Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hot water storage type hot water supply system including a hot water storage tank for storing hot water.
Hot water storage hot water supply systems are known. The hot water storage hot water supply system includes a hot water storage tank for storing hot water and a heat source device for heating the hot water in the hot water storage tank. In the hot water storage type hot water supply system, hot water in a hot water storage tank is heated by a heat source device, and hot water in the hot water storage tank is supplied during hot water supply. Unlike the instantaneous heating type hot water supply system that instantaneously heats tap water during hot water supply, the hot water storage type hot water supply system can heat the tap water supplied to the hot water storage tank prior to the hot water supply. Therefore, it is possible to employ a heat source machine having a small heating capacity as compared with the required hot water supply capacity.
In a hot water storage type hot water supply system, when a large amount of hot water is supplied in a short time, the heating capacity of the heat source device is insufficient, and the temperature of the hot water in the hot water storage tank is greatly reduced. At this time, if the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank falls below the required hot water supply temperature, hot water at the required hot water supply temperature cannot be supplied. The problem of so-called hot water runs out.
With respect to the above problem, Patent Document 1 describes a hot water storage hot water supply system that monitors the temperature of hot water in a hot water storage tank and limits the flow rate of hot water supply in accordance with the temperature of hot water in the hot water storage tank. In this hot water storage type hot water system, when the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank is relatively high, the limit value of the hot water flow rate is made larger than the heating capacity of the heat source unit, and when the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank is relatively low The limit value of the hot water supply flow rate is made smaller than the heating capacity of the heat source machine. Further, in this hot water storage type hot water supply system, the temperature of the water supplied to the hot water storage tank is monitored, and when the water supply temperature is relatively high, the limit value of the hot water supply flow rate is increased, and when the water supply temperature is relatively low, the hot water supply flow rate is increased. Reduce the limit value of. As a result, hot water can be continuously supplied at a required hot water temperature.
In addition to the heating operation that heats the hot water in the hot water storage tank, the heat source equipment provided in the hot water storage hot water supply system can be used for heating operation and bath reheating operation. During the reheating operation, the ability to heat the hot water in the hot water storage tank by the heat source device temporarily decreases. In this case, for example, as in the technique of Patent Document 1, even if the limit value of the hot water supply flow rate is determined according to the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank, the heating capacity of the heat source device is insufficient, so the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank Will be significantly reduced. As a result, the problem of running out of hot water occurs. It is not restricted to the above-mentioned structure, The heating capability with which a heat source machine heats the hot water in a hot water storage tank is not necessarily constant. In the technique of Patent Document 1, for example, if the heating capability of the heat source machine varies, the hot water supply flow rate cannot be appropriately limited.
The present invention solves the above problems. The present invention provides a technique for appropriately limiting a hot water supply flow rate in a hot water storage type hot water supply system.
A hot water storage hot water system embodied by the present invention includes a hot water storage tank for storing hot water, a water supply path for supplying water to the hot water storage tank, a heat source unit, and a circulation path for circulating hot water between the hot water storage tank and the heat source unit. A circulation flow rate detecting means for detecting the flow rate of hot water flowing through the circulation path, a circulation outlet temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of hot water flowing into the hot water storage tank from the circulation path, and a hot water supply path for supplying hot water from the hot water storage tank. Hot water supply temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of hot water flowing out from the hot water storage tank to the hot water supply path, at least the flow rate detected by the circulation flow rate detection means, and the temperature detected by the circulation outlet temperature detection means Limit flow rate determining means for determining the limit flow rate and a hot water flow rate adjusting means for maintaining the flow rate of hot water flowing from the hot water storage tank to the hot water supply path below the determined hot water limit flow rate It is equipped with a.
This hot water storage type hot water supply system heats the hot water in the hot water storage tank by sending the hot water in the hot water storage tank to a heat source device and heating it, and returning the heated hot water to the hot water storage tank. At the time of hot water supply, hot water in the hot water storage tank is sent out from the hot water supply path to supply hot water.
This hot water storage hot water supply system monitors the temperature and flow rate of hot water flowing into the hot water storage tank from the circulation path during the heating operation by the heat source device described above, and the temperature of hot water flowing into the hot water storage tank from the circulation path Depending on the flow rate, the flow rate of hot water flowing out from the hot water storage tank to the hot water supply path can be limited. Thereby, the flow rate of the hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank can be limited according to the amount of heat flowing from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time.
The amount of heat flowing from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time varies depending on the amount of heat applied from the heat source unit to the hot water per unit time, that is, the actual heating capacity of the heat source unit. For example, if the actual heating capacity of the heat source machine is large, the amount of heat flowing from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time becomes large. In this case, even if the flow rate of the hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank is relatively large, the hot water does not run out immediately. On the other hand, if the actual heating capacity of the heat source device is small, the amount of heat flowing from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time is small. In this case, it is necessary to reduce the flow rate of the hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank to prevent the hot water from running out.
Further, the amount of heat that flows from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time varies depending on the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank. For example, if the temperature of hot water in the hot water storage tank is high, the temperature of hot water sent from the hot water storage tank to the heat source device becomes high, so that the amount of heat flowing from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time increases. In this case, even if the flow rate of the hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank is relatively large, the hot water does not run out immediately. On the other hand, if the temperature of the hot water in the hot water storage tank is low, the temperature of the hot water sent from the hot water storage tank to the heat source device becomes low, so the amount of heat flowing from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time becomes small. In this case, it is necessary to reduce the flow rate of the hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank to prevent the hot water from running out.
As described above, the amount of heat flowing from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time varies depending on the actual heating capacity of the heat source unit and the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank. Therefore, by limiting the flow rate of hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank according to the amount of heat flowing from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time, the flow rate of hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank can be reduced. It can be limited according to the actual heating capacity and the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank.
