Abstract
【解決手段】標的遺伝子座における標的遺伝子の野生型のまたは修飾された哺乳動物タンパク質を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、増幅可能な領域の多数のコピーを含んでなる二次哺乳動物発現宿主細胞を増殖させ、ここで前記増殖可能な領域は前記二次発現宿主に対して異種の標的遺伝子を含んでなり、そして問題のタンパク質および増幅可能な遺伝子を発現させるものであり、これにより前記標的遺伝子が発現されそして前記タンパク質は生産されることなどを含んでなり、その他本願明細書に記載されるような特徴を有する方法。
