discarded from the stencil box, and the maintenance time of the stencil printing apparatus is extended.
An object of the present invention is to provide a stencil printing apparatus and a stencil printing apparatus that can perform good maintenance with good workability while reducing the operating force during disposal processing when the disposal master is full.

A tenth aspect of the present invention is a stencil printing apparatus for performing printing by a plate making master wound around the surface of a printing drum, and storing a used master discarded from the outer peripheral surface of the drum after printing in the plate discharging apparatus. As a feature of the present invention, the plate removing apparatus according to any one of
According to the present invention, since the inner box has an external shape similar to the internal shape of the storage section and can store the used master compressed by the compression plate, the inner box is detachably attached to the discharge box. Such an extruding member becomes unnecessary, and the master box can be discarded by pulling out the inner box from the discharge box, so that the operating force can be reduced, workability is good, and good maintenance can be performed.
According to the present invention, the outer appearance of the inner box is an arc shape having substantially the same length as the longitudinal direction of the storage portion, has wall surfaces that are substantially perpendicular to both ends in the longitudinal direction, Since the opening that accepts the used master peeled off from the surface is formed, the parts other than the opening are covered, so the user does not touch the used master when discarding the master, and the master discarding operation does not contaminate the hands Therefore, workability is good and good maintenance can be performed.
According to the present invention, since the handle for removing the inner box from the inner box is provided on the vertical wall surface of the inner box, it is easy to pull out the inner box from the upper box, and the workability is good and good. Good maintenance can be performed.
According to the present invention, the inner box has a positioning member that engages with the plate discharging box side when mounted on the plate discharging box and determines the mounting position of the inner box with respect to the plate discharging box. Since it can be set easily without displacement, workability is good and good maintenance can be performed.
According to the present invention, when the inner box is mounted on the plate discharging box, the inner box is engaged with the plate discharging box side and has the box holding means for holding the inner box in the mounted state with respect to the plate discharging box. It is possible to prevent the positional deviation between the two after being attached to the battery, the workability is good, and good maintenance can be performed.
According to the present invention, since a part of the outer appearance of the inner box is a cover that can be opened and closed, the inner box becomes full, the inner box is pulled out of the plate removal box, and the used master is vertically dropped by its own weight. Since this cover is opened to avoid the fall range of the used master, the used master can be reliably discharged to the outside of the inner box, the workability is good, and good maintenance can be performed.
According to the present invention, since the cover holding means for holding the cover in the closed state is provided, the cover can be held in the closed state when the inner box is attached to the plate release box. Defects and cover damage can be prevented, workability is good, and good maintenance can be performed.
According to the present invention, since the inner surface of the inner box has an uneven shape, the contact area between the inner surface of the inner box and the used master can be reduced, and the resistance when the used master is dropped from the inner box by its own weight is reduced. In addition, the used master can be discharged to the outside of the inner box more reliably, the workability is good, and good maintenance can be performed.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an overall configuration of a digital thermal type
Next, the basic operation of the
The
At substantially the same time as the operation of the peeling roller drive motor, a discharge plate transport roller 6 (not shown) configured to rotate the discharge plate
When the leading end of the master 7 is detected by the above-mentioned plate ejection sensor, the
When it is determined that the
In parallel with the plate removal process, the
The optical information of the original 60 is photoelectrically converted by the
In parallel with the image reading operation, plate making and plate feeding steps are performed based on digital image information (image data signal). That is, the master 7 is set at a predetermined part of the
The
The leading end of the master 7 having image information written thereon is sent out toward the outer peripheral side of the
When the front end of the master 7 that has been made is clamped by the
When the master 7 for which one plate has been made is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the
At this time, on the inner peripheral side of the

Next, a specific configuration of the
The

The
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
2 and 4, when the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
With the above configuration, when the operator starts the plate making operation of the next original on the stencil printing machine side, the
After the compression, the
In the
When the warning is displayed, the operator opens the front cover of the stencil printing apparatus (not shown) of the
Then, the
When the
In this way, the

Since one
Since the
In this embodiment, when the
Since a part of the outer appearance of the
In this embodiment, since the cover holding means 26 for holding the
If the inner surface 15C of the