According to this hot water storage type hot water supply system, even when the actual heating capacity of the heat source device fluctuates, the flow rate of hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank can be appropriately limited.
In the hot water storage type hot water supply system, the limiting flow rate determining unit increases the hot water supply limiting flow rate as the flow rate detected by the circulating flow rate detecting unit increases, and the hot water supply limiting flow rate increases as the temperature detected by the circulating outlet temperature detecting unit increases. Is preferably increased.
Here, the limit flow rate determining means may continuously change the hot water supply limit flow rate according to the flow rate detected by the circulation flow rate detection means or the temperature detected by the circulation outlet temperature detection means, or the hot water supply restriction The flow rate may be changed stepwise.
In this hot water storage type hot water supply system, when the amount of heat flowing into the hot water storage tank from the circulation path per unit time is large, the hot water supply restriction flow rate is determined to be large. When the amount of heat flowing from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time is small, the hot water supply restriction flow rate is determined to be small. Thereby, according to the actual heating capability of a heat source machine, and the warm water temperature in a hot water storage tank, the flow volume of the hot water supplied from a hot water storage tank can be restrict | limited appropriately.
The hot water storage type hot water supply system described above preferably further includes hot water supply temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of hot water flowing out from the hot water storage tank to the hot water supply path. In this case, it is preferable that the restricted flow rate determining means reduce the hot water supply restricted flow rate as the temperature detected by the hot water supply temperature detecting means is higher.
Here, the limit flow rate determining means may continuously change the hot water supply limit flow rate or may change the hot water supply limit flow rate stepwise in accordance with the temperature detected by the hot water supply temperature detection means.
The higher the temperature of hot water flowing out from the hot water storage tank to the hot water supply path, the greater the amount of heat flowing out of the hot water storage tank per unit time with hot water supply. In this case, it is necessary to reduce the flow rate of the hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank to prevent the hot water from running out.
In this hot water storage type hot water supply system, when the temperature of the hot water flowing out from the hot water storage tank to the hot water supply path is high, the hot water supply restriction flow rate is determined to be small. When the temperature of the hot water flowing out from the hot water storage tank to the hot water supply path is low, the hot water supply restriction flow rate is largely determined. Thereby, according to the temperature of the hot water flowing out from the hot water storage tank to the hot water supply path, the flow rate of the hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank can be appropriately limited.
In the hot water storage type hot water supply system described above, the hot water supply limited flow rate QR determined by the limited flow rate determination means, the flow rate Q82 detected by the circulation flow rate detection means, the temperature T90 detected by the circulation outlet temperature detection means, and the hot water supply temperature detection means Between the temperature T52 detected by the following equation:
QR × T52 = Q82 × T90
Is preferably established.
In this hot water storage type hot water supply system, the amount of heat flowing from the circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time (right side of the above formula) is equal to the amount of heat flowing out of the hot water storage tank into the hot water supply path per unit time (left side of the above formula). As described above, the flow rate of the hot water flowing out from the hot water storage tank to the hot water supply path is limited. Thereby, hot water can be continuously supplied without causing hot water to run out.
The hot water storage hot water supply system described above includes a heat exchanger for inputting heat from an external heat source, a second circulation path for circulating hot water between the hot water storage tank and the heat exchanger, and hot water flowing through the second circulation path. It is preferable to further include second circulation flow rate detection means for detecting the flow rate and second circulation outlet temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the hot water flowing into the hot water storage tank from the second circulation path. In this case, it is preferable that the limit flow rate determining means further determines the hot water supply limit flow rate based on the flow rate detected by the second circulation flow rate detection means and the temperature detected by the second circulation outlet temperature detection means.
In addition to the heating operation by the heat source device, this hot water storage hot water supply system heats the hot water in the hot water storage tank by sending it to the heat exchanger and heats it, and returns the heated hot water to the hot water storage tank to heat the hot water in the hot water storage tank. be able to. For example, a hot water supply system with high energy efficiency can be constructed by using heat generated by an external heat source such as the sun or a power generation device.
This hot water storage hot water supply system further monitors the temperature and flow rate of hot water flowing into the hot water storage tank from the second circulation path when the heating operation using the external heat source described above is further performed, and the second circulation. Considering the temperature and flow rate of hot water flowing into the hot water storage tank from the path, the flow rate of hot water flowing out from the hot water storage tank to the hot water supply path can be limited. Accordingly, the flow rate of hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank can be limited in consideration of the amount of heat flowing from the second circulation path into the hot water storage tank per unit time.
The amount of heat flowing into the hot water storage tank from the second circulation path per unit time varies depending on the amount of heat actually obtained from the external heat source and the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank. According to this hot water storage hot water system, the flow rate of hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank is limited according to the actual heating capacity of the heat source machine, the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank, and the amount of heat actually obtained from the external heat source. Can do. Even when the amount of heat actually obtained from an external heat source such as the sun or a power generation device fluctuates, the flow rate of hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank can be appropriately limited.
In the hot water storage type hot water supply system described above, it is preferable that the limiting flow rate determining unit increases the hot water supply limiting flow rate as the flow rate detected by the second circulation flow rate detecting unit increases. Further, it is preferable to increase the hot water supply restriction flow rate as the temperature detected by the second circulation outlet temperature detection means is higher.
Here, the limit flow rate determining means may continuously change the hot water supply limit flow rate according to the flow rate detected by the second circulation flow rate detection means or the temperature detected by the second circulation outlet temperature detection means. The hot water supply restriction flow rate may be changed stepwise.
In this hot water storage type hot water supply system, when the amount of heat flowing into the hot water storage tank from the second circulation path per unit time is large, the hot water supply restriction flow rate is largely determined. Accordingly, the flow rate of hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank can be appropriately limited according to the amount of heat actually obtained from the external heat source and the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank.

QR×T52=Q82×T90+Q59×T62

The hot water supply operation will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 5 shows an outline of the operation of the cogeneration system in the hot water supply operation. In the hot water supply operation, hot water circulates in a path indicated by a thick line in FIG. FIG. 6 is a flowchart of the hot water supply operation. The flow of processing in the hot water supply operation will be described along the flow shown in FIG.

When the heat storage operation is not performed during the process of step S26, the
QR × T52 = Q82 × T90
The above equation shows that the amount of heat flowing from the hot

QT=Q30×(T54−T28)/(T52−T28)
In step S28, the
In this embodiment, the water
QT = Q30 × (T54−T28) / (T52−T28)
In step S30, the
In step S32, the
In step S34, the
As described above, in the hot

FIG. 13A shows a specific example of the temperature and flow rate of each part at a certain temporary point. As shown in FIG. 13A, the hot water temperature in the hot
FIG. 13B shows a state when a sufficient time has elapsed from the time shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 13 (b), the hot water temperature in the hot
FIG. 14A shows a specific example of the temperature and flow rate of each part at another point in time. Here, it is assumed that the heating capacity of the

As is apparent from the above equation, the hot water supply limit flow rate QR is increased as the detected temperature T28 of the

-During heat storage operation:
QR x (T52-T28)

As apparent from the above equation, the higher the detected temperature T60 of the circulating forward path thermistor 60, the smaller the hot water supply restriction flow rate QR.
(Heating operation)
The heating operation will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 7 shows an outline of the operation of the cogeneration system in the heating operation. In the heating operation, hot water circulates in a path indicated by a thick line in FIG. FIG. 8 is a flowchart of the heating operation. The process flow in the heating operation will be described along the flow shown in FIG.
In step S40, it is determined whether or not a heating on signal has been output by operating a switch of a remote control (not shown) of the heating device. If it is determined that the heating ON signal has been output (YES in step S40), it is considered that there has been an operation request for
In step S44, it is determined whether or not the activated heating device is a high temperature terminal. In this embodiment, the high temperature terminal is an air conditioner, and the low temperature terminal is a floor heater. If it is determined that the high temperature terminal is activated (YES in step S44), the process proceeds to step S46. In order to operate the high temperature terminal, hot water having a high temperature of 80 ° C. is required. Therefore, in step S46, the

If it is determined in step S44 that the activated heating apparatus is not a high-temperature terminal (NO in step S44), it is considered that the low-temperature terminal (floor heater) has been activated, and the process proceeds to step S58. In order to operate the low-temperature terminal, hot water having a high temperature of 60 ° C. is required. Therefore, in step S58, the combustion amount of the

Until the heating remote control switch is operated in step S52 and the heating off signal is output, the processing from step S44 to step S52 is repeated. If it is determined that the heating off signal has been output (YES in step S52), it is considered that there has been a request to stop operation of
